On holiday here with my 12 year old and partner. The hotel is very nice, comfy beds, friendly staff, the food choice is great lots to choose from at the Buffett for all 3 meals. The entertainment is more for adults, close to beach.

The facilities and rooms were OK but the bathtub in very poor condition and the cleanliness better nor spoke… They didn't sweep a single day, neither the room nor the bathroom, nor did they empty our toilet trash.
The food and dinner very little variety what's left over in the morning you put a sauce and… For dinner at night. Very good location The hotel is in front of a small shopping mall.

I have no negative reviews, on the contrary they are all positive. From the minute one make you feel like you are family all the staff are friendly, attentive, ultimately wonderful.
The hotel had a little detail with us for being celebrating an anniversary.
The staff of each department are unmatched, to highlight some this Lucia, Carmelo restoration and Alexander of reception.
To finish is a hotel that has rooms adapted for people with disabilities or reduced mobility as well as access according to the law.
I take my hat off so professionally and repeat without hesitation.

Room OK but don't expect a real 4 star. It is one of the many hotels with all in. It's a lot of food but it's still a canteen style meal. The staff is rather nice. The pool remains fresh in May apparently it is not heated. But it's still well-oriented. The air conditioners are a bit old.

A very satisfactory stay at this hotel. Very professional staff in all departments. Totally recommended.

Stayed for a week, maid every day and good location. You can survive on the food :). Would come back and recommend.

Amazing Hotel.
Close treatment, cleaning of 10. Facilities in perfect condition. Spacious. Friendly and polite staff. Special mention for Ahmed Benassous for his rich and great cocktails, kindness and sympathy. As well as all of his co-workers, who treated us with great amalibidad.
And for the blonde of the shows (sorry I do not know his name) a great 10 also for his work and dedication that is always with a big smile on the face. And the kids and the older ones love it… also controls a lot of languages. It shows that he likes his work.
Of course we will return…

It's a very good hotel. The service, the food and stay have been excellent. The food quality is very good, everything was very rich. Room was very good and housekeeping too.
The quality of the excursions offered by hotel was excellent, especially that of the Teide volcano. Recommended for families with children. They treat them very well, they are very attentive and friendly with the kids in the dining area. We had a great.

Fairly luxurious Hotel cheap out of season and located less than 5 minutes from the beach a good place to go on vacation I went for work and it was great, the super nice receptionist of 10

Very good hotel with views of the Atlantic Ocean and to Pico del Teide. Price-performance is very good, nice staff, very good and varied food. Rooms are very clean, parking spaces are available in the Garage (2nd basement) opposite for €20 for 4 days.
We like to come back.

Lovely clean hotel in a fantastic location. One of the only negatives is that the pool is extremely cold. We will definitely be returning.

The hotel is old And you can feel it on every step. The Man with the ponytail at the reception — Marco — is the most unfortunate Man. He can do nothing just shouting. He gave us the most awful room I have ever seen…

Decent 3 star. Close 4 star. Staff very friendly. Spotless clean. Pool small and cold. More of an adults only hotel. I woudlnt say it was suitable for children in my opinion. Parts of hotel out dated with old and new furniture. Selection of food decent and fresh. All inclusive drinks not great but caters for all. Wine was not great.

A nice place at very good price and great deal on the part of the waiters, service. Performances every night and pool for enjoyment. First line of beach.

The staff catches you up (despite Verständigungspropleme) if you just like me got bad news by phone. This is not the case everywhere. (got out of the nursing home where my 81-year-old mother lives, she's dying.

I liked this hotel. 4 * But well located and only 100 MTS from the beach. Close to some bars and restaurants and just 10 min walk to the atmosphere area, bars, restaurabtes, a pleasant beach promenade. The staff were very nice and comfortable. In front of a supermarket. The Wi-Fi works pretty well and does not usually cut off on the 3 floor. Downstairs a bar and on the Prinera floor buffet restaurant with room service. Direct music at night and a lot of guiri. I will definitely repeat the best I know in the area.

Good sized room, but the only seating in the room, unless you count sitting on a bed, was a stool. The only chairs with a back were a pair of plastic patio chairs on the balcony. The buffet restaurant had a good selection at dinner and breakfast. I didn't sample lunch. At dinner a drink was not included in the half board rate, and water was charged to my room. At breakfast, the cold meats were more popular with guests. This may explain why the fried eggs and bacon were barely warm. The fluid dispensed from the cold drinks machine when pressing the button for orange juice was drinkable, but nobody would ever mistake it for fresh orange juice; it reminded me of the powdered product I used to take with me when backpacking in national parks. No attempt seems to have been made at noise contol in the design of the restaurant. All hard surfaces. So I had to get used to eating in a noisy environment. Well designed bathroom had all the usual amenities and supplies, including a toothbrush (bit no comb). Housekeeping seemed to be on top of their job, and I found my room and the common areas to be clean. The check in experience was s good, with an efficient and friendly welcome. I didn't find a quiet lounge for settling down with a book. The bar features live entertainment. The Wi-Fi was intermittent and slow. The minibar fridge in my room was locked, and could have been unlocked by purchasing a contents pack. A notice warned me it was not to be used for the storage of food.

