A great stay in Mallorca. The hotel staff were always friendly and helpful. 10/10 and I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends. Made the trip unforgettable!

Nice rooms. Wonderful service. Great location. Breakfast is offered. Parking spots are available but limited. The rooms temperature is a bit warmer than preferred but understandable.

What a wonderful gem of a hotel. We stayed here in 2022, loved it then and returned this year to find all the services, the staff and the food as fantastic as before.

We slept with the balcony door open, listening to the sound of sea waves.
The restaurant on 7th floor also offers a panoramic sea view.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely hotel! So close to the sea and the beach — everything within walking distance. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the service was excellent.

Beautiful hotel facility in the middle of nature. Elena was super friendly.
Unfortunately the weather was pretty bad, windy and rainy, so we couldn’t use the pool area.

I liked the tranquility and the beautiful garden with plants. Guillermo's organization and the in-room breakfast were great.

Just home after a week’s stay at Cupido Boutique. Check in was great, very friendly staff. The reception & lobby/bar area is modern, cool & clean.

The hotel is absolutely recommended. Especially the roof terrace is incredible.

Enjoyed our stay, the hotel has a great location and found all areas clean, bedroom could have had more shelving or bedside cabinets. The staff were all very helpful.

A serene place to stay and experience tje natural beauty of the island. It's a lovely hotel surrounded by vast green spaces. Rooms are huge, clean and well equipped.

Don’t mind the people who write the reviews and they are not happy with the place. It’s my 3rd time here and I can tell you that this hotel feels like home and it’s so relaxing.

Stayed in September for 3 nights. The hotel and spa were immaculate. The location was great for walking into Palma Nova.

The view from the apartment is fabulous! We witnessed some beautiful sunrises from the balcony itself. Cleanliness was remarkable and the apartment is at a very picturesque location.

Just back from a week at this hotel. Great location all rooms have a sea view and very clean.

We booked the superior room with access to roof top terrace and pool. It was a prrfect place to lay, and the sun loungers were very comfortable with thick matress type cushions.

The hotel is in good location and the room was good. The roof teracce is very good for excellent sunset viewing. The staff working on the teracce are excellent.

Sept 2024 — stayed 8 nights & had an amazing time here. The apartments are a great size, lots of space, our balcony had the morning sun which was fantastic before being out for most of the day.

Nice hotel just a short minute walk away from the beach and also bus stop for palma and the airport just outside also. The rooms are spacious with a nice balcony and shower.

Lovley quiet stay here. Hotel is clean and very well kept. Staff helpful and friendly. Pool is shaded and can get cold (not a problem for us).

Excellent location, super breakfast and very supportive people working there. We stayed for 2 weeks in June and really enjoyed the place and location of this hotel.

Make sure you go for the beach view room in this hotel. Have this on our checklist now and this hotel didn't disappoint. Just walk out hotel and walk onto a lovely clean beach.

I was a bit hesitant about booking this hotel after reading some of the reviews on Google, but after staying here for a week, I can say that the property is very nice and clean.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Ignore the negative reviews. Hotel is very clean, had a junior suite with sea view/bath/balcony and superb. Adult pool area was fantastic and chilled.

This is a lovely hotel in the western suburbs of Palma. We stayed one night on a recent trip to the island and found the staff very helpful and the hotel very clean.

Great location, easy to get to by taxi or bus from the airport. Lovely room, lovely staff and you can leave your bags after checkout if you have a later flight.

This hotel room was beautiful and the perfect spot in the centre of Palma.

Recently visited the Viva Golf Hotel in Alcudia, Mallorca, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff made us feel welcome with genuine smiles and efficient service.

We were pleasantly surprised after reading many poor reviews. It’s a nice hotel with a great location and beautiful views. We were here in mid October for 6 days.
Rooms were perfectly fine.

After reading the mixed reviews we went to the hotel with low expectations but didn’t need to worry. We did have a few small issues with the room but these were dealt with quickly by the staff.

Just back from a family holiday and had a lovely stay. The staff were very friendly, hard working (they never stopped) and really good with the kids.

Just returned from our a week stay at this hotel. This was our 2nd stay this year after staying 12 days in July and we can’t wait to return again next year!

We can’t reccomend this place enough! The rooms were so comfortable and clean with AC and a lovely balcony overlooking the pool.

Lety Developer (I think was her name) Marco and Nikolai were wonderful at the kids club. This was our first holiday as a young family and they were wonderful.
