This was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. No complaints, perfect service and a perfect breakfast with almost everything you could want.

The workers are lovely, great treatment. Breakfast and dinner very well, dinner someday repetitive. But overall very good. The room was nice. The shower a little small. The view was very good.

Good place to stay. Room was good and food was nice. There was some bad thing also. First thing what I dont understad is why the swimig pool works till 18:00? No really, why? So I was traveling around the island and after my trip I want to go swim, but its already closing. Second thing — its not the best idea to rent bicycle from this hotel, cuz they are becoming old and nobody from staff taking care of them. The price is only 5 euro, but I had front tire almost no air and standing leg was almost broken. Third thing — I was renting car with friend from receptin catalog and choose car for 60 euro per day. Woman from reception called to car rental company and they said, what they can drive us from hotel to their place. When we asked for car, the guy was saying what car is no more available and offered car 10 euro more. We sayd ok. And while we start to pay, they told us, what we should psy for driving us to they place 10 euro (we drived 2 km from hotel) So we payed 20 euro more then we should. And when we tryed to park after trip, there was no parking place for free. So parked car in hotel parking (and of course nobody said what we should pay 10 euro for parking) The guy from reception saying what they dont cooperate with car rental company so we should pay. The question from my side is — If u dont cooperate with them, why this company is in your catalog? So if u try to take car expect to pay 30 euro more. And the last thing was, what room cleaner forgot her card in our room.

My boyfriend and I spent the week of August in this beautiful hotel located in a great location, convenient at the beach and at any kind of service (shopping, market etc. ).
The room is great, very clean and with beautiful sea views. Breakfast is rich and varied (sweet/salty). The staff was always very friendly, super efficient and helpful at all kinds of requests.
Definitely going back!

Renovated hotel. Pretty room and modern bathroom. The room is quite small, but still goes.
Pool small, many sunbeds and umbrellas. Good, extensive breakfast. Refrigerator and air conditioning in the room. To a decent beach About 1km. Staff very nice and hard-working.

Great stay everything very clean. Only suggestion would be fresh orange juice & barista coffee at breakfast.

Situado en plena zona turística en Can Pastilla, muy cerca de la playa y restaurantes. Desayunos muy completos pero habitaciones algo pequeñas.

It was a nice stay at BQ Apolo. The hotel is well located, near the beach and on a cycle distance from Palma. Breakfast is good and extended and if you want dinner at the hotel it only costs 15 euro and then you have everything. The staff is friendly and our room was big (because we had a corner room) and clean. I recommend this hotel and if I ever visit Mallorca again, I would visit this hotel again.

Very nice hotel with a good view over palma city. Highly recommend this but some of the staff at reception can't speak english. And no gym so… they would charge you for Wi-Fi, safe and etc.

Clean Hotel in a quiet and well served area. Good breakfast.

Very nice staff, modern rooms and good central location. Even we as vegans have become fed up with the delicious food. There was even soy milk, which pleased us. A small improvement would be to mark the ingredients here so that you do not have to ask for every dish. It Canartge is beautiful at the beginning of April with the yellow flower fields. A long walk to Palma can also be started from the hotel. Absolutely recommended for our stay of 4 days!

For my work living in hotels in Spain and Germany two years ago. This hotel is the worst place I have stayed in all my life. It is a site with extremely unpleasant attention, employees look like state employees as they respond in a super nasty way, uneducated people. Something like this never happened to me. They don't give invoices. I have been removed from my room because I went for a moment to have a coffee carisimo, I missed my room my phone I phone that I left loading. They were not responsible, there are cameras, were the cleaning. The rooms are super small, with a horrible water-green paint, the sheets with urine halos, and the duvets with smell of cigarette and holes, the rusty trash cans and with dents and with ugly smell, the door that looked out on the whole veined terrace, the marks were not going, the glass all damaged, the horrible view, to the ugliest cove of Can Pastilla, the toilet brush of the bater was yellow of the remains of urine, the glasses of the shower completely striped, I do not know what they passed knives to clean? My God, what an unpleasant experience! Really leave money on that site is the dumbest thing I could do in my life, is a scam that place, frightening, I do not know how it still works…

The hotel is refurbished and the outward appearance has nothing to do with the interior. My room had sea view and it was small but cozy. Bathroom with shower. Buffet Dinner They do not have room service that if you travel for work it is a handicap.
Very cheap in low season.

Very good value for money The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good. The view from our room to the sunset were nice.

Clean and modern foyer, with friendly multi-lingual staff. Rooms also clean and modern. Views of the sea towards Palma are stunning. With a westerly view, the sunsets over the Tramantana mountain range are beautiful. Two pools, both inside and out make swimming possible whatever the weather.

