Stayed in Barbara 3 a few times now. Clean, comfortable, great location, friendly and helpful staff, good air con and Wi-Fi. I would highly recommend these apartments while staying in Alicante.

Great location, super friendly and helpful staff. I stayed in a terrace apartment, terrace was large with tables and chairs. Shower was the best. All the necessities to cook at home.

Our experience was fantastic, from the welcoming and being walked to our apartment, to the great follow up on parking and dinner recommendations.

Everything about the Tito Apartments is excellent.
The location is amazing with lots of lovely bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Apartment was clean and basic but with all required essentials. Stairway was tight and and soundproofing between apartments could be improved but location was perfect and staff were very helpful.

We only had 1 night in Alicante before travelling further on into Spain, our stay at Tito San Nicholas was superb for convenience, comfort and location.

A spectacular place! We had apartment 22 on the second floor and despite being a loft, it had very high ceilings which created a very pleasant feeling of spaciousness.

Four of us stayed in the largest apartment which could have easily slept six. The apartment was so spacious, modern and exceptionally clean.

The room was spacious and nice. Unfortunately the bathroom sink was a bit clogged and it took forever to empty the water. Location perfect but a bit noisy at midnight. But who doesn't love Alicante😉

They treated me perfectly at the little hotel in the industrial area, and they surprised me with the beautiful apartment in the city.

Apparently very well placed opposite the Royal Palace of Olite, the view is simply magnificent. Very clean apartment, fully equipped.

Staying in this apartment was absolutely perfect! Very convenient location, taking stairs to the elevator with a stroller was not a problem. We had a baby cot waiting upon our request.

Absolute Gem of a property. The apartment is centrally located to all restaurants, bars and markets. The apartment is two blocks from the beautiful Postiguet beach.

Really well located, super close to the centre but not so close that you can't sleep! Super clean and there's AC… But the sofa bed is not comfortable and I really think only 1 person can sleep on it…

Perfect location. Close to the beach and everything that Alicante had to offer. Very spacious apartment. Everything we needed was supplied from beach towels and umbrellas to body wash in the showers.

I recently stayed in apartment 2d (doesnt have terrace) and had an amazing experience. The apartment is spacious, featuring two bedrooms, a large living room, and a fully equipped kitchen.

We had a really nice stay! The best thing is the location — right in the city center, very close to the beach and the bus stop to the airport. It's super easy to get everywhere.

I'm writing this review while I'm still here. We are in apartment 52. The location is fantastic. The apartment is clean, comfortable & the terrace for a city centre is amazing.
