I really enjoyed my vacation here! The hotel was clean and luxurious. The pool was big, there were sunbeds for everyone. The food was diverse and delicious. It was really close to the beach and there was a huge promenade full of bars, clubs and restaurants. I recommend this place for everyone! Very suitable.
No respect for the paying customer, offered a terrible room with no view, alongside what may have been a boiler house that also kept making an awful droning noise. Despite three requests to move, we were declined, despite their acknowledgement of issues re the room. This resulted in us leaving the hotel and moving elsewhere.
We had stayed here earlier in our trip for two nights, when room was satisfactory, buffet food was plentiful but mainly luke warm, and drinks service around the pool was slow.
There are many alternative options to this hotel, so I would suggest going elsewhere if possible.

From the first you walk in the door, I knew we were going to like it here. The place was very clean and the staff on the desk was very friendly. I must say now I have mobile difficulties in walking we requested a room near the lift. When we got to room on 6th floor O boy what a view of the sea. The room was big and I must say clean as well. The bathroom was beautiful and the shower was big plenty of room to move around. The staff in the hotel are very friendly and will do any thing to make your holiday great. Now the food was fantastic 2 meals a day breakfast and Dinner a different menu every day, there is a pool bar for lunch. The Java Hotel is less than 100mts from the beach, Local bus service outside the door for Palma 2 euro. It's only 5 mins from Airport, taxi is 12 euro, no long bus rides to get here.
