Cleanliness of the property. Spacious room. Nice pool with small patio. Just deserve a little refreshment. Restaurant with varied buffet and fresh produce. The hotel is very well located on the seafront. Frankly the value for money.

Quality hotel with many services available within the premises (hairdresser, car rental-motorcycles-scooters, tourist excursions, swimming pool, gym, massages, acupuncture, etc. ). Entertainment and shows every night. Spacious rooms with beautiful sea views (on request). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Well located in the heart of the shops and restaurants of the seaside.

Good hotel, clean, friendly, cheap, good location for Puerto de LA Cruz. It is a quieter town so don't plan a stag party here. Its good for a nice quiet getaway with your partner. Plenty of cafes, little pubs and such but they are on the quiet side. For the hotel its self the food is good, great selection, free bloody Mary's for breakfast and champagne. Staff are nice and friendly. Most things you'll need are cheap to buy and bring to your room. Black rock beaches are nice when sun is out, ocean is a beautiful blue and very active so it makes for great photos. Only negative I have is no ice machine for hotel guests, sounds odd but I like to have a few drinks on the balcony which requires running down to bar and asking for a glass of ice. Otherwise a very rejuvenating.

It was amazing and great experience go on tour's with our best tour guide Carlos he was really lovely and he was the best tour guide I ever had the hotel was amazing I walked different parts of town I never been too it was brilliant I love it you guys will enjoy it as well like I did.

We were fortunate to have a cozy room on the 9th floor, amazing view of the ocean and lake Martianez, abundant and varied breakfast.

Four star Hotel located in the north of Tenerife… specifically in the Puerto de la Cruz. Near San Telmo area… The price is very good. It has been reforming very well… the rooms well… food service very well, authentic professionals. Swimming pool… large recreational areas… Canary Island Patio area… and many more things that can I discovered if they go… Bus service very well. Taxis. This very central…

Get rid of the free parking because it's a lie. No more than the regular buffet. The room was OK but we asked for triple and they put a double with extra bed. The bathroom was a bit old. The location was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

A hotel that is not where you get the 4 stars without something the basic as a parking lot or a decent Buffet.
From the 7 days I was the food was always the same, only varied a fish in the seconds and a meat.

Beers in pint are foster and Heineken, they should push more the local ones. The buffet has a lot of option, staff friendly and rooms clean, great location. Definitely, I recommend it.

Hotel was v good. Food was quite acceptable. Gym was tiny. No heated pool as advertised. Staff were professional. Do not use the car hire in the lobby, not helpful and from what I found it was the most expensive in puerto cruz.

Room was comfortable. The staff were very nice. Breakfast buffet was huge and a nice start to the day. I only stayed one night while I waited to meet up with business associates at another venue. I have put this on my list of places to stay at again.

Bad parking since there was no. Trouble with the man who was at the door of the hotel who rented places in the parking lot. We were sent by an employee of the hotel. The buffet repetitive, the spectacles of low quality and to high without place to be able to put to dry a towel since it was forbidden to put it in the window by the aesthetics of the hotel… etc… etc. Not to mention the cockroach traffic! Excellent location, on Av. Colón and Plaza de los princes (known as Camels Square), overlooking Lake Martianez and the sea, the best… I would say the attention of the staff and service, breakfast buffet abundant, the food acceptable and varied, changes daily with Thematic cuisine of a different country, although it is one of the first hotels in Puerto de la Cruz and needs renovation, the rooms and furniture are acceptable; The first days we stayed on the 10 floor with spectacular views of the area, then changed to a room on the 2nd floor, in my opinion the best room of the establishment, at the corner of the square and the promenade, 45 m2 solarium Terrace, armchairs and breakfast table enjoying the view and smelling of sea, my thanks to Mr. Roberto, head of receptionists for all the attentions provided.

Very good location In the same promenade that passes through the Lakes Martianez. Good service. Swimming pool with snack bar. As for the food… you govern the English schedule or if you access a little to our schedule the food is disappearing. But overall I liked my instance.

Rooms are basic but clean and tidy. We had a sea view balcony room that came with a fridge and safe. Private garden and pool is secluded and quiet. Location is as good as it gets.

Stayed at this lovely hotel for five days and had a wonderful time. Never stayed in North Tenerife before but it is so beautiful with lovely views will definitely come back to this side of the island. The hotel was lovely and clean, the reception staff was very helpful, especially Andreas, if you have any problems or need any information about the island, want to know where the good restaurants are Andreas is the guy to speak to. Great customer service, nothing is ever a problem, he upgraded our room without us asking as our room wasn't ready so we had a lovely balcony room overlooking the sea. Lovely gym with good equipment. Will definitely come back again.

Puerto de la Cruz is a lovely town with lots of hotels, lengthy sea front, masses of shopping, good bus service and some very nice parks. This hotel is centrally located on the front and next to a bus stop. Unfortunately it is also next to another hotel and a couple of bars which play extremely loud music from about 9pm at nights. If you have children or are a light sleeper then this is not the place for you. I asked reception to change my room and tjey.

We arrived 3 days staying at this hotel and every day we found cockroaches in the room, we have communicated in reception but they have ignored us. Room service does well cleaning because since we arrived the room was not clean. The room and the hotel in general is very old. Does not deserve 4 stars. I do not recommend it to anyone.

My stay during a week of August has been great, the treatment of employees (all) unbeatable, the food is excellent and very varied, excellent location, needs renovation in the rooms already, but exceed the kindness and professionalism of the staff. My score is not higher by the reform of the rooms. I emphasize especially the receptionist Matilde (lovely) and the waitress of room Isabel.

We went with mundosenior of the 8th through the 22nd of June, we are of avilés asturias we cannot but praise the hotel, staff and food, cleanliness superb, we do not feel the difference from the rest of the public who was not a senior world. L ladies of reception unbeatable as the dining room staff and cleaning.

If you believe any of the revievues believe this my wife and I have this month spent awonderful 2 weeks at the las vegas third time at this hotel it was our 59th wedding anniversary everything was just perfect food was exelent the rooms were much improved and all the staff were most helpful we shall be spending our diamond anniversary there next year thank you las vegas.

First comment on this hotel for my part would receive a score of 9 out of 10 if it were not for the following. If I make a trip with my wife, although we are of the Inserso Do Because we have to share the table in the dining room with other strangers, thus depriving us of our privacy during meals?, tables, on the other hand are extremely small for 4 people. The room looked nothing like the photo. Small, very basic clean but run down. The matress was very uncomfortable. The hotel is chronically understaffed. The dining room noisy and crowded. The food plentiful but not tasty. Delicious bagguets. Staff in the dining room very clear about wanting you in and out. I stayed 5 nights for lasck of another choice. I would stay away.
