The place was generally lovely — the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The food was delicious!
However, I would suggest offering some customer service training to the reception staff.

My daughters and grandson have just returned from a break at this hotel. Excellent food, cleanliness, helpful staff and plenty to keep children amused.

Great place for a family vacation. The apartments are spacious, the staff is nice, and there are plenty of chairs on the pool (which is also nice). The meals are nice but not super-varied.

Fantastic Stay at THB Gran Bahia Hotel!
I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at the THB Gran Bahia Hotel. From the warm welcome to the impeccable service, every aspect of my visit was outstanding.

Excellent deal in the beginning of may. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The best thing is the breakfast and dinner. The chef is making fresh eggs to order and the spread is also great.

Rooms are a bit dated and are in need of small repairs or upgrades. The room was clean for the most part.
The staff are lovely and helpful.

Just back from an 11 night stay and we cannot fault this hotel. The pool area is amazing. My little girls (3&5) loved the splash zone and the pool with the slides.

Ideal family holiday location, an excellent hotel, with superb staff and rooms that appear to be in the process of being upgraded constantly, a good selection of facilities for the whole family.

Just come back home from staying in Palma for 4 nights. Stayed at this hotel which was in a great location, the shops, restaurants, aquarium and beach was all within walking distance.

The hotel was ok, near to airport, city and the beach. The room was so clean and the ac works great. The worker was so nice to us. The breakfast was great.

(Don't read old reviews because the hotel has been renovated now) I spent 4 days and 3 nights at this hotel with my husband. I have to say it was amazing!

Me and partner stayed here for 5 nights and it exceeded our expectations. Juan was very helpful and welcoming and made us feel comfortable during our stay.

Very good room. Not big, but enough to stay for several days for 2 people. Located in an amazing village, on the main square, there are a few bars with amazing breakfasts and dinners there.

Here now and bewareThere is renovations at Globals Hotel at side ao this is my view. Room 101. Drilling and dust and noise from 8am. Nothing on website or facebook page to tell anyone.

Absolutely fabulous apartments & friendly staff. Very central to the centre. Our 1st trip here, we will be back again.

We only spent a short time here — but it was absolutely amazing! The room was lovely with a beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean.

We stayed here for a week in late September. The location of this hotel is fantastic, right on the beachfront with the rooms, pool and dining area overlooking the sea, which is lovely.

We were upgraded to an apartment/suite out the back of the hotel. It’s great. Spacious, modern, clean, well-equipped. Two seating areas outside, great shower…perfecto!

Just back from a very relaxing holiday staying at this hotel. I was a bit. On earned on arrival when we were directed out of the hotel to across the road and into another building.

I was so impressed. Based on the price I really thought it would be just a place to lay our heads. We had plenty of space for 4. The rooms although dated were immaculately clean with a huge balcony.

Decent accomodation at good prices, little noisy at night (Argentinians tend to be very noisy as neighbours next door by night) Pool bar was great music too and Mario 5* barista.

I stayed here with my friend for 7 days, and it was one of the most heartwarming travel experiences I’ve ever had.