Rooms and stays clean and tidy. Varied and abundant food. Good value for money.

The location is great as not far to the city. The rooms are tidy and clean, but do not conform to today's standard of a 4 star hotel. We know that differently. The food is adequate, although not very varied and it could often be a bit warmer. Due to the large Essensaal, the noise level during the meal is very high. The staff is very friendly, helpful and up to the reception very competent.

Well, at this hotel you have to know what you want. It has top advantages with city — and close to the beach. You don't have to go up stairs or mountains on your way back from the city to get to the hotel. However, it has come a little over the years as you can see in the bathrooms. Our bathtub was a little rusty. View from the balcony on Teide and sea top. Location on the main street a bit noisy. Even at night. However, we had the window on. There was also air conditioning. Beds are top we slept well. German TV only ARD, WDR and Bayern. As I said, you have to know what you want. It was enough for us because we were only on the axis. Also the breakfast was not a highlight but very very extensive and especially fresh up to the o juice.

We had a lovely stay. Half board, the food was great, lots of choice. The New Years dinner was fantastic. The staff are always happy and helpful. The hotel itself was clean and close to all amenities. I would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel.

Very central Hotel in Puerto de la Cruz. The common areas as well as the rooms are somewhat outdated, it seems that only have changed the stage in recent years.
The service also leaves something to be desired. With regard to breakfast is not at all wrong.
The parking is not connected to the hotel Hall having to travel down the street with luggage.

The room was very clean and the shower screen was very rusty.

My experience has been lousy. Room 521, dirty on arrival, after complaining through my agency followed dirty. And despite a phone conversation with Deputy director Elena, to whom I sent demonstrative photos of the filth, I'm still waiting for an apology.
It's been over a month… and apologies are still not there. Merry Christmas.

Hotel with a minimalist decor that has a good service and an excellent buffet for breakfast and lunch, all according to the price.

It is a very good hotel, although the stay has been short, we go with a good memory of our stay.

(normal) Rooms look pretty old but are actually very comfortable to chill in for a couple of hours or so during the day. Our room had a great view, and service was on point (although their English really wasn't). Overall a good stay at Orotava.

Holiday in August, quiet location. Hotel is a little outdated but staff are extremely friendly. Food is good. We went half board and was a different choice each night.

The staff was very friendly the Wi-Fi was very good the food was excellent and the hotel rooms were very clean and the staff is very fond of children. We had a hotel card broken the staff said it's not a problem and they immediately gave us a new card, it was just perfect I can recommend it to anyone.

Would have given this hotel 4* if it wasn't for the beds and some of the food. The beds do not have mattress protectors and the sheets do not fit the beds… wriggle and you end up in knots! Food… for 2 days in a row we have been served undercooked sausage from the bbq and a underdone omelet at lunch time. Today's evening food though has been quite enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel is excellent… and believe you me… I'm fussy!

To repeat. Good deal, good facilities, clean, well located, across small Mall with Mercadona.

I have been staying in this hotel. Q I liked without any gender d doubt, it is the "live music" d the hand of Joseph Ferrera. In my point d view acts a few days, only three days a week. I Wish I could delight your direct in the hotel all day d week.

We have been 10 days, at the end of January of this year. We have not had luck with the weather but if with the hotel, especially the friendliness of its employees and for their availability and professionalism. We also liked the food and its ease in terms of time and service. We hope we can repeat.

Tell potential customers that my experience was dismal, one day I left drinks back at the hotel (bullshit grabbed fire extinguisher Hall and it was downloaded), the impact was: call the police, give us Hotel to the family (we were seven fathers and brothers) pay an exorbitant Bill: cleaning, the payment of the room for five days after the event, the amount of a new television (which worked perfectly since I did any blight), and the worst the humiliating treatment they received my parents and aunt by the hotel manager called: Belén Hidalgo never vi my parents with such disgust by feel like some offenders derived from the haughty, arrogant, attitude without respect and without any touch or human sensitivity of this Madam Belen. It is a pity that I can not show you photos that captured the reality of the event (room in the absence of damage showed a "snowy" aspect because of the burden of fire extinguisher). Rooms are comfortable, the restaurant in the basement, the food unimaginative. Not 4 star, no more than 2. Not a good idea.
