Great place to stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel is nice and tidy, a bit old but taken care off. Swimming pool is big, water clean only problem is sun beds, always not enough and wooden decking is old, should be changed/renovated. Food in restaurant tasty. Hotel location great, close to main road with shops etc. Very nice sea view from balcony. Due to very close distance to airport You can see and hear planes flying away from Majorca, but it's not so much annoying tbh. At least wasn't big problem for me and my girlfriend, haven't seen other people annoyed so don't think it's an issue… Long story short, really nice nice hotel, was very pleased with stay there. Would go again. ️☀️

Very nice stay at AluaSoul Palma hotel. Staff is friendly and very helpfull. Place is clean, really good location and had beautifull view on sea. Hotel is a bit old but really taken care of it, can't say anything bad about it. I had really nice holidays in Majorca, enjoyed every minute there. I would go again there without hasitation.

Fantastically located adult hotel which I can really recommend. Really clean, good food (! ), very nice employees. Top: Rooms with direct sea views on the 1st floor. Then you have a terrace with loungers and umbrella for yourself — great.

Lovely place. Great staff, lovely food and beautiful location. Lots of bars and sea food restaurants nearby too.

Unfriendly Welcome. Rooms is dusty, dirty, especially the Bed Linen does not lend up for Well-being. Mattresses are also extremely well located.
Gym, consists of four old Devices.
And the Aircraft noise … No holiday feeling comes up Here.

The staff is very nice and many can also be a bit German. The rooms are quite nice but you should mention that you would like to have pool views, because the other side is not supposed to be so nice.
Breakfast buffet is also absolutely sufficient. For me here 1 star deduction, as the hotel is very light hearing. You can hear in the room when furniture is moved (cleaning lady, etc. ) Or even steps in the hallway.
The planes can only be heard when the balcony door is open.
Spa I can judge nicjt.
Parking is free around the hotel.

Cleanliness and food were by Spanish standards really good BUT this hotel has a terrible location. It is located in the airport's entry lane. From morning to evening you are disturbed by aircraft noise. If you have a light night's sleep or are very sensitive to noise, don't book this hotel.

We were from 14.04. — 22.04.2018 in a double room with sea view. View was very nice, the breakfast buffet was good and varied, only coffee was not convincing. Staff is mostly friendly and helpful.

Was alone there for 3 days had a double room with sea view and would book it again. The breakfast was also good. The beds were oooook.

After two months staying at this hotel for reasons of work positive experience, good service, good location and all the excellent staff… reception, dining waitresses, cooks, floor maids… ect… ect… we will return!

Outstanding only disappointed by the limited quality and lack of choice of food at the evening meal.

It is a Hotel located in front of the sea very quiet ideal to relax the staff super friendly.

Today in the right, good view and has room service. The views of the hotel are very good, to the sea and part of the island.

Have been in the hotel for a short trip every year for four years.
Ideal for a short trip, it is also close to the airport (approx. 10-15 min). Car parking is sufficient.
The rooms are functional and well furnished.
The food is good, rich and varied.
In any case, a room with sea or pool view is recommended. The rooms with lateral sea views will be very warm in the summer evenings and barely cool at night. Air traffic is also much stronger there.

I am wheelchair-dependent and here in the hotel it is ideal for me. 3 rooms with a view of the Bay of Palma are suitable for disabled people. That staff is very friendly and if you like, also helpful. That hotel is right on the beautiful long promenade. I have been to the hotel five times and am always very happy. Hedemarie Kochems.

A very good hotel to spend the holidays. In my case I do not give the 5 stars for the simple fact that they do not have parking and that the dinner schedule is only until 21:00, the Wi-Fi works fatal, the rooms leave a lot to be desired (of course does not look like a 4 star hotel) for the rest The staff were very friendly and helpful. In a matter of holidays, this well, now for work, positive that I will not return. Thank you.

Good hotel and modern. The area is quiet and secluded. In summer this well, in winter all can pill is a ghost city.

Tasteful hotel, for seniors, with tasty meals. Wonderfully located. Very friendly staff. Wi-Fi in the entire hotel area optimal. Recommended by me without hesitation.

Very good Hotel beds are ok but all in all this place is very well priced, both breakfast and dinner buffets included, good wine, and very friendly staff. Rooms are great. Pool view has a better view than sea view. They have a car and bike rentals. There are some small beaches in the area and a large beach a ten minute walk away. Very recommended. Picture is from along the coast line near the hotel.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The rooms are not super luxurious but they are clean. Breakfast maybe not worth it, I think it's better to spend the money outside.

It's a past the hotel. Quiet, cozy and with good views. To go to Palma by car it takes about 17 min. Breakfast and dinner very healthy and quite variety. All of 1st quality. Too bad they don't leave children. There are pillows on the menu! And the super comfy bed.

