Very nice hotel and clean great food and drinks the staff were very friendly the rooms were nice and clean big and a lovely big shower and the spa is nice aswell had a fab 4 days entertainment was good.

Good: — great location and amenities, lovely food all inclusive plenty of choice, spacious rooms large shower comfortable memory foam beds, nice pool area, indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, friendly bar staff and reception staff. Good value for money Bad: — poor evening entertainment, stayed 4 nights and 3 nights was just background music in the showbar 4th night flamenco dancing.

Can't fault it, clean, modern and fantastic value.
good food and drink with all inclusive. Couldn't ask for more.

Just got home Monday (16 March) after a long weekend as Spain was going on lock down. The hotel staff where fab, helpful and kept the hotel clean. Food was lovely, rooms fab and pool area kept clean. Would definitely come back when the county is no longer closed. Keep safe guys and I hope all that we meet got a safe flight back x.

Loved the hotel, very clean and comfortable, went in Oct so it was nice and quiet, food and drink not bad but did venture out on a occasion for meals and drinks, love this place.

We have visited three times now, fourth visit booked for September, love the location of this hotel, close to the airport, quiet resort, good food and drink!

Cleaner rooms staff to be more welcoming and sort lifts out majority of time have to share with cleaning staff up and down with laundry etc was my other halfs first time abroad and if it wasnt for other places out of hotel it would of spoilt it for us defiantly will not be back.

Fantastic place to stay can't fault it spent just over a week here, good food, good staff and well kept hotel.

Very repetitive food with very little variety and poor quality. Regular cleaning, if you don't ask for the room, they don't do it to you. The renovated rooms except for the bathrooms which are very old. I advise not to come. I won't repeat. The only good thing is the location, close to Cala Estancia and the airport.

It's a real "illusion"!
The air conditioning is faulty, the pool is a large bathtub, the dining area looks more like a canteen than a restaurant, more than half of the jacuzzi jets are down and unrepaired, the dishes lack taste for the most part.
I hear the hotel has been redone but what it must have been before…
I advise you to lengthen the note a little to aim for a local 4 star …

Food choices were very limited. Pool was very small. Wi-Fi didn't work most of the time. In a very sparse area with not a lot going on. Staff were all lovely. Entertainment staff tried their best with the limited resources they had.

Amazing hotel food is great a wide variety to suit everyone Smirnoff vodka on all inclusive very rare. One of the best I've ever been to special shout out to bar staff jamie really funny and friendly and jamiela entertainment staff was very entertaining x.

New renovated rooms. Got a very nice little SPA and an Outdoor pool.

This hotel surprised us with a really nice and new rooms, helpful stuff and comfortable amenities. Rooms could be a bit cleaner as we found a lot of hairs on the floor and under the shower, but apart from that everything was really great! Especially food which was so delicious and vary that we didn't even have to spend any money in restaurants. We would definitely choose this hotel again :)

Positive: the staff very friendly, outdoor swimming pool and paddling pool clean, indoor Jacuzzi sauna classic and Turkish very well.
The room was clean and comfortable.
Close to beaches and public transport.
Negative: catering in all inclusive mediocre breakfast normal breakfast mediocre dinner poor poor view the snack is deplorable.
Upon arrival a bad surprise because of the tour operator (fram) on the tourist tax higher than expected, given by the Agency to 1, €10 per person and per day excluding tax, out in reality we paid 3, €30 per person and per day TTC.

A great week at the hotel calma all the staff were excellent will be going back next year.

Can’t fault this hotel. Stayed for 5 days from 13th April with 3 friends. We were in room 406 which slept us all. Large, clean room with huge balcony which was a bonus. Rooms cleaned daily and fresh towels provided. Food was absolutely delicious — lots of choice and snacks on offer throughout the day. Excellent drink choice on all inclusive as well. Staff all lovely and helpful. Added bonus of indoor pool with jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Outdoor pool area clean and lots of sun beds available. Evening entertainment was excellent. Different things every night — bingo, live band, karaoke, quiz etc as well as disco afterwards until midnight. Also used the spa facilities and had a massage which was amazing! Definitely recommend and will return!

Amazing quality for 3 star. Staff lovely and welcoming, especially waiters. Recently renovated. Room was fantastic.

Looks nice everything clean but at (all in) I expect a bottle of water I do not pay Mus does not even internet 3 € a day and as always one of the day is broken with bad coffee otherwise OK.

