Simple and clean hotel. Everything was ok but Bathroom to small for people in wheelchair. No parking for handicapped people at the entrance.

Good size rooms, friendly staff, good prices. We paid 71euro for double & it was clean well air conditioned, breakfast 6euro pp extra also good value.

Acceptable service but lower than that corresponding to 4 stars. Breakfast can be greatly improved. The rooms are clean, with good towel renovation, but somewhat small bathroom. Good detail with water and free coffee and teen service.

Very spacious rooms, friendly staff, fast Wi-Fi, guarded parking for a fee. During the stay free coffee h24 at the machine. Good breakfast buffet with sweet and salty. Great location, right near the pedestrian area with shops restaurants and pubs.

Great positioned hotel for centre containing restaurants, cafés and bars, easy to get to the port & harbour. Hotel is good value, and rooms are modern and good size. Lots of places to eat, breakfast if you want instead of hotel.

It was a very annoying stay, there were power outages throughout the day, house keeping moved everything out of the bathroom and accidentally took my spare room key. I tried to order a bottle of water and they said no, and pointed me to a vending machine on the bottom floor. Other than all that, the concierge gentleman was very nice/friendly and apologized for all the inconveniences. I will be avoiding this hotel for my next stay.

The hotel is very nice. That's the second time I'm going. I would definitely repeat the same hotel. You got it all very close. You can walk everywhere. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The buffet is not bad. Although I did not like that there was no coffee decaffeinated machine. There's only envelope. But good everything else great. Very clean and comfortable rooms.

Very friendly staff and willing to help with efficiency and resolution. The room and the large bathroom with lots of natural light and very clean. The detail of the free water bottles in the room seemed great. The only thing that needs a drastic change, in my humble opinion, is breakfast.

Very well located, one step from the most interesting points to visit in Cartagena, surrounded by pedestrian streets with restaurants museums. Good value for money Good attention on the part of the workers.

The staff deserves a mention, both EM reception and the maids are an absolute charm. Always with a good face and willing to make you the most enjoyable stay. We went for a wedding and by chance, the price is good for what the hotel offers, very well located in the center and to put a paste, the soundproofing is quite bad, there were people who trasnochó and we could not sleep until three in the morning, slamming, noises of heels, screams and others although that is by the Incivic people who exist more than the hotel itself. For the rest, we've had two great days. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The hotel is spotless and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I think they're renovandolo though it didn't affect me. The breakfast is right for the price. The ground floor where the reception is unattractive, with pint of youth hostel, or a backpacker's hotel. It led me to think that I had the wrong hotel. The parking is small and the receptionist recommended me not to get my car. In addition to expensive… However, the hotel is very comfortable and spotless.

Beautiful hotel But pity they are remodeling the reception with the guests circling around. The room was very good and the breakfast was excellent. The location.

No detail in the bathroom. No soap. For breakfast few tables and shortage problems on the trays that are not refilled at the speed they are emptied. Minibar with two bottles of water and a little chocolate. Four stars for the location, very central, but excessive stars for the services available that are almost non-existent. We won't repeat.

A good hotel. Nicely located to access the centre of Cartagena and the seaside.

I was told that I didn't need to book to use their parking, and that there were free sites. I arrive at the parking lot and the attendant there tells me that the parking is complete when there were clearly free sites, and he sent us to a parking lot with which they had agreement.
The breakfast buffet was lousy. We went out for breakfast in the absence of an hour to close and there were no more forks or spoons clean, there was no milk, there was practically nothing. If at least it was that the amount of breakfast was acceptable and they didn't expect it to be over, but no. For example, they just put a jug of milk. The breakfast was definitely the worst.
In the bathroom they only left a boat of gel-shampoo (one that was for both things), it was too little. No hotel has put me so little.
The room was very warm. You could not acclimatize and you had to choose between opening the window and dying of cold or not to open it and to pass heat.
I don't know how you have so many stars.
Something good is that the bed is big and the room also has up a little lounge at the entrance.

Very bad the experience were under construction and a chaos of reception. To return part of the bill they had me waiting more than 30 minutes at the reception. Very normal facilities for the prices somewhat shot if we compared it.

It's not a four star at all, don't be deceived. You are greeted by an individual who tutea you as if you knew him, even though he answered you.
Extremely warm rooms. You complain, they tell you that they change rooms, they will fix it or they will call you: neither fix it, nor change rooms, nor call you.
That if, just get paid, they tell you it's company policy.
The first day we left the room at 11:55. We put the "can clean" sign. We returned at 15:55, we had not made the room. We said it at the front desk and they said "look there are the cleaners, tell them" as well, as you read. We told him we were customers and they did it. "We went back out and arrived at 17:15: we had not made the room. We went back to complain and then they told us if we were sure we'd put the sign on. They didn't do it to us. Of operetta.
In short, you think you go to a 4 star (highest level in Cartagena) and you go to a pension.
Also very noisy, kids running and screaming down the hallways, works in the hotel whose annoyances excuse saying they work for you, but they bother you and charge you.
Anyway, you can go, but if you can, Evitadlo.

Great rooms, good beds, some sober furnishings, currently remodeling in the lobby.

Spot on — very comfortable bed, large airy room, hotel in an excellent position. Underground car park is quite tight, if you've a big car, but clean and secure. Staff very friendly, breakfast was very good. There is no bar here but there are bars and cafes close by. Good value for money. Recommended.

You do not have a café or restoration, the spa and fitness center are closed, the rooms if they are good, but you hear a lot of noise from the street.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. How unique it beats, there is no minibar in the rooms, you have to call reception.