Perfect to go as a couple and spend a romantic night the treatment in unbeatable reception, the Deluxe breakfast. Very spacious and clean room I would definitely recommend.

Very good place the restaurant very good and the animation of the hotel also. Clean and spacious. The price is right and the views are superb. Very good customer service.

We have been to the hotel since the last renovation about 10 years ago and were not there for two years now. The staff is in all areas as always very nice and friendly, you feel right as a guest. But now it's time for the new owner to start the renovation work. For example the chairs in the restaurant and on the terrace are no longer reasonable and would have to be exchanged immediately. We had a pool view room. The room has a large disc with blind glass, the wood of the closet was warped and the towels are overdue. Everything is still very clean.
Breakfast and half board are not objectionable. Only drawback of coffee.

We are just 3 days on short break here and enjoy this hotel very much.
I just got a full body massage behind me that was perfect.
The hotel is located right by the sea, has a great view, the flight noise is not detrimental to me. Everything is within easy walking distance. Just perfect.

Nice hotel in a great location. The food was lovely and the staff too as usual. My partner and I go there every year and the experience´s great.

The hotel seems to be newly rennovated. Very nice inside. The beds are a little weird but I did sleep well in it. The hotel is a little far away from "the strip" with all the shopping and the beach but only about a 7 minute walk or so. Would I stay again? Yes.

Loved every minute of our holiday! From reception, rooms, food etc etc. Going back again September — we booked with confidence knowing every visit we've had has been 100% excellent!

Nice hotel, in a convenient location close to both the airport and the capital city. Decent rooms, nicely decorated, good facilities, rooms and grounds kept very clean. The restaurant food was pretty average, nothing really stood out, their themed nights got a little mixed up and none of the food for any of the themes was particularly memorable. The bar is a little over priced.

Since the minute we arrived the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is lovely an delicates in a quiet bit of Can Pastilla, but it is only a short walk to shops and beach. It makes for an ideal location for a quiet getaway. The adult only hotel is amazingly serene and chilled out.

Spectacular views from the room. Very personalized service. They let you enter the room a few hours before my partner to be able to prepare a particular surprise. Food varied and good. The spa is a little small. Staff very nice, especially in Maite's reception.

Excellent views to the sea from almost any room.
The schedule could be broader (dinner closes at 9 pm), but aside from that little detail is ideal.

Very nice hotel, very nice views when fantastic sea views. But unfortunately, this hotel very close can't help, at the airport, and thus constantly aircraft noise. Air conditioning are slightly older model and a little loud. But functioning. Coherent would try anything but hotel a different Marina next booking, because unfortunately too loud.

I know now the last departure about 24 hours. Does not interfere. Good Hotel. Come gladly again.

Everything is consistent. We are very excited. Aircraft noise does not disturb. Our room with sea view. Not for the last time in this Hotel.

Delicious food, nice employees. Not as bad as it is mentioned, I found aircraft noise. It is very nice but as one long can run also on the coast along kilometres. W-lan connections could be really better. Otherwise there was music in the evening sometimes, very pleasant.

We had to check out after our first night in June 2014, because there is loud air traffic between 06:20 am and 00:20 after midnight. We had a room on the opposite side of the pool where the airplanes (one every 1-3 minutes in high season! ) are flying. If you want the same room on the other side, they are charging an upgrade fee. We thought this was not OK and checked out. We then moved to another hotel. Our new hotel was even closer to the airport, but they had proper windows and therefore was not as loud.

Was with my husband in June 2014, we were both really disappointed. We felt the aircraft noise by shortly after 6: 00 a. M. Until almost half 1: 00 a. M. Very annoying, because the Windows are not adequately adapted to the location of we believe after the flight noise. Especially in the rooms that no pool view have (and who are therefore facing flight path! ). There also an adult-only hotel brings me nothing that I do extra book to keep. If you would like a same room with pool view (page facing away from = the flight path), an extra charge will be collected. Our opinion was attempted from a disadvantage of customer profit to beat and have checked out so after a night. The thought pushed up partly us, because the rooms on the pool side quite offer sea views (in the higher floors).

Nice and mordern adults-only hotel. WLAN could be better. It worked but was sometimes awfully slow. The prices in the hotel bar are pretty reasonable. People that prefer the sea instead of a pool will have to deal with the rocky beach in front of the hotel or a 5 to 10 minutes walk to the next sand beach. The bus to Palma (#25) is at a 10 to 15 minutes distance.

The hotel has a very good location-small excursions by bike are quite possible — easy to reach from the airport. Aircraft noise didn't bother us. Pleasant ambience. Meals varied — friendly and helpful staff. In bad weather, the rooms are a little small – there are different rooms — price question – we would recommend this hotel 100%.
