The food is lovely and the staff are really friendly.

Back yesterday from our 5th time at Tropico! We love it here! Hotel is in perfect location, beach literally across the road, most of the staff are really friendly and the all inclusive is good. We have always had superb weather as well! Well done Tropico, we’ll see you next year ✈️

Back last week from a 5 day trip. First time we have stayed at Tropico and would definitely go back.
Great location and we had a room overlooking the sea.
Kids managed to find something to eat at meal times without a fuss which is always a bonus.
Staff all very friendly and look forward to returning.

Been here a few times, changed owners now so lost its personal touch, overall very good, apart from the coffee, if you a coffee lover forget it, served from vending machines, really poor, entertainment good except the Kareoke, its the worst I ever seen.

The hotel is decent, the standard rooms are subbed, especially the bathroom. Cleaning every day, towels change. Feed variously, but as it is not particularly tasty. But it's pure imho. Contingent British, a lot of elderly retirees, the main plus of the hotel is the first line from the sea. The beach across the street. The price due to this is somewhat overstated.

I had a nice experience in this place. I speak on behalf of myself and my family, who congratulates all the staff and all the people who work constantly behind this beautiful structure.
My family and I stayed for ten days, we were able to relax and do the activities with the animation team, to visit the city and the nearby cities, we went to the beach and tanned like roast chicken.
This was to give an idea of ​​how a family could spend about ten days in a similar place.
Positive comments about the kitchen we have several, from perfectly cooked food to dot to fresh food, healthy, in excellent condition, visually genuine and not GM foods. To underline that my little brother is intolerant to gluten, soy and dairy we have managed in accord with the hotel to find the right balance for his food on holiday.
The incredible animation team, fantastic, super and big workers full of energy. Being young inspired me to do this work over the course of my future years of life.
The cleaning of the rooms is very good. The waitresses are friendly and on time, very smart and helpful.
The super reception, to any information requested by us there was always a timely response. I would say that therefore we have come to the right place at the right time.
Given that under the advice of family friends we came to this hotel I recommend also and on behalf of my family to go for a holiday with all the tricks without you face a robbery face uncovered.

Ancient sad structure offers little… Cleaning rooms very mediocre leaves you to be desired you still clean with broom and shovel! Room not present fridge bar and on demand and you pay! Single beds for a family and a little uncomfortable! Food cooked well but always present the same dishes! The only thing that keeps this and hotel and the staff friendly and always available! This strutty I don't recommend it to anyone!

Great hotel but food same everyday.

Location is perfect. Right at the beach and no party people in the hotel. Party locations are on the other hand near by. I normally book 4.5 on 5 + rated hotels. It's not as good as a 4.5 but I would give it a 4.2 than Nice food. Nice people. Air conditioning. Rooms look a bit old but the rest is good.

Got back this morning from this hotel with my mum after a week stay. We thought the pool was too small and the pool area was too cramped so we went by the beach most days. Also I could smell sick around by the pool and on our last night our room smelt of sewers, it was gross we had a fab pool and sea view though! And the staff were all very friendly. The location is perfect. Food not that good so again we went out for most of the time. It was good for a cheap Holiday.

Amazing hotel really felt at home there. We asked to change room next day for a sea view and was sorted out without problems entertainment was every night and a good variety of acts something for everyone. The manager was very welcoming and helpful the staff were all lovely from cleaners to kitchen all friendly. This hotel was a lovely surprise find we would highly recommend it. Right opposite a the beach.

Leaving tomorrow, had a great time. Great location, good food and drinks, friendly helpful staff. Could not have asked for more.

My mum and dad (both in their 70’s) love this hotel so this year we (her immediate) family decided to come along, 13 of us lol. And omg did we have fun! The pool was, Beach was amazing and only a stone throw away from Magaluf! The staff at the hotel are amazing! Kind, friendly and the housekeeping staff amazing! Can’t wait to come back next year. Thank you all for a lovely holiday xxx.

The elderly guests of this hotel are the most beautiful thing ever.

There's no food, so beer and sangria. The sangria was good.

Great place to diet, food was the worst I have ever encountered. Food in the local restaurants was excellent though. Complained but the management didn't give a fiddlers.

Excellent hotel, clean loverly staff, fab location, just come back will defiantly go back, everything you need on tap, better than some expensive hotels we've stayed in, well done.

Spent a week here but some years ago now, location is great as it's right next to the beach and the whole of Palmanova is within easy walking distance. Magaluf about 40 mins walk away. Friendly and comfortable hotel with nice outside bar, no frills accommodation.

Better watch it and enjoy it.

May only b a 3star hotel but I give it 4stars food very good staff are fantastic right on beach what more can you ask for.

This was our second visit to the most friendliest hotel we have been in great location and the best English breakfast would highly recommend.

Not enough bar staff room walls thin could hear everything dining area far too hot it had no air conditioning and not much choice staff miserable.

Olaf on the bar is a nasty piece of work, swearing at guests when he is having a bad day but the management do nothing as he's the owners son. He lets the team down as rest of the staff are delightful. He made our trip with our children very uncomfortable and I would never recommend until he is fired.