Central location, with parkig house under the hotell. Recommended for bikers.

The hotel is in the center of Cartagena so very well located. The rooms are very spacious and clean.

Apparently it looks very good but the mattresses are a tad uncomfortable and the coffee is not too good. In favor of the location, near the center. The bathrooms are good and the heating works great.

Very good hotel and very good service and I have been already several times and the last time I have been given a very great room with very good views to the harbour.

Negative: The breakfast room is too small and very noisy (they are ordering dishes and cutlery continuously). It's a shame the spa and gym are closed on Sunday.

Centrally located Hotel with a very well-managed fitness-spa service. Varied breakfast, but I missed a restaurant in the hotel itself for lunch and dinner. Nice rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay, Staff very friendly and helpful.! beautiful hotel and a fantastic location we enjoyed the spa and our room was very modern, spacious and great views! Breakfast had plenty of variety! The hotel has obviously been renovated to a very high and modern standard! We will book again! Plenty to do and see in Cartagena! Very historic place! Food great and cheap good bars and great for walking to! All in all 5 stars! For. A city we felt very relaxed and almost at home with out the stresses of a city break! We would highly recommend!

Great hotel. Clean, staff is friendly and helpful (especially if you don't speak much Spanish).

Excellent hotel. The room we had was very big compared to other 4* hotels, very clean and equipped with a big TV and a minibar. The hotel is close to a lot of nice restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, pharmacy and shops. Maps are available from reception with guides to different touristic places. It is close the the port and the center and a variety of parking slots are available nearby or you can pay 15 euros per day for the private underground parking the hotel collaborates wit…h. The staff is welcoming with a big smile and were very helpful when needed. It is a very good quality/price/location hotel. Mostly recommended.

The hotel was very nice for the price and it is very central. However, the reception we received was quite rude when discussing parking (we got shouted at for parking it on the temp spot outside despite not have any information on where to park even after requesting it over email. On the subject of parking, it is a underground car park near the hotel. It has extremely small parking spaces so I would not recommend taking a medium or large car there.

Very central. Cartagena is very nice, the service was friendly and the spa tasted great. The minibar expensive, also charge the water. Would repeat.

Not bad. Parking had plenty of space in the basement which is out of the sun. Get a ticket from reception and remember to park in the hotel bays. Room was nice and clean and also big. My room 311 was quite near the lifts and was a bit noisy. I wear ear plugs though. The cleaner was a bit over zelous, one bottle with water in being taken from the bedroom side. Overall not a bad hotel. 10 minutes from the beach and restaurants on the door step. Decently furnished. Breakfast did not look good. 15 euros a head! We had 3 of us get 2 courses and drinks at a local breakfast place for 15 euros. The breakfast room had no windows and looked depressing and overpriced.

The hotel was great plenty of room the room we had was very big. Was a bit disappointed with no tea and coffee facilities in the room but location was perfect for what we wanted to do.

The hotel is beautiful… All super clean and worth to be ahy and enjoy your spa and your massage… A perfect plan for a couple to plan romantic.

Free Gym and central location.

I am only just experiencing this hotel in Cartagena and, as yet cannot give my opinion on pricing, structure and value for money although it is spacious and very clean… but I will! Instead I must bring to your attention, immediately, because it deserves recognition from a traveller in this selfish cynical world who is awakened by the generous and giving attention from a fellow mortal to another, me, without thought of self or financial gain. On arrival to this hotel from a BHX/MJV I was installed in room 415 and went sbout unpacking before showering, however, I quickly realised that my new iPad was not evident… no matter how I looked it was not going to materialise (the disembarking plane procedure unfolded in my memory and my iPad remained on my 12C seat! ) What to do other than contact my flight operators Ryanair! I reintroduced myself to the back-shift receptionist, ANTONIO GALVACHE, as the idiot in 415 who has now left his iPad on the plane. Speaking and understanding excellent English to overcome, my non-lingual abilities, he contacted Ryanair, Murcia (after three menu programmed evasions to wrong number) and got me the attention of Johanna at Ryanair… no luck nothing was found after her attempts to source the missing item. At ANTONIO'S insistence I left my mobile number and hotel number … just in case?

"Were two days and not came the signal of the Wi-Fi, noise unbearable of the traffic of the road, entered a lot wind of them windows that not closed well, and ones noise exaggerated in the bath and a smell very unpleasant, for my not gives it carving". Do not put a claim because we did not have time but desire to not miss us…

I recommend a very nice very full, personal SPA.

Even that rather small SPA is a pleasant space, the location of the hotel is central and the brilliant treatment of employees.

Excellent hotel, great location. Very very clean and modern, water always warm, close to a lot of nice restaurants, pubs, supermarkets and pharmacy… if you want to get in a few supplies.
Maps are available from reception and the staff are happy to make recommendations! Close to good parking.
(Ask the staff for info on free parking nearby of make use of paid parking nearby! ) … Staff are outstanding. I spent a LOT of time here last year and beginning of this year, Staff couldn't be faulted at all.
Everyone very courteous and really made me feel at home, especially since I was leaving mine behind for so long : This was the biggest factor for me and made it stand above the NH nearby.
Special mentions should be for Rocio who made sure I was fed in the evenings and made sure I knew about the local events and places to go for food, for entertainment, for hair cuts etc! There was never any issue on anything I needed help with.

And Antonio who also made sure I was warmly welcomed! Will be coming back for another stay soon I hope!