They were in construction. 3 people enter the heated pool and spa. No more… we could not use it. We asked for claims sheets and they never gave them to us. Passable food. Glasses and mugs some not well cleaned.

Hotel star Good Room, although the view is not to be considered…, free spa service. With adjoining indoor pool for free, very good. A good restaurant, breakfast and dinner at the buffet. I recommend it for those who want to spend little and have free services (SPA). In the winter time. The only drawback is the internet fee. We must not expect much, seen and considering that it is a star…

Good hotel. The room was very clean Clean rooms daily. Comfortable but not very stable beds, with wheels so as you move you move the bed… I would recommend the brakes. First night had to screw legs of the beds, one of which was just detached as soon as I lay down. Spa with whirlpool, swimming pool, sauna and Turkish bath for free. The only flaw in the indoor pool a bit chilly. International buffet food, sweet and savory breakfast. Dinner quite varied. Found some not really clean mug at breakfast… And not just once. Staff.

Hotel Pesimo without heating in the coldest days of the year, from 19 to 26, 02 2018, the people of the hotel great and good food.

Retirement home, however clean but somewhat noisy.

The rooms, although you are lucky to be touched by the ones that overlook the pool and the modern ones, do not stop to give to the street, with all the traffic and a very narrow street in which you see the neighbors. The tiny pool, I don't even want to think how it will get in summer. The food is quite good, it is free Buffet with quite variety and quality.

Workers still updating rooms. No heating for 3 days — it was SO cold. Food not hot — just about warm. Spa not operational. Very disappointing and would not recommend it. Glad to leave.

Breakfast was not great, although a lot of quality leaves to be desired. Also the dinner.
There is also a need to catch up with cleanliness. On fresh linen There were still hairs of others. Also in the bathroom were still after four nights still black hairs, which do not come from us (both blond).
The wellness area was not available for two of four days. The indoor pool has a temperature of only 17 degrees. Again, the cleanliness is left to be desired. The sauna was acceptable.
The staff was always friendly and helpful.

Very quiet now in February, it's just refurbished and very clean. The buffet have a good variety of different things. Staff is friendly. The location is great, just 2 minutes to the nearest beach.

We visited the hotel in the summer of 2017 (August). The rooms were clean and nicely decorated (we had one of the newer rooms * See pictures *). The food is a matter of taste that we have not tasted as good as in the restaurant, but some things are there which also tasted good! There is breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack (you can make burgers yourself etc…), dinner. Of course, you don't have to take all these meals. Overall the hotel was also clean. In the evening there was always a fun/entertainment (which we found not so exciting and therefore always went to the city in the evening (almost at the door;) ) You don't even need 3 minutes then you are already in the city there is no ball man but you come there with a small "train" which is in the city (driving along the promenade * then you are there *) & a few euros costs or bus. The city is very nice (in my opinion). From the hotel to the beach It is also just 10 minutes away. I found it nice but everyone has a different taste.

Horrible! Cockroaches in the kitchen, not fortunate to have had a renovated room, seen on the barbed wire and an old dilapidated courtyard, I do not mean the view of the pool side if you can call it a swimming pool, in the middle of the buildings or the Deco that dates from 30 years… For the kitchen even the steaks are not steak, the drinks discount the staff who refuses to serve you 30 minutes before the end of the snack, the nearest beach is disgusting, to avoid absolutely in August, very noisy, very male rooms isolated.

The spa facilities have a lot to be desired. The Turkish bath broken into cold inside and nothing steam.

Bad hotel, first thing, the room was not clean, there were hairs and the sheets were dirty. The curtains were stained. We were not enjoying the spa and Jacuzzi because we were not warned to close the facilities the day we arrived. The price was not cheap for the hotel that is. We will not return.

The hotel is very good. Very good food. Location very good, close to the beach but on a little busy street without the noise of cars or pedestrians. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the small bar and a young boy from the dining room. Just a couple of negatives, the sun gives the pool little time during the morning and nothing in the afternoon, the single rooms are very small but the large terraces and a suspense to the animation guy. The Spaniards asked him to put some Spanish music instead of always English but refused to say that foreigners Quejarian. We looked very bad considering the number of Spaniards who go to the hotel. You have to put a bit of everything and not just for the English market. Anyway I would go back to the hotel and I would recommend it because I liked it very much.

Basically clean but a bit dated, food not really varied, Wi-Fi only in the lobby and the transfer bus to hotel can not be the way to the hotel. Staff friendly.