Except for the situation just bad.

We stayed here for 4 nights it's ideal location right on the beach, clean and tidy staff were great only thing that let it down slightly was food we went all inclusive and it was same thing over and over just needed a wee change apart from that u could not fault the hotel.

Just come back from Hotel Tropico, the staff could not be more helpful and friendly, food Was good, and enough choice. Alex made some tasty cocktails. David at reception made you feel welcome.

Just back after our tenth visit to this fantastic hotel and can't wait to go back. Any other review will tell you what it is like here, but what I want to mention is the staff because they really do make the place. My daughter became ill on this visit which meant a visit to hospital and the staff from the manager, Pedro, Mary, Geraldine to David on reception all bent over backwards for us. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble and everyone went beyond what they needed to do. I cannot speak highly enough of them. Yes while the hotel is brilliant, ideally located and the food is excellent, the staff for me simply stood out. Many thanks guys for all your help.

Anyone that complains are just being pathetic. We come twice every year for one reason. We love the place. 10 out of ten … also cocktail nights n live entertainment nice little extras too. Right on the beach cant beat it …

The hotel is not too bad. Room was clean. The bed… it's a cheap one, but okay. If you want a fridge or safe lock, even a remote control for a TV you need rent those are. Unfortunately the neighbours are very loud. The beach is very close. You step out from the hotel, walk cross on the road, and just step in to the sea. So many choice of night life… Bars and restaurants everywhere. Hotel staff are friendly, but somsome of the restaurant staff just too loud for me. The hotel is good enough for the sort stay like us.

Fabulous Hotel in undoubtedly the best location in Palma Nova. Loads of special extras such as freshly made cocktails, chilled fizz available to help yourself, freshly made crepes etc and wonderful, personal and attentive service from the staff are what make this special small Hotel stand out from the crowd. We had a family room with a panoramic sea view that was perfect for a family of four. The glass balcony patio at the front of the Hotel overlooking the sea is the perfect place during the evening to enjoy a cocktail and people watch. We can't wait to return.

Been coming here for 20 years and it's our got to resort, great staff and very well looked after.

We love the Tropico Playa and have stayed here 6 times (so far). The hotel is always clean, the rooms cleaned most days. We have stayed in twin rooms and family rooms and all have a balcony and plenty of space. All rooms have air con too which is a bonus! All the staff are friendly and welcoming and always more than happy to help. Xisco, Pedro, Mary and Geraldine to name just a few who work tirelessly to make sure we have the perfect stay. … The location is amazing, you literally cross over the road and you are on the beach. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby, located in a beautiful relaxed and safe environment. Magaluf centre is only a 10-15 walk away for a lively night out but love the fact that this hotel is in a quieter yet central spot. The food is of good standard and there's always something for everyone, there's always an abundance of bread and salad if you just fancy something light. There have been some improvements this year including the chef that will cook items to order on a griddle infront of you, check out his omelette! There's also themed evenings like champagne cocktails and fresh made crepes. It's great value for money and we will definitely be returning soon!

For young families not suitable. No activities at pool for middle age families or kids. I have been attending this hotel for over 11 years. This is the first year I found it not suitable for my age good 50s to mid 50s. More suitable for older crowd. Management not as friendly as Shauna. Kitchen staff so good and friendly.

Tropics hotel, located on the promenade in Palmanova. Although it is not a hotel very large has a nice miniature golf and beach views. There is much movement in the area especially in summer. The hotel is closed in the winter months (low season). Next to the hotel there is an ATM of Banca March.

I went here 2 years ago it was really brilliant the staff was nice the food was amazing the pool was big so I would go there agian brilliant hotel I really enjoy my time there.

The cocktails of to bar are just terrible I drip all over the map and all its for a very reasonable price.

Very good and plentiful. Recommended for those who see more substance than form.

This hotel was excellent the waiters were always having a laugh with us. Let's just say that if the Pepsi machine was all out of Pepsi the staff would fix it right away. The cleaners have done an absolute wonderful job of making up our room, and no they do not steal your things they only touch it if you have left it on the bed so they move it so they can make the beds. Also when you go there if you notice a person called Pedro, he is the kindest waiter, he is even willing to talk to you outside of work. Just one last thing, if you see a bad review of the hotel just to let you know that those reviews are fake.

Having stayed at this hotel three times and going again in a few weeks time in just two years youll agree this speaks for itself l.

This is a brilliant hotel in pama nova we enjoyed it so mush there is a big enough pool for us the beach straight across the road inside there is fantastic staff for the hotel there are things for the kids to do through the day and at night there are different shows on and karaoke there is a massive dining area to have your breakfast and evening meal and they are delicous choose watever you like there is a massive buffet all you can eat you are smack in the middle of all the shops but it is quite deer inside them the rooms were clean and tidy the made came in and cleaned and made the beds everyday this was our first year here we enjoyed it we will deffinetly come here again thankyou for our brilliant holiday.

Spent two dreadful weeks at the Tropico and will never go back! Rooms were tiny and dirty, the staff were rude and the food unedible! The only decent thing is the location. stay away.
