If I could give zero stars I would.
Regrettably, the experience of staying at Innerkompas was so awful that my wife and I felt compelled to cut our holiday short, cancel our original return flights, and book new ones at our own expense in order to leave early.
The following issues caused us significant stress and dissatisfaction throughout our stay:
1. Access Difficulties – Only one key was provided. Each use of the gate lock took 5–6 minutes of struggling, and the buzzer system was ineffective due to an insufficient time delay.
On our first evening, we spent 20 minutes attempting to enter before a local resident assisted us.
2. Apartment Facilities – Essential items such as a toaster, iron, and ironing board were not provided initially and had to be specifically requested.
3. Sleeping Arrangements – The mattress was extremely hard and leaving both of us with daily stiffness and discomfort.
4. Safety & Security Concerns – On two occasions, drunk and abusive individuals outside the entrance (adjacent to the bar) harassed my wife, which made us feel unsafe returning to the property.
5. Furnishings & Condition – The furniture was of poor quality, and a large mirror was left unsecured against a wall, presenting a clear health and safety hazard.
6. Air Conditioning – The AC system failed to adequately cool the room, making sleep very difficult in uncomfortable temperatures.
These apartaments are everything if you are looking for a relaxing holiday with zero thinking involved. The location is 10/10. Bus stop is in front if you want to go to Palma or any other places. You have one small supermarket in the ground floor and a big one 10min walk. Hundreds of restaurants at your doorstep to choose whatever meal you want.
Beach is literally crossing the street.
The apartments itself are good: a real new air con that fully works. A small kitchenette for some simple cooking. Comfy beds and the staff is lovely and attentive.
These rooms are nothing fancy but I'd say they are good value for money and super comfy. The perfect stay if your plan is to spend most of the day at the beach and the only decision you want to make is which restaurant you want to go for dinner.
Only thing I'd say is that because of its location, it means you will hear some noise but this stopped between 10-11pm so it never caused any issues.
