Hotel located in a very central and emblematic place of Puerto de La Cruz. Excellent reception service, cleaning and breakfast.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
One highlight for this hotel and worth mentioning is the fact that they accept dogs.
We will definitely repeat.

A very good experience. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. To find you a drive way in the car park, it is very difficult to find where to park but in the whole area not only by the hotel. We will definitely repeat.

Great location, friendly staff, unfortunately it's very noisy in the back as the room we stayed in faced the street with bars and noise goes all night long. Swimming pool is from tap water, no chlorine. If it wasn't for the noise it would be 5 stars.

The hotel is very well placed but there is no air conditioning.

Bad food, the deal on the part of the man from the poor reception, the other acceptable, rooms with floor beds which is ridiculous for this hotel.

Muy buena localización, habitaciones grandes y piscina. Se oye a los otros clientes si son ruidosos, el Wi-Fi falla bastante y no se puede llegar a la puerta en coche.

Very good room great location and quite comfortable and very clean good presence.

Quite good, some funny with the plastic flowers and the evening elevator music at breakfast.
But very nice staff and a nice view from the rooftop pool.
As I said, the design looks a bit shabby.
The bathroom lamp does not make you look very advantageous but everything is clean and okay.

Reception and room cleaning good. Breakfast: Average choice but fresh and all right. Breakfast service: Below average, the plates used are not constantly cleared from the table, but the card for breakfast (ID) is taken off the table. Redefined is very hesitant, often only on demand. Service looks different here!

A very nice hotel, staff very nice and friendly. I felt very comfortable in this hotel, even my dog lucky felt like home there.

Magnificent location in the heart of Puerto de la Cruz, perfect area to enjoy the sea, shops, bars, etc. Cleaning of ten and excellent treatment of the staff at a very cheap price… Wanting to go back… I recommend it.

Very close to the pier and all the pedestrian tourist streets. Cozy, allow pets, you can have breakfast. Very pleasant.

Hotel OK, but maybe we can find something better.
Positive: breakfast really cheap, very good location, nice room décor. Our room was very large. The pool on the roof is nice although it is not very large (the instructions say 6 people maximum in the pool! )
Negative: Wi-Fi is unusable (when you get to capture it, there is no flow). The coffee and the breakfast juices have bad taste. The bathroom did not smell very good, the water not very hot, and some towels were clean limits. Our room was right above the entrance to the hotel, it was quite noisy one or two mornings.

Everything is fine. Although we have not eaten and about that we can not say. Comfortable and comfortable rooms. I do not put 5 stars because I have not granted double bed.

The Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff is very nice. They have small pool. It is located in a very central area.

Great clean basic hotel! No noise whatsoever which is totally bliss. Beds are extremely comfortable. Only downside we have found so far is no air con but there is a big fan in the room.

If your looking for somewhere to just sleep this is perfect. A little work need doing on updating the facilities. Perfect location with access to everything. Added bonus it has a rooftop pool.

Very quiet and comfortable place to visit in the centrum.

I stayed here for a long weekend in late January. My room got upgraded to a larger suite with a sun terrace which was very kind. The room was spotlessly clean and had a fridge and a flat screen TV. You can get a kettle from reception if you want one. The beds are quite firm/hard however I had a good nights sleep every night. I didn't have any issues with noise. Breakfast is fine and there is a good selection however it would be nice if the hot food items were labelled — one morning I ate a fish croqueta by accident : ( My only criticism of the hotel is that, like the entire town of Puerto De La Cruz, it is very German dominated. Even the stations on the TV are for Germans with just two English language news stations available. Also the Wi-Fi worked only on the first and last day of my holiday.

Perfect location, right in the heart of Puerto de la Cruz. Very clean and well run hotel. Wifi is usually very good but does drop out occasionally when the hotel is very busy. The staff are superb and will help out with any requests from guests.

This hotel was lovely… if you ever need accommodation in the area book this hotel. Staff were lovely. In the centre of things and so clean and comfortable.

If you are looking for something downtown and at good price, this is your hotel.

Great hotel for economic holidays. Its location is perfect since it is in the Centre of Puerto de la Cruz, in a pedestrian street where you can walk to all the sites. The beaches are less than 10 minutes (more Beach Garden we personally liked).
Clean and comfortable, we feel very at ease with the attention of its employees. Good breakfast buffet style. Note as well that running the Wi-Fi in the room, plenty of Spanish and foreign channels as well as swimming pool which is in the first floor from where you can see the sea and Teide.
Recommended if you are not looking for luxuries and if value for money.

Cheap spring mattresses with no support and extremly uncomfortable.

Very central Hotel, rooms are spacious and very pleasant. I found the staff very close and attentive. If you are in doubt for the price-quality relationship, I will repeat in this hotel when I return to Puerto de la Cruz.

I have still not come to the hotel, but the care has been a real pleasure, worthy of appreciation. I made a reservation not modifiable, and after two days, I realized that I had a mistake on dates (! ) With only communicate my problem, and still the error only mine, hotel is in charge of everything, communicating today that was all fixed. Thanks a lot.

Simple Hotel, no frills but with everything you need at a great price. Good room, good breakfast, good location. Being in a pedestrian street in the centre it is important to know that to park you can use the public parking on the pier is free and is less than 5 minutes from the hotel. This will avoid you to give you quite a few laps. Recommended if you are looking for something decent and spend a good vacation without spending a lot of money.

Advantage: Average service, clear rooms, it is located in the center of the city, average price — cheap Disadvantage: Rooms without view, our room with camp beds, bedclothes not a good quality, some furniture does not operate appropriately. Wifi just in the lobby area. Breakfast quality: poor. Supper quality: almost inedible.
