It was okay, the area around the hotel wasn’t that interesting and the beaches weren’t sandy and were quite crowded but that is obviously not their fault but I’d just like to mention that. The food was good some days but other days it wasn’t the best, the pancakes weren’t up to scratch and the cucumber tasted like bleach (I’m not over exaggerating). The queues to the restaurant were long and it took a while to get everyone in I personally wasn’t stuck in these queues but they were there for a while. There isn’t a very good English TV channel selection but I’m not sure if that’s just the island. There’s some nice views from the hotel balcony but I noticed that some balcony’s were covered by trees and you couldn’t look out of them. The room comes with a kettle a safe and a TV with a nice big closet but the closet door was very dodgy. There are 2 bars and three pools that are very close together and the pools are really good although I did see bits floating in the water. What could be improved is adding and iron to the rooms (I don’t know if you can hire one) so there’s no stress. It is an hour away from the airport and there is a town nearby which we didn’t get to check out which is an hours walk away. The rooms air conditioning could be better because it’s too high up and you don’t notice it’s on. The room also comes with a small fridge.

Great hotel and within in 2 min walking distance to shops. Aqua park across road, the cove is 5 — 10 mins down the road, staff are fab espically Lauren the kids entertainment. Miss her lots and Lauren and Charlotte are the reasons why we are coming back. Food is great lots of mixture. Best thing we did was go all inclusive. Rooms are ok just to get your head down. Air con could be up dated in the rooms and the beds are rock hard but part from that it's great.

Brilliant place. Friendly and helpful staff who go out of their way to help make your holiday special. Fantastic reps. Cannot recommend this place enough. Will definitely be back.

Good size family apartment, fridge, sink and hob with family table. Toilet with shower and hairdryer on wall. Two single beds. Small balcony from bedroom. Main large balcony from living/ kitchen area. A bit echoey at night from main hotel entertainment area.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I recommend it for all those parents who want to enjoy a holiday with the Pekes. Beautiful. We'll be backssss.

It's a great place, the service was amazing and when my friend had a broken kettle they sorted it really quickly. When my younger cousin got chicken pox they orginised for them to stay longer and really helped out. The apartments where great and roomy and there is two single beds in the bedroom and a sofa bed! I really liked staying here.

Disappointing food for French animations exclusively in English Nice staff.

At first the room was not clean, had to sweep the floor and wipe around a bit before we could do anything. After that the I can't complain about the room service as the rooms have been cleaned everyday/other day which is more than was needed for us. Pool was nice and there was entertainment going on through the day. We were self catering so didn't sample the food. The pool was good enough for a 7 and 3 year old, not to crowded but that was probably because it wasn't that busy when we went in May.

Hotel was great good for kids only thing was the food glad a was self-catering only endured the it once cheap to eat out but overall good little family holiday.

Positive: Affordable price, well located, quite quiet, very nice sunsets, friendly staff, if you leave the room on the last day at 12 they have luggage and shower service if you want to take advantage of what is left of the day negative: the beds and the row of Hormiguillas that crossed the dining-room.

Spent a great weekend here in July 2017. The food was delicious, the apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. Plenty of sunloungers around the pool. If you want to swim in the sea there's a cove 5 minutes walk away which is stunning and great for snorkeling. The bars, restaurants and shops are 5 minutes in the other direction.

Food is very good with lots of choice. Staff are always friendly and very helpful. We asked to move from an apartment to the main building as my wife and I have disabilities. The Staff and Thomas cook reps were perfect and even helped with the staircases. Currently relaxing and looking over the pool from our room. (Perfect) :)

Lovely hotel with friendly and polite staff☺️ the rooms are spacious and clean with cleaning staff everyday if you want. Three good size pools with fun facilities for children ☺️ would definitely go back!

The hotel was too busy, and the food was ok. The kids pool was amazing, and the Elephant made our entire holiday. The staff were absolutely brilliant. The entertainment staff were also brilliant.

Just got back from a 10 holiday it was great there's so much to do and the kids were never board, the reps are extremely friendly and helpful an good laugh, the apartment we stayed in was great very spacious, and clean, cleaners came every other day would definitely recommend it.

It's a lovely hotel with pleasant and helpful staff. Rooms are a little on the small side but to be honest we didn't spend any time in them. Air-conditioning and a good powerful shower. Very good pools with lifeguards and varied and plentiful food in the pleasant restaurant. Not a huge amount of activities but enough to keep little children happy. Plenty of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance and a small water park right outside (we didn't visit this because €50 for 2 adults and 2 small children is too expensive in my opinion).

Nice family friendly hotel we went for the all inclusive and the food was great lot of variety. Staff are all so friendly and worked so hard all through out the day. One of the best holiday we had.

We are all inclusive and it's great. Food good drink is San Miguel. TC reps are great and kids did love it.

All inclusive, self contained, lovely pool with tiny beaches and lots to do. Probably more of a family place, and Los Delfines was a little bit ghost-townish while we were there, but I'm sure it picks up during the summer season. Buffet wasn't half bad as well, quite a lot of it is grilled fresh in front of you. Lovely. Would recommend.

We stayed in the Hi appartments in the week post August with my family in 2014.
For years we have been attending villages of tour operators of the calibre of Veratour, Eden, Francorosso etc having acquired a good experience in evaluating tourist structures.
In 2014 we opted for a solution that gave us more freedom of movement by booking a half-board apartment of the hotel Los Delfines.
Our votes in detail range from 1 (poor) to 5 (excellent)
1. Reception: Rated 5
Always available and courteous ready to solve any kind of problem.
2. Kitchen: Rated 2
The staff at the restaurant Cortesissimo and ready like the one at the reception the vote collapses on the really poor variety of food, concentrated exclusively for the English clientele representing the 99, 9%. Of course you can choose the only formula overnight avoiding committing our same mistake. The island is full of restaurants at very good prices with high quality of fish, meat etc.
nb. The drinks for the clientele in 1/2 pension are all instant payment only cash in the restaurant.
3. Swimming pools: S. V.

View from the apartment great, small but comfortable apartment, clean and cozy. Serious staff. Recommended. Free parking space and outdoor pool held fine.

The food is horrific, the receptionists are rubbish but evrything else is good.

My wife and I have been to Calan forcat 7 times now and the Los Dolphins Apartments are the worst I have ever stayed in anywhere in Europe. The apartment was dirty so were the pots. And the pool was so cold I considered throwing ice cubes in to warm if up. Calan forcat is a great place but I would not reccomend these apartments to my worst enemy.
