Ok hotel. Two small pools, one kiddy pool and one deep. No slides or anything else by the pool. Really quiet pool area which was great compared to the larger family hotels. Food was ok but better to eat at the nearby restaurants. We had the breakfast included, regular buffet and also pancakes. The hotel have a small playground. Staff was nice and friendly. Cleaning of the rooms were a bit early, some times at 9 and woke us up one morning. The rooms towards the street can be a bit noisy late in the evening but usually ended at 23. Beds were really hard and not very nice. Lots of restaurants and shops in the area. Close to the beach. Hotel was situated on a dead end street so outside the lobby was not much traffic.

Stayed in this hotel with wife and child great location friendly stuff. Comfortable rooms with kitchenette all utensils. Small cooler for kids large for adults plenty of lounges never had a problem again area to sit around the pool set location is no more then 5 minutes walk to the beach. The majority of the people staying in the hotel seemed to be German. Lots of families staying in this hotel.

Good hotel but the main minus it is that insulation between rooms is missing as a… Everyone hears what they say and what they do. The restaurant prepares quite tolerable food, but after 14 days, the food became annoying. It is not far from the sea, but it is a plus.

Super relaxed. Apartments great spacious. Super staff. Optimitable for children.

In general a good hotel to spend a week. It does have traces of "aging" but generally it is in good condition. Cleanliness was of good standard. The food is alright, not outstanding (please don't serve sushi, it really was not good. A weird, kind a sweet taste and the rice was way too dry). There is something for everyone. I liked that we could take our bicycles to the room. Save and secure. Also, it's easy to prep your ride the next morning without the need carrying bottles, shoes etc. To the basement. The staff at the reception are very friendly and helpful. What would make a great plus is if you'd equip the hotel with a coin laundry for self service. Thanks for making an effort :-)

Lovely hotel staff on front desk and cleaners lovely and friendly. However the food was not good at all had all inclusive's at other hotel's that were much better. I ended up eating out. Such a shame.

Nice hotel good food. Only the shower is in need of getting used to.

We are very impressed rooms immaculate staff all very nice food good couldn't ask for anything more to enjoy your holiday.

The location is great, not the best, as there are other hotels and rental villas up and down the beach; however, this property is truly only a short walk (5 min tops at a slower pace) to the beach. The room has a nice set up, a separate bedroom and bathroom, from a joined living/ kitchenette room — — but the room I have experience with had a burnt out television in the bedroom, and mold on the ceiling in front of the entryway near the bathroom. If you book the all-inclusive, be advised there is a smaller window of time for the 3 main meals (breakfast / lunch/ dinner), and you'll need cash to pay for top shelf drinks, but the price seems reasonable given the circumstance. The staff were all friendly and accommodating — no complaints there.

Entertainment is very poor. Reps (entertainers) are extremely rude and do not engage with members of the hotel. A family member of mine slipped and was close to falling right next to all four reps and not one asked if she was okay, only gave a glare. Reps spoiled the experience.

Lunch and dinner hours for Germans. Old and poorly maintained facilities. Does not deserve the four stars.

We have stayed today and the truth is that cleanliness and quality leave a lot to be desired. The bathroom was dirty and with objects from previous guests. They offer towel service but they only let you change them twice a week, if the weekday lavas charge you one more euro for each day. By the use of the safe tambiėn they charge you. It is a pity that we care so little for quality tourism in Spain. I don't recommend it. The only positive the guy who is at reception, at least cares to offer a good picture.

Despite the event that our organizer AirBerlinHoliday messed up, our hotel has all been super-bathed. The hotel is not directly on the beach, but you can go a few meters once in a while. We had half board and the food plus service was really great and could recommend the hotel to anyone. The rooms were up-to-date and were not really small. We'll be back.

Apartment is lovely, staff are welcoming and friendly, food is delicious.

The hotel is very good. The food is excellent. Close to the Sea-3 min. The room was spacious.

Perfect location on the Platja de Muro! The majority of the rooms should have at least partial ocean views. The fourth floor rooms have a beautiful view on the sea.
The food is nearly perfect for all tastes of something. Basically, one should be not averse to Mediterranean cuisine for dinner though.
All inclusive is offered, I would however from my own experience of advise, the surrounding restaurants and bars, and above all the outstanding Playa de Muro are actually daily worth a visit!
We were as a family site and were very pleased!
Only criticism regarding order and cleanliness have the Spaniards have something to learn, is however not only a problem of this hotel in Spain…

The service has been good, as is my stepfather who works there waiter and not to be my stepfather but for being one good waiter in hotel and restaurant.

Excellent hotel and staff, only 2 minutes from the beach, plenty of choice for food, and drink,. But if you want a British only hotel this is not for you, mainly Germans, but we never saw it as a problem everyone got on with eachother… will definitely stay again.

Staff great, hotel great, add a great time. A show or entertainment every night.

Great hotel for families. We had a great time with our children (ages 1 and 4). The staff was very nice. The sea and the beautiful sandy beach is within easy reach. All inclusive was perfect for us as a family, so you have to worry from dinner to a cocktail to nothing. We come back.

One of the worst hotels I've had so far. Our room was overbooked and the management did a really bad job in dealing with this. In the end we were blackmailed to not claim any money back from the hotel, otherwise they would force us to switch the room every day. Not really an option with a 11 month old baby. Horrible. Really.
