The thing that most impressed me about the Opera that extremely kind staff. You can eat at the evening buffet where there is a good choice. The hotel is very close to the beach and offers the opportunity to leave luggage in storage, because it is an air trip in the evening. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi work very well.

Small and very clean rooms, changing towels every day.
Good food and excellent service, Located next to shops and the sea, fully corresponds to 3 stars.

Average room, for people who come to party and dont care where they sleep it is perfect but otherwise… And I guess they do because it was noisy a lot of times. Housekeeping come every day to make the bed and change the towels, but thats all, they didnt clean the rooms… (bathtub dirty, some food stain from a year ago on the table) And I think they didnt clean in the hallway and corridors because I have been watching the same stains on the floor for days now… We also didnt like the food, breakfast nor dinner, we always went out to eat. Every day we are dying from backpain because of the bed XD oh and overall the room and bathroom is not really in a good condition, could do some renovations, water is leaking and the water is either lava or freezing cold, no in between xd but anyway we werent in the room much so whatever. It is close to the beach, one good restaurant in the neighborhood, bus stop is across the street. Staff in the restaurant was nice (we ate there 2 breakfast and 1 dinner during the 7 days)

This is a hotel for a pass but not for a long stay… It's a lot of…

Hotel modest but with all the basics covered. The beds were a bit harsh. The location was great and the staff were very friendly. In May 2018 they have remodeled it and it's great.

Really isn't the best place I've stayed in. Noisy.

The staff is super friendly. We had a problem in the room and "fixed" immediately. The excellent location a step from the beach.

We booked the superior room and have a balcony, a fridge, Wi-Fi, television, or own big bath, a lot of mirrors and a really big room and beds in general. It's very clean and we are really happy here. We didn't try the pool or the bar yet.

We have been quartered here for 2 days, as the flight monitoring has been on strike over France. I would never book this hotel in life! OK, I had unfortunately got one of the old, not yet refurbished rooms. The others may be better?!? The breakfast was rather poor than right, but the dinner was fine. Friendly and dedicated staff in any case. You have mastered this well within a short time about 160 people, which nal delivered there. Respect! As I said, my statement refers to one of the oldest rooms of the hotel, which was still in the original state of 30 years ago. Every hostel is better now! Location good, close to the beach and nice pubs and bars nearby. Eroski supermarket right around the corner. For "Night Gourmets" also Burger King right outside the door!

It is by far the worst hotel I've ever been to. All old and ill-cared. Maintenance shines due to its absence and customer service is Pesimo. The only good thing is that it is cheap but what they give in return is very little.

It was HORRIBLE, maybe one of the worst decisions I ever made.
Old bed, no one sleeps without noises, horrible views, no extra almhoada or blankets. It does not have a flat screen TV, it has a tube and with only 3 channels in Spanish. The horrible cleaning, the second day they put "clean" sheets with smell of someone else's sweat. For nothing of the world would return or recommend it. And less for 140 euros a stay of 2 nights.

First room a disaster…, but after a confrontation we got a nice room in a hotel across the street.

I am very satisfied with service and position of the hotel. I would recommemd it to everyone who wants good and not so expencive holiday. There is a big offer of food and all that I have eaten was tastly and great. I really enjoyed my holiday here.

Very convenient, close to the sea and restaurants but kinda old-fashioned like hotel.

Excellent location (at Can Pastilla Beach, one of the most spacious on the island), and/prezzo. Quality ratio Daily cleaning and abundant breakfast with possibility to dine at reasonable prices buffet. The shower tub is very dangerous because it doesn't have any grips.

It was not perfect hotel. Internet was really bad. It was not working. Even if it connects after 1min it will disconnect. The pc in the reception was not working. The receptionist do not speak well english, if you ask anything they alanswer "sorry, we do not know".

The hotel's location is really good, at a 5 minutes walk from the beach (Platja de Palma). The building might need some renovations, rooms are averagely equipped but generally clean, with air conditioning. The staff is really nice and the small bar in the lobby is open 24 hours. A pleasant stay, overall.

An older but renovated 3* hotel in the centre of Can Pastilla, not to far from the Beach. For budget holiday guests. Good value for money.

The customer service here was very good but the room quality was poor. The hotel room was smelled, the curtains had mould, and the tiles in the bathroom were broken! I would not recommend.

Comida variada y muy buena y buen precio.

Rooms a bit old… the Wi-Fi doesn't work very well (it disconnects all the time…). Point, the bed was very comfortable seemed to be the mine own. The buffet breakfast was also very good had everything. Opens at 8 but we told him if they could get something before and without problems.

We started, we rented a double room in this hotel, nothing more enter you find a room spanning prehistoric, with two small beds and stuck with a mattress of 9 inches, passes the hand by where the passes, you get dust as well as for export. Air conditioning that does not work with the heat is horrible, TV of the latest generation () The bathroom ceiling with moisture, and basically very sloppy, a hotel made for foreigners who only seek a bed where to spend the hangover because most of you are not going to find.

Hotel in good condition with a very good quality of service, deserves the 5 stars except that there were some problems at the level of the room (toilets are not well maintained)

Excellent in all its aspects, Was welcomed along to my companion with all care and sensitivity. Highly qualified staff, both kitchen, camarer@s and management. In summary, worthy of any more star.

Nice hotel with very nice staff.

Hotel particularly clean. Never found a similar level of 4 or 5 star hotel in not cleaning. International breakfast.
We were in one wing less new and somewhat smaller, but still functional, with air conditioning, TV with Italian channels and a bathtub.
Nothing to complain about.
The staff, nicely furnished, did all they could to oblige.
We will definitely be returning:).
