Just returned from a weeks holiday, had a lovely relaxing time. Hotel and rooms are of high standard, very clean, friendly staff, roof top area brilliant. Only downside was not such a great selection of food as before COVID, maybe it’s because staff have to dish it up for you, really missed not having the cheese, cold meats and salad in the evening. Would highly recommend hotel and will return.

Just arrived home after 1 fabulous week in this hotel. The room was great, the view magnificent (513). About the food, there are some gluten free options, food is good and they change “the menu” all nights. Stuff were always helpful and super nice with us. We felt so good, it was hard to leave…
The beach was like 15seg from the hotel, you can find everything you need around!
About safety (COVID-19) they have really done a good job, we felt save. I recommend this hotel! 5

Everything is okay for the cheap prices
BUT the food quality… it is veeeery bad! especilly if ur a vegetarian or vegan… forgeeeet it! do not ever consider halfboard! staff is friendly!

Very poor customer service. Staff on reception were totally incompetent and did not treat us like guests. No manager on duty when we had an issue. The staff on the front desk let this hotel down which is such a shame when there are positives such as clean, fresh rooms, lovely views, food acceptable.

The hotel is simply fantastic! Great location, very good breakfast, helpful and nice staff, beautiful roof terrace with a mad view. We will definitely come back ❤️

Breakfast was better than i've seen anywhere. The terrace on top of the building gives you very nice views every direction! everything very nice.

This has been the worst experience of my life. The hotel was from the dark ages no facilities staff particular danina was disgusting! No care for the customer in fact she was dressed so unprofessional they had no plugs the restaurant was hot and we were told 'you get what u pay for' the hotel was in need of a total refurb do not stay here we are on a flight home back to Manchester.

AC and Internet is worst. Services offered is not upto point. Asked the queen bed and got double bed. Baby bed was not there in the room even if was asked before arrival twice. Breakfast is ok. Flies can be seen nearby food. Pay for the water during the dinner. The elevator is worst because it is very very small. Reception is not good and they don't care.

Food is really enjoyable but mostly catered for other then that it's on a great location for activities, also transport.

The food was okay but not wow! As a “all inclusive” hotel, they should try to refill the food as soon as possible, because lots of trays were empty, and if you arrive a lil bit later, you will eat leftovers. The coffee was HORRIBLE! Were days when the coffee was water with a taste of coffee! At the bar they served the beer in small glasses, not pints, and if you were really thirsty, you had to go several times for beers, or another drinks. At the pool bar they have a machin…e who does the cocktails! Really?! It’s that hard to mix some drinks and make a cocktail? Very dissapointed! We’ve had the flight in the afternoon, and the receptionist told us that if we want to have all inclusive untill then, we have to pay 14€/person, to extend the all inclusive. This it doesn’t seem fair, just because you’re making the check out at 12.
At the pool, you couldn’t find an empty sunbed, because the tourists came and let their towels on the sunbeds, and left, tho the rules were written very clear that if you’re not there, it’s not allowed to let your towel on it. I really liked that we’ve had our room cleaned daily, the towels were changed everyday! The staff were very friendly!
The location of the hotel is perfect, right next to the beach, tho you have to pay for sunbeds, and they’re not cheap: 15€ per day.

Hotel on the sea, kitchen that satisfies all, the cleanliness of the room leaves a Little to be desired, the bathroom in particular did not shine, we spent 4 nights from 30.05 to 3.06.18 and the bathroom mirror and the bidet were never cleaned. In our room The air conditioning was not there. Friendly reception staff. In the hotel at night there is also a Bit of entertainment, good guys who danced Saturday night on the notes of Michael Jackson.

We're here right now and I have to tell us like it very much.
The Staff is polite the Food is good it is for everyone what is there, the Rooms are clean. We like it very much.

Can recommend the centrally located Hotel with good Cuisine if it is not overbooked! Cosy Terraces for Relaxation right on the Promenade! Nice, friendly, multilingual Staff! The Hotel is due to close at the end of the year as Renovations are due and will eventually reopen in 2019!

