JS Can Picafort

The rooms are cleaned every day and the housekeepers are very polite and they are doing a very good job.
No kettle in the room and you have to rent the safe.
The staff from the kitchen are mean especially if you aren't a native and not many option of cooked food.
I choose the hotel just for the location but I will never come back at the JS Hotels.

We stayed in the hotel 2 times: 2 years ago and came back this year again. The hotel has all the necessary facilities, a great selection of food for breakfast and dinner, and service is great. Rooms are always kept clean. Drinks for breakfast are not the best, but there are also lots of cafes and bars around. As a seafood lover, I could always find smth each day, paella or fried squid, or mussels in tomato sauce, fish, etc. The beach is just one step away with turquoise clear water. And we enjoyed a sea view room, awesome views and sunrises. The bus stop to go to Palma/ Alcudia or whereever is just 8 min away. There are many markets and shops around, and in the evening it was nice to walk along the beach line for as long as we could:)

Very good hotel. Just near the beach. A lot of restaurants nearby. The closest supermarket 7 minutes to walk. Very good breakfast, variety of tasty food. Very tasty bakery. Breakfast from 7-45 by 10-15. Perfect cleaning of rooms daily. No drink water in the rooms but it is not the problem. Hand soap, shower gel and shampoo is available. We stayed in room 411 with amazing view on the sea. Safe is on payment basis. Beach towels also — 1 euro per day & 20 euros deposit. The beach is perfect. Water is clean and seashore is perfect for children.

The hotel impresses with its location right by the sea — the view from the room is amazing. The staff is very polite and helpful, and the food is tasty and varied. The rooms are clean and well-kept. It's the perfect place to relax and admire the beautiful views! The perfect base for trips. Thanks to the location, we visited the whole of Majorca by car. Greetings from Poland to Antonio and Rosa, who take care of every detail of your successful vacation. :)

Lovely hotel right on the seafront with great staff, comfortable and spotlessly clean rooms and a fantastic location to all the amenities. Great for exploring the island too. Highly recommended.

Location was great. Right on the beach. Room was clean and adequate for us. Meals were different every night. Staff were very attentive and professional. Swimming pool just round the side. Very nice and plenty of loungers and umbrellas. Easy to get a bus to Alcudia and Palma nearby. It was my first time in this part of Spain and I'm definitely coming back.

The hotel is very close to the beach and in the city centre in a fine location with a beautiful sea view. Despite what I read from the oldest reviews, the food was good and various. The cleaner personnel works very well and the rooms are comfortable. The receptionists are very focused to the customer needs, promptly and very kind and friendly, too. It's a pity that some senior waiters are not respectful with the customers while the young ones are very kind with the people.
In the end, I recommend the hotel but I warmly suggest the management to talk with the senior waiters.

Twin room just a little small, no drawers. Everything about the room and room service was fine. Bar staff were not too good, they came to take your order before you got chance to read the bar menu, then when they said they'd be back later, it was much later, in fact we went to the bar next door… food, there was a wide choice and moderate quality. Always a long queue for the hot beverages though which meant that people were standing behind you, pick your table wisely. Overall not bad for the star rating.

The hotel is located directly at the beach, which is great. When booking the room, all pictures of rooms online have a balcony with sea view, but not all guests get a room with a sea view. Some of them look like this (pic below). I will share pictures of our balcony view, so that people know what to expect. We were very disappointed when we saw our room and balcony.

Very good location. Food fair. Room cleaned. But small and need to have coffee there be idea. Over rall best location.
Will be back again.

We stayed for my partners birthday and checked in as usual with our passports we got a lovely room with a sea view it was my partners birthday the next day after checking in on our return to our room we were pleasantly shocked to find a complmimentary chilled bottle of bubbly 🍾 waiting for us in the hotel room with a card we had not mentioned or asked for it this was a fantastic touch to the holiday we were both very impressed. The service and food at the hotel was top notch and the staff very friendly and helpful. I couldn't ask for better service this alone would make me want to return sometime. The area is quiet and peaceful but it was at the start of the season but seems more quiet that other areas on the island. I would recommend JS hotels and JS can picafort to anyone. Well done and many thanks to all the staff.

In overall a very good accommodation for a summer vacation, really close to the beach, the rooms are alright, nothing special nothing bad.
Rich variety of breakfast, super kind personal. What I really don't like is the time of both breakfast (from 7:45 til 9) and dinner (from 18:45 til 20). Kinda frustrating having to set alarm even on a holiday just to be able to get to breakfast on time. And on the other hand, if you want yo to do a daytrip, leaving 7:30 in the morning, again you'll miss the breakfast. Would be much better the standard hotel breakfast times ;)
The biggest minus for me personally is the scary elevator…

Unbeatable location. I loved absolutely everything. I stayed in one of three stars. Both the facilities and the food are one star more. Staff friendliness is 10. I will certainly repeat. My daughter wants to come back tomorrow.