Food was good and drinks also good local drinks but Smirnoff vodka. Pool is small but 5 mi s to beach. My husband I met there 42 year ago and we were there for the weekend celebrating 39 years married. It would have been. Ice to have been given a bottle of bubbles to celebrate but other than that all was good. This is the second time we have returned for a long weekend x.

Great hotel world class staff Laura, Jamie, Rafa, Miguel, the animation team Julie, Nicole and Yuri, nicest staff I ever meet. Hotel calma should be proud of them. The cleaner on the 3rd floor was there every day. The food was ok, we always got something to eat. The only complaint that I would have is there no fridge in the room to keep water etc cold. We can't wait to go back next year.

The hotel and the staff are lovely. The food is plentiful if a bit plain, but there's something for everyone. There's entertainment throughout the day and evening. The room we had was slightly smaller than you can get but it was more than enough space for us. We had a nice balcony that had a slight sea view and a table and two chairs to sit outside. There was a gym and spa to use as part of the all inclusive price. They also offered treatments for extra. There is an indoor and outdoor pool, both unheated. The beach is within a short walk and you are not far from Palma airport. Really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back next year.

Barbara at the reception will greet you with big smile and will give you the keys to a successful stay in Mallorca. Spacious room, swimming pool, activities and close to the beach, meal level The one who wants to eat when he want almost all the time and for a coffee smile there is the bar open also until late and with those evenings well filled you will fall asleep full of sunshine And happiness in the quiet of the hotel.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and I have no complaints whatsoever. All staff were always helpful. Meals excellent. Abundance of different beverages including alcohol. Hic! Nightly entertainment for grown ups and not grown ups. So why would I want to leave!?!

We spent a wonderful week, missing Sylvie Didier is always also super friendly staff I hope to return the 3 time thanks to the whole team.

In April alone, I spent a week in the hotel Calma. Das double room — in the already renovated part of the hotel was modern, with large TV Unit, bright, friendly, clean, the bathroom also. The view from the balcony was unfortunately on the street and it was very loud — especially at night.
The room was also very thin and you could hear with almost program everything from the Nachbarzimme such as TV. That was pretty much the only Negative. Das staff very friendly and helpful, the food ok and variable. Positive was the proximity to the Stranpromenade-approximately 5 min. Walk.
All in all 3-star plus.

Hotel with newly renovated rooms, if it were not for the people who work in the hotel, which take 3 months without pay, would be to put in the jail to Address. Should be passed to the managers of the IMSERSO to check what you have set out.

Today we are from our holiday in Mallorca came back, flight and Transfer went great, the beach the water was spectacular, the Hotel is concerned, I can give you as a restaurateur for the past 17 years in office and 6 years independently, is just one advise, do not take any bookings in this Hotel before, I am really more than easily but this Hotel has me shaken. The reception is unfriendly, had 3 hrs in the waiting room (can happen) The public toilet in the Hotel is the wiederlichste what I've ever seen, versüft and stinkte after all, that's not good. The Pool is reminiscent of a delfinfangbecken with a view to a back yard house in the bronx. The Animation was just funny, a woman who is easily overwhelmed was the so-called Lounge with dirty chairs was a very amusing sight. The Hotel is really a joke. The room well, No refrigerator, air conditioning very noisy, shower rods, demolished, everywhere fallen corners, all of 2 min to aircraft noise, TV had 2 German channels, the Rest only in France. The Rest was fine. Wi-Fi was garned what my data roaming prices strongly upward shoots. The beds were rock hard. What the food is concerned, would be a good tip for losing weight because you can eat there, not really. We were just 1 time to eat Breakfast and 1 dinner, it was really bad, I think the German veterinary service, there would be this kitchen in any way. It was unappetizing and the Hauswasser to eat tasted like a load of Sand.

Great, not far from the sea, I will return, perfect atmosphere.

Very friendly hotel, a lot of Exchange with vacationers atmosphere thanks to DIDIER and Sylvie host family.
My husband and I enjoyed the beach nearby shops to make the bike with a very nice layout of the paths.

The first thing is not correct its location, the hotel is in Can Pastilla, it's a bit shabby either I found cockroaches or anything like that, if you're cheap, plan is what you can expect, I don't understand people who complain about a hotel that is worth less than 40 euros night, depends on significantly less times.

The hotel do not recommend it to anyone, not only for the cleaning of the rooms that is painful, and by cockroaches that run free for the dining room, but already by the little amambilidad staff go, go you are Spanish not give nor water, the only ones who are saved is any waiter and little more.