So the hotel was very clean.
And staff very very friendly. I have to emphasize 2 which were very very very friendly. Once the blonde lady at the reception and once the big waiter with black hair (boss? )
But it was really NOT unkind.
Food, unfortunately, was not our flavour. We even found breakfast terribly unfortunately. That really was sorry to us because we actually thought the hotel was really great.
And the cocktails at the bar tasted rather watery.
Because of eating and bar 1 star deduction.
But the friendliness and cleanliness and also the location were so great that we would book again but then no longer all inclusive.

The beach is very close there is a pool close to the airport there are shops and restaurants cons: Planes fly low, night hard to sleep dirty beach far to the center of the hotel not the newest.

The location of this hotel is very good the service is also. The rooms are nice.

Half way through our stay… so far all boxes ticked… have heard there's a refurb. Planned. Hope the place doesn't lose its relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

I was in April D. Year with my girlfriend for 1 week with AI at Las Arenas. The hotel has been very much in the years.
The food was extremely poor, all the pastries, such as omelettes or some pasta dishes, only tasted flour. Who likes to eat salad, comes over the rounds. As a rule you say that you always find something that tastes good at the buffet, but it is a little difficult. The service was super nice and accommodating except for an older waiter.
The room with sea view is nicely sized and functional. We had a very large balcony, unfortunately only equipped with simple plastic stacking chairs. The bed is a great disaster, Matallklappbett with a quaint old hard mattress. I haven't seen this in any other hotel. In the room there are 3 outlets, 2im rooms, one of which is for the fridge and the other for the TV. The third is in the bathroom, in the middle of the wall, without the old Bathstool would not be used too. The windows are not tight, we had a flood in the room during rain. The balcony door was also not tight, by which it has pulled extremely, so that we jammed the curtain behind the headboard from the bed.
The staff is very friendly in the whole, they always responded immediately if you wanted something. Of these, other hotel employees in other hotels can cut a slice.
There was animation every evening in the form of music, there were many dancing. It was very noisy but it was on time at 23:00 am. The hotel was quiet at night.

We have just spent a long weekend at the hotel, rooms very clean but basic, most staff very friendly and helpful but I felt that a lot of the food could have been a bit hotter. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel probably found two stars in a kinder surprise. It looks more like a home for older people than a good place to spend a nice holiday.
For food c is a bit the game of Russian roulette but with an automatic pistol. She sticks to the body and gives the tourista. The drinks are not included in the half-pressure (not even a small bottle of fleet).
At the room level they are more or less 2m out of 3. Can't put his suitcase in a cupboard or even under the bed.

Fantastic hotel, great food every day, wonderful, friendly staff and good beer/wine. Our room was extremely clean and a good size with a decent balcony and fantastic views of the harbour and beach. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Centrally located, good kitchen to be buffet, good service and services. Comfortable and beachfront.

We were very pleased with the accommodation with half board. Very nice staff, in the buffet area almost all people strive. The only drawback on our part was the beds, otherwise everything was great and we would come back.!

Back again can't keep away, as per back once more in June. Everything is absolutely brilliant, book direct and get bottle of wine with 2 glasses in room on arrival. Wine and water at lunch and dinner, you can take what's not drunk up to room no problem. Entertainment this year is for dancing it's a good night whether doing or sitting, there seems to be waiter service availble from the bar. Can't recommend this hotel enough, come and enjoy the atmosphere.

Nice and clean Hotel, right on the front. Good choice of food and appetising. Good free Wi-Fi. Rooms ok but lacking on electrical sockets. Staff friendly and helpful. This is our fifth stay at the Last Arenas. Plenty of places to eat and drink if your not All Inclusive. Good value for money.

Good location in Playa de Palma. Old Hotel. Unpleasant cafeteria staff. Regular food. Very bad coffee. There's only one plug in the bathroom to load devices.

The hotel itself is normal! Was there a week, near the beach, but dirty. It's bad when planes fly over the hotel at night with a terrible roar! It's a long way from the city. The air conditioning doesn't work well. Personally, I did not like and others do not advise.

