Terrible a/c, no blanket available in the room neither in whole hotel, no drinking water available, useless and rude staff. I was wondering where they get four stars.

Great location, great service, hearty food!

I stayed in hotel with my wife and a small son. The hotel is kid's friendly. Hotels rooms are a little bit smaller, but it is nothing to consern self about. The room are well equipped, the are cleaned on the daily basis and have a good AC to regulate rooms temperature. The hotel has a large swimming pool, and a caffe next to it. The beach is quite near to the hotel, so you can walk to it. The meals served for breakfast and dinner are tasty, and there are meals that can satisfy even the pickier person :) Overall I give the hotel the 5

Room OK but I had ants in the room. It was sprayed but after a few hours they were back. There were also ants in my girlfriend's room. Departure: No notification of when we will be picked up. On request at the reception, Mr Fernandes told me it would not be the job of the hotel to seek inquiries. But there was another nice employee who made an effort. Thank you again for your Sevice.

We are very happy with the staff for the treatment we have given the rooms are very comfortable and the food excellent I would recommend to people and at night ay Show.

We were here in mid-May. The pictures here at Google are no longer up-to-date, it's all much nicer than the pictures show.
Location is pretty good, you can watch the planes take off and land and when the windows are too quiet.
Rooms are clean and fully furnished.
Reception super friendly and very accommodating.
Wi-Fi is free on the ground floor but totally unstable.
Food selection is great but unfortunately the chef is not trained in dealing with the right tempering, the cooking steps and the spices, so it looks good, but does not taste like it.
If that were true, you could give 5 stars.

Absolutely does not correspond to a 4 star one is very far from luxury (plastic flowers on the terrace, mini bar empty…, hotel for seniors average age: 65 to 70 years with activities in relation.

Otilia is in the hotel Roc with beautiful Pedro good views clean very good service recommended to come Majorca.

The hotel has nice rooms. Nice view to the sea. The bed is good. Man can sleep well.

Hotel quite modern and in good condition. The food is not bad but not corresponds with that of a 4 star hotel. Waiters and staff dining room well. Reception well. However waiter of the bar is not suitable for that job, attends when he wants to who he wants. Responsible for the bar not so much. The cleaning of the rooms well. Very extrictos with the opening hours of the dining room. Animation quite well.

We have been 3 days and the truth is that all the staff are very nice…

I would like to share to all who want to stay on this site, that they are CRIMINALS, they know what they did to me? Very comfortable room… But the beds were single and the request was of a double… but that's not bad… PEROOOO!. The. The food was good. Only the dishes or cutlery were sometimes not so clean.

The hotel is not a big deal, the services with respect to many of the Simplones area. In the full board there is no drink (only to retirees water and wine), but the water you pay you give it open (very ugly gesture, there is not a sheet of water in the restaurant). The views to a wilderness and road. The room is not bad but the door to the terrace does not close at all and comes in air. Of course, I doubt he'll come back.

Is a really nice hotel the rooms are great the shower is really the hammer! Unfortunately, the dishes were not always quite as clean as hoped for at breakfast! But otherwise great! Also had free Wi-Fi in the lobby!

The hotel is open all year with very competitive prices, is located in a strategic place as a starting point for excursions and 5 minutes from the airport, everything is perfect to highlight the good work of the cheerleader that makes the stay Much nicer.

I was there last summer, nice staff very nice room. Pools and close to the beach make it very nice. Absolutely Empfehlendswert.

The staff were very friendly and very friendly, but we could not take care of 500 people in an hour and a half and only two waiters.
And if you have any food intolerance forget the buffet… for the rest, acceptable, nothing q see with a four star, except the prices…

Here alone in December. The Roc Linda is closed so Leo is very busy. A very bright and clean hotel. The rooms are very modern and comfortable but there is no kettle in the room and I couldn't find English channels on TV other than world news. Room has hair drier (not that I have much) and there is a fridge and a safe. The corridors and stairs are carpeted which add to quietness. The food is good and the staff are helpful but drinks are quite expensive. The pool area would be enjoyable in the summer. Overall this is an excellent Hotel.

Nice hotel, clean rooms, nice staff, good food. Very large selection of dishes, some of which are also freshly prepared at the buffet. The wines offered are also highly recommended. There are also always events in the hotel where, for example, live music is offered. You can also get a rental car at the hotel and there is also a car park at the hotel for a small surcharge. It would also be worth mentioning that you can get to the motorway from the hotel quickly if you want to visit the island.

I'm staying at the Roc Leo in Palma de Mallorca, and it's a disgrace. The buffet of the worst that I have known, neither variety nor quality. I have full board and it's a torture every time I have to make a meal.
The animation is Traca, I'm ashamed of others.
I will never stay again in a hotel of this chain and of course I would not recommend it.

The day we arrived, we are still, we are a group of 9 people with children and a baby, we arrived at 9 pm, hour that close the kitchen, because one of us has a nose and we could eat something, is prepared for the schedule of the foreigner. In meals drinks are paid and are not usually cheap. The hotel is nice, the service excellent maintenance, in the morning I commented K had the mirror broken because the girl was going to Gatas and in the afternoon arranged, the staff very friendly.

