A solid 3 star hotel-certainly not 5. Initially given a room where adjoining room had suffered some type of toilet overflow. Unacceptable odor. Comped us an upgrade, commendable.

Wow. What a truly incredible stay! We booked a standard room but were appointed with a beautiful suite. The front desk staff was absolutely incredible — very kind, helpful and proactive.

Arantza Hotel made our stay an absolute breeze! The service was prompt, responsive, friendly, and courteous.