Old Hotel with some renovations that didn't take away the old air. Estrechisimo hallway, simply ugly décor. The room all with yellow tones, orange and brown in the bedspreads, curtains and paintings. Excessively colorful up on the walls. The best thing about the hotel the situation. The rest is not four stars, much less.

4-Star Beach Hotel. You can tell that it is a few years old, not an avant-garde or design hotel. That said, we have a beachfront accommodation almost next to the airport and a 10 minute drive from downtown Palma (whose similar hotels are quite more expensive). Comfortable rooms and meals buffet quite well.

Excellent value for the money! The staff is very friendly, the food is very good, fresh and tasty, clean rooms, perfect location. We love it and we will back this year! And not forget to visit the Aquarium!

Was already 4 times in Can Pastilla.

The place where it is located is the best of the hotel. The room is very small and the hotel is very expensive. The bathroom a little small and with the ceiling low. We found the bed without making the second day. We can give you an approved breakfast.

Excellent time staying there the only bad think is plug sockets there was only one to use and that was in the bathroom. Needs more plug sockets. Other than that faultless would stay again.

It's a nice hotel.
One negative is that the upper floors have a very weak Wi-Fi signal.

I found this hotel excellent value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was brilliant. The hotel is right on the beach. My room was pretty basic needing a bit of tlc and the pool was very disappointing but on the whole the holiday was great. Would definitely go again.

The hotel is very ajado. Good buffet, but lousy machine juices. Very friendly staff. The location is excellent and the C'an is very close to the beach.

Rooms and service are top. Unfortunately, lunch cannot keep up. Meat dry. Breakfast is great though with a class selection. WLAN works without problems and internal processes are very well organized. As a guest, you feel well lifted.

Again at any time. Polite, courteous staff. Good food. Clean rooms.

I spent a nice weekend at Las Arenas hotel. The food was fresh and tasty, the staff was friendly and the location is just few feet from the beach.

This was the location for our honeymoon last year. We absolutely love this hotel and the perfect location. From being only minutes from the airport to the fact it is set on one of the best beaches on the island. The staff are so friendly and accommodating as well. Add in the vast choice of food and drinks and it all adds up to the perfect holiday destination. Can pastilla is so easy going too and though cosmopolitan there are areas that are tranquil and of a traditional mallorcan feel. We have stayed 3 times and we will back next year. Love it! I was at Las Arenas for the first time and hopefully not the last time.
What I have to do most of the praise for the staff. I have never seen such friendly and hard-working staff. They try everything to make you feel comfortable and the wishes are fulfilled.
The location of the hotel is a dream. Beautiful on the edge of the ballerman and in zero comma nothing at the party. Who wants that. Evenings on the terrace are almost like directly on the beach.
The rooms are really very bright and also the sockets are really missing. However, you can rent extension cables at the reception.
The hotel is clean and there are fresh towels and duvets are changed daily.
The food is excellent. Buffet and live cooking. I have to say that I am already satisfied with pizza, but for foodies there should also be something to find. Always fish, meat, various cooked vegetables, potatoes, rice, pasta, various selections of dessert and of course fresh fruit and salads.
The often mentioned alcohol. Of course, they are not cocktails like in German bars. But they never are in southern countries and I think everyone finds something.
All in all a few more than successful days after which the farewell is really difficult.

Our room was great, with a balcony and a view. Everywhere was very clean. Reception staff were very helpful. Restaurant staff were lovely. Nothing was to much trouble. We will return.

