Overall, we had a good one-night stay. We were welcomed by a lovely young woman at the reception with a very charming smile.

I had a wonderful stay here. The staff took great care of me from check-in to departure, and I truly felt welcomed throughout my visit.

A solid 3 star hotel-certainly not 5. Initially given a room where adjoining room had suffered some type of toilet overflow. Unacceptable odor. Comped us an upgrade, commendable.

Wow. What a truly incredible stay! We booked a standard room but were appointed with a beautiful suite. The front desk staff was absolutely incredible — very kind, helpful and proactive.

Fabulous location close to the beach, harbour and town. Modern, very clean rooms, quiet ambience. Cleaning staff work very hard. All the staff are lovey and very helpful, courteous etc.

We enjoyed a three night stay at the Palacio. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the bed particularly good. A small issue with the heating was quickly sorted.

We stayed here over Christmas. The suite was just as described on the website, spacious, comfortable and clean. We booked direct with the hotel so had daily cleaning foc.

Stayed 5 nights. Lovely big king bed, excellent mattress and pillows. TV opposite the bed, no bbc but couple of English movie channels. Modern bathroom with free body wash and shampoo. Great shower.

Very very satisfied with most from start to finish. The location is good, walking distance from the beach, shops, restaurants etc.

Nice clean and tidy budget hotel where you can buy a continental breakfast but not a cooked English breakfast. This is not a problem as there are nearby cafes.

Great location if you need a night over for train transit. We took train to Alicante and needed to go to the airport the next morning.

A good hotel for a week stay. Breakfast was fresh however mostly the same every day — mainly continental choices. Staff were friendly.

My room had a window in the bathroom facing the plaza, which is lit all night long.

Hotel is situated perfectly in the city center, close to the beach, bars, restaurants. Rooms are good size and extremely clean.

Lovely, stylish and quirky hotel. Great location — close to the port/beach/old town. The rooms are a great size, super comfy beds and huge fluffy towels.

Location is amazing. A few steps to promenade, beach, tram, old town and airport bus.
Room 101 was lovely and large — though it had no desk or table so putting bag, key, etc was awkward.

Good location & friendly staff! Our room was always nicely cleaned when we came back. The room and bathroom are spacious. The bed was very comfortable with good pillows.

The hotel is easy to get to, and the parking is excellent!

We were very nicely welcomed as the host managed to prepare the apartment earlier than the standard check-in time. The apartment is really nicely furnished and there is everything you will need.

I went to Alicante for 4 days and it was perfect. We arrived at 11 pm and we arrived at the place with all the information we need to access to the flat.
They gave us a really nice apartment.

The hotel is very new, spotlessly clean, and represents excellent value for a short stay.

Great hotel. Located around 20 minutes’ walk from the harbour front but the walk is easy and passes loads of great bars and restaurants.

Four of us stayed in the largest apartment which could have easily slept six. The apartment was so spacious, modern and exceptionally clean.

The room was spacious and nice. Unfortunately the bathroom sink was a bit clogged and it took forever to empty the water. Location perfect but a bit noisy at midnight. But who doesn't love Alicante😉

We frequent Alicante and love this place❤️. The vibe and theme is awesome! Even better…the owners are welcoming and the best! And the bar is so fun to grab a drink🥂 We will be back!

A nice hotel in a good central location, approx 10 min walk from C6 bus stop from the airport. The room has everything you need, safe, fridge, wardrobe, iron etc.

On our arrival, we were dealt with at Reception by Pedro & Monica. They were both very courteous, friendly & attentive.

A lovely hotel. We up graded our room to a newly refurbished one on the 10th floor with views over Santa Barbara Castle. The room was spacious with a mini fridge and very comfortable beds.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in, with friendly, charming hosts who took pride in giving us and our dog the warmest welcome.

5 stars all around. Super taste full decorated. Clean. Best service. Amazing breakfast to last all day. If you are looking for a special treat on the road, take a little detour and spoil yourself.

Central location and an excellent adult styled hotel. An exquisite old building with high ceilings and beautiful architecture and rooms.

As someone passionate about disability inclusion, I was particularly pleased to see that the hotel has a lift and provides accessible facilities.