Wonderful, cheap four star hotel in Can Pastilla, also suitable for families.
The hotel was renovated not long ago, and still exudes the splendor of a beautiful new hotel. The rooms are quite nice, the staff is friendly and the food at the hotel was impressive.
In the morning for breakfast there was a large selection of fresh fruit, along with fresh smoothies and freshly prepared pancakes or eggs. English guests will enjoy the same price as German guests who want to have fresh bread rolls.
The dinner was again a highlight, there was as a starter beautifully set small portions of salads and tapas, as well as fresh Spanish gazpacho. A salad bar, of course, was also available. Especially the large selection of vegetarian food surprised me. Afterwards, we had a large selection of meat and fish, as well as plenty of dishes. Much has been prepared locally. The dessert was wonderful, you had a large selection of fresh fruit and cakes, as well as small Jogurthspeisen or pudding. There was also ice.
The only thing that bothered me about the dinner was the service. Either they were busy or just wanted to ignore the guest. It was difficult to get someone to pay attention to drinks (the drinks prices are ridiculously low, by the way). Otherwise the staff is very friendly and quick (kudos to Xim and Maria).

Location closed to airport. Great choices for breakfast. Room is basic but neat and clean. No free Wi-Fi in rooms though. And you have to pay for the key to the safety box in room if you want to use it!

Hi been here in may 2017 excellent hotel near to beech and all amenities. Hotel was modern clean but the best thing were the staff very friendly and helpful we stayed half board and the food was very good all round had an excellent holiday would recommend this hotel including the price… can Pastilla is a lovely resort if you want to chill out its not a part resort thank God if you go on holiday to relax sunbath and enjoy the local food and wine/beers then this is the place for you only 19 to 15 mins from the airport no long transfers… will definitely return soon. Hope this helps if your thinking of going to this resort.

Nothing special about this hotel, location is good for trips and finding food but not for the sound of the airplanes which can be a nuisance sometimes. Rooms are not too big with little space to put your clothes, lot of noise from the neighbors possible too (depending on the neighbors)

Very positive stay. Classic Mallorca Hotel, clean and well maintained complex with indoor — and outdoor pool. Massage, bicycle rental surcharge, Wi-Fi free of charge, in a quiet side street, not far from the beach located.
Friendly, helpful, and German-speaking hotel staff. A breakfast buffet so as I never saw it in 5-star hotels. Absolute top class and more than satisfactory. Disabled-friendly hotel I can only recommend and will spend the next Mallorca stay again even in this, or perhaps in another of the BQ hotel chain.

The hotel is quite recommended. Anyone looking for now absolute privacy and seclusion, is rather out of place (near the airport). Hotel has been renovated in 2012, rooms are air conditioned, unfortunately without a Cabinet, but the suitcase under the bed tuts also. Bathroom is small, but fine. Beach is walking distance. All possible shops and restaurants / bars in the surrounding area there. Pool is a matter of taste (concerns sufficiently VH. The sea is clearly more enticing.

Arrival in palma at 21 30 to 23: 00 at night! We were only taken in the hotel. Then there was nothing more to the food. What also was wondering there was nothing going on either at the bar on the terrace. Very nice modern room, but far too small. NO closet? No/few storage possibility in the bathroom! Our room was fine. View to the backyard, waste storage, according to, stinks and flight path!

As the couple checked in at the 15th 06th 13 rooms all newly made price last minute for a week to 500 eu per person HB and transfers. Organizer of LTours. So now to the hotel, we have a room on the 6th floor to the side of the road without sea view and we're fully satisfied in this high sea watch. Zimmerbralativ small what I but so far almost everywhere have experienced. Visually modern held. Little storage space and that two beds slide fast times apart are the only criticisms from our sight. There is a shower and a hair dryer in the bathroom. Furthermore safe and flat tv. Wi-Fi costs per week 15 eu room is but also per day to have and is a limited device because you get login data. I use this on my phone. We have HP breakfast ok is bread and various cold cuts, there are cereals and two three other breakfast flakes. Hot food is also available sausage bacon scrambled eggs. The dinner is also ok with different warmennspeisen can be combined as you möchze or according to taste. Everything is buffet style. The only thing extra costs are the drinks at dinner. Water / cola ca 1 70eu. The hotel has an indoor swimming pool and aussenpool and fahrradverlei. To the prices on the bikes I can say not much. But they are in the local frame. The staff is friendly and how to make us feel good aufhehoben and would definitely recommend the hotel.