We are a family of 4 adults who had a great time at Las Arenas Hotel.
I'll start with the downside which is the lack of plug sockets in the rooms, hence the 4 stars.
On the plus side the food was excellent, we were all inclusive and each meal had different choices every day. There was always something we all liked.
The rooms were a good size, we were all on the fifth floor, two of us had a huge balcony looking out to sea and harbour. The other room overlooked the pool still with a slight sea view. Apart from the lack of sockets, the rooms had a TV and a good size bathroom with a great over bath shower.
The hotel was spotless, the cleaners were visible all day, cleaning the glass doors and sweeping up. The maids work long hours doing a great job of keeping the rooms spotless.
All of the staff are friendly and helpful, from reception to bar and restaurant they always have a smile and time to speak.
During our visit one of us had a significant birthday and we asked to put balloons and a banner in the restaurant. We were given a great table and surprised with champagne with our meal. The following day we went to pay for it only to find it was from the hotel as a gift!
There's a small pool which I imagine would be quite busy in full season but then there's a massive sandy beach just outside the front of the hotel.
We cannot fault our stay and would not hesitate to recommend the hotel.

Excellent stay. Booked late and was impressed as soon as we arrived. Good food. No waiting for drinks. Entertainment was a bit slow but that could get better later in the season. All staff friendly, polite and helpful.

Practice for the proximity to the airport and bus lines.

I agree very nice and well located hotel if we had early teething problems, we had otherwise good hotel half-board. Food could be otherwise large selection fresh and regional, I find the breakfast hours too short otherwise good flair and ambience. Pareisleistungsverhältnis top, we had a great holiday.

Good hotel! Was there a week, close to the beach. But very bad when night flying on planes with a horrible ROAR hotel.

There are so many things to comment that we could write a best seller and then produce a film for the cino, but they can be enumerated in:
1 — This hotel gave you 4 stars for 40 years approximately calculus I.
1 — A) does not have a Holy outlet where to connect a mobile to charge (this in the 21st century I think that it is important, to a one star hotel has a service plug)
1 — B) air conditioning has more years than the Sun, cools down when you want to.
1 c If you leave the room without the key there is no light (therefore when you return you find the room that is a furnace and sticks an hour to cool down)
1 — D) technologically, arrive and you see a 14 '' TV (Yes, if those playing wing supernintendo when we were a few teenagers, 1990 at least) without tdt directly and with the channels configured mainly in German and English. In only Spanish TVE1, TVE2, Antena 3 and Telecinco.
1 — E) closet for two people. Not, as you're not some Smurfs or not wear clothing is SUPER small.
1 — F) lock is traditional key with its corresponding MACROLLAVERO
1 — G) views of the room that has touched us, 1 floor, look at a beautiful old building made powder.
1 — H) the fourth bathroom, with bathtub with the edges more blacks than blacks, ceiling plaster floating detached weather and moisture from the shower.

This is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. We woke up one night with a burglar INSIDE our room. It was horrific. And the hotel did nothing but go on the defensive. If safety is a priority for you, you should definitely not stay here. Also, the Wi-Fi didn't work and the staff are rude and unhelpful.

Stay from February 28 to March 3, 2013. All inclusive.
Dramatic.
Room located opposite the elevator. Constant noise. Impossible to rest.
Small room. Small wardrobe. Poor room service. Had lint under the bed the day of arrival and remained there the day output.
Total lack of control of the different custodians with room numbers. The rooms without key lock doors, i. E. Openable with a DNI or x-ray.
As for the buffet. Really bad. Meals taken advantage of overnight in cold salads etc. All soft drinks on tap. Bad beer. Cold snacks in the all inclusive. Really to not return.

Stay from June 29 to July 4, 2010. Comfortable, close to the beach, good communication with Palm, good care by the Agency Soltour, value accordingly. Good attention from the service. To return again.

From the day of entry, the fact of collecting food and without replacing which already had finished, before the end of available hours time was repeated in all meals. Scarce and very poor air conditioning in the dining room, as well as the lack of personnel (WAITERS), but I guess that it must be part of the set of decisions so that you don't feel like not eat at the hotel. As culmination of all the above, in the dining room and cockroaches in our room, in the last three nights, and the not quite you mother. Finally, also indicate little animations (I only remember one and cortita), but better because it forces you to go out and take a walk and take a walk around the area that is wonderful. In short, that does not seem to receipt or is worthy of a 4 star hotel. To be fair, it would make it 1 star and would change you the name to hostel (with apologies for hostels). That's it, hoping to at least serve to prevent future suffering.
