It was okay, the area around the hotel wasn’t that interesting and the beaches weren’t sandy and were quite crowded but that is obviously not their fault but I’d just like to mention that. The food was good some days but other days it wasn’t the best, the pancakes weren’t up to scratch and the cucumber tasted like bleach (I’m not over exaggerating). The queues to the restaurant were long and it took a while to get everyone in I personally wasn’t stuck in these queues but they were there for a while. There isn’t a very good English TV channel selection but I’m not sure if that’s just the island. There’s some nice views from the hotel balcony but I noticed that some balcony’s were covered by trees and you couldn’t look out of them. The room comes with a kettle a safe and a TV with a nice big closet but the closet door was very dodgy. There are 2 bars and three pools that are very close together and the pools are really good although I did see bits floating in the water. What could be improved is adding and iron to the rooms (I don’t know if you can hire one) so there’s no stress. It is an hour away from the airport and there is a town nearby which we didn’t get to check out which is an hours walk away. The rooms air conditioning could be better because it’s too high up and you don’t notice it’s on. The room also comes with a small fridge. I don’t think there is much more to say other than the hotel is good but I definitely wouldn’t say it’s great, due to the food so I am going to rate the hotel 4/5 stars!
