Hotel Alondra O7 Alondra

I stayed at this hotel for one week and was left very disappointed. Although the property is advertised as recently renovated, the room I received was far from finished. There were gaps where the baseboards should have been, the bathroom flooded after every shower, the room phone wasn’t connected, there was a constant unpleasant smell, and the fire alarm went off early in the morning without any explanation.
The worst problem was the air conditioning: it leaked so heavily that we ended up with buckets partially filled with water, and the entire floor was soaked. Despite reporting this repeatedly, no real help was provided and the issue was simply ignored.
The service overall was extremely poor. The staff showed little professionalism, dismissed every concern, refused to offer a different room even though availability was visible online, made inappropriate comments, and even threatened to involve the police at one point. The manager also failed to offer any practical solution and later backed out of a promised refund by giving misleading information to Booking. Com.
None of the major issues were addressed during the stay. This hotel does not meet a 3-star standard, and I would not recommend booking it.

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and were extremely disappointed. Although recently “renovated, ” our room was clearly unfinished: no blackout curtains at first, holes in the walls, a loose shower head that fell and injured my partner, AC leaking heavily, a flooding bathroom, a non-functional room phone, a horrible smell, and a 6 AM fire alarm with no explanation.
The staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. They dismissed our complaints, made xenophobic remarks, refused to change our room, and even threatened to call the police instead of offering any assistance. The manager provided no real solutions, went back on his promise of a refund, and misled Booking. Com about our case.
Overall, it was a terrible experience, far from a 3-star standard. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

(Don't read old reviews because the hotel has been renovated now) I spent 4 days and 3 nights at this hotel with my husband. I have to say it was amazing! The reception was very friendly and helpful and it was open 24 hours. That's another plus. The first day I arrived, we arrived at 2 am and missed the first dinner (we paid for half board) but the hotel prepared a small set of sandwiches for us and offered a new room with pool views, It was very impressed…
At first, I hesitated to stay here because of the old bad reviews. But when I arrived I was very surprised. Everything was different after the renovation, the room was clean and beautiful. It is a very good quality hotel and it is also close to the sea.
It was my first time in Spain and I was very impressed. I will definitely come back again!