We were there two weeks ago, and wish we were back there now. We stayed half board although we only had one evening meal there. Food was ok, but more suited to other nationalities than British. Although someone has put they charge for different items, i. E. €10 for beach towels, iron, safe etc… This was only a deposit and are refunded once returned. Our room was 1st. Class top floor, small balcony but very nice. Would stay again.

Bad overall as much at the level of the rooms, the food and the employees uncomfortable and incompetent…

Correct and not worth the 4 stars. The room is good but the half board is really not terrible. Canteen atmosphere and not much choice.
And in half board you have to pay the water bottle 2. €3…

The front of house staff are predominantly rude, the food is poor & they charge for everything — towels for the pool €10, Wi-Fi above ground floor €4 per device per day, the safes, the list goes on. It has 4 stars on the outside but while it may have been years ago it hasn't been maintained properly and things like a €2 per game pool table with 2 unusable cues & one decent one is a bit of a joke. The photo shows the view from our window — good thing it has double glazing. One of the beds had a broken leg, the room keys sometimes just stop working so you have to request another, no water provided in 1 of 2 rooms, showers not properly sealed, 1 of 2 balconies slopes unnervingly down towards the edge, ladder at the pool rickety, dirty and chipped crockery, juice dispensers obviously not cleaned properly given the state of what comes out — recently renovated but obviously by cowboys. To cap it off the aircon kept on cutting out.

Have become really chic after a complete renovation. Rooms in a new design. Great buffet… what do you want more.

Our room was really nice, aircon was really good and kept the room cool overnight. Really friendly and helpful staff at the reception and in the dining room. The food was a bit too German for me, though. The pool was clean enough and always a nice escape from the heat!

Rooms are basic, clean and comfortable, although we were there before it got renovated. We had a sea view room, but it was on the first floor where anybody can enter your room from the dining hall flat roof. We also had a problem with one receptionist, who was extremely rude. Food was good. The rest of the stuff were good, especially the maitre d', who was extremely professional. We would go there again.

Excellent location, 200 meters from the beach. He would need a svecchiata. Staff efficient, I had problems with the fridge but just reported I was immediately replaced.

Average Hotel. Great location if you want to spend a quiet holiday. About 10 minutes by bus from the airport. From here you can reach the aquarium on foot. Staff.

Rooms were renovation needy but very nice and very good comfortable beds though. Staff and cleanliness was superb. The Buffee was very good and varied but flavorful, it was not very good. Comes up anyway, on the taste of the individual people on it. I would always recommend again and again reserve the hotel.

Need a reform in the rooms, drinks at meals must be paid, and I think that they should extend the schedule of dinner, up to 21:00 is too soon for dinner in Spain, otherwise the pool is fine, and the clean rooms, the staff in general is good, and the price is very tight.

Rooms very old and damaged. Dilapidated bathroom and little care, smells very strong mains.
Also removed objects from the locker room, having to file a complaint at the police station.
Experience completely negative, any hotel will be better than this.

Good Price To Performance Deal.

Been in your hotel a week, and I am sharing my complaint about the food badly cooked burgers one of the days burned were not to take them out to the dining room, it would be good for cook to improve.

Food poor, room basic, no kettle or complimentary water. Used as a base for cycling training camp which was fine for this. Would not come on holiday here!

Love here. The hotel is 1 A. Very very friendly staff. Rooms and eat supper. Happy to be back. Thank you.

It says 3 stars, but: — old rooms — narrow walls — old bathrooms The staff is friendly and the food is quite good.

Very bad with separate drinks menu. Old hotel. Prehistoric and small television. Mattress which springs notes. Without Wi-Fi. They have to be renewed.

Were this year for the first time in this hotel and I can say that it is not the last time. Staff is super nice and very helpful, the Buffet was varied and very tasty.

Hotel viejo, the unfriendly reception, poor and over to full-Board menu made us pay the drink and good face, the Wi-Fi pay, hot water with little pressure. Evil, evil, evil. Not back in life. Three-star hotel. There are best hostels in Huesca.

To my I love both the staff and cleaning in fact I have repeated and I still do.

Nice and simple hotel. Rooms too simple, daily cleaning. A wonderful meal, always a wide choice of dishes at dinner, lots of fruit, ice cream. The animation is designed for seniors, both in General and in all of Spain. A minute from the beach. The area is very quiet. If you don't need noisy groupie Arenal, this district can Pastilla-great. The bus stop in the city and the airport is a 1-minute walk away. 20 minutes drive to Palma. Many cafes and restaurants on the seafront, shops, "everything for tourism". The beach is a nice, wide. Umbrellas with sun loungers are paid separately.

The hotel room is very good and well kept coming on it in which room is one but.

The hotel is run down for an island trip, but already quite ok. This makes itself noticeable equipment and in maintenance. The bed is almost falling apart and the Towel holder is also almost from the wall. But would I say that kurztripp is alright for one. But someone wants to make holiday a pure Beach and hotel is already borderline. The waiters and staff are but thorough and friendly.

The rooms go just yet, but the food is not alternately and still this bad.

The hotel is pretty in the years, but for our short trip 48370 absolutely sufficient. We had even lateral sea view at no extra charge. The location was really great, was 2 min on foot to the kilometre-long beach promenade. There, there are countless bars, souvenir shops, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, Ärzte. Etc. Behind the hotel there was a bus stop from where we repeatedly went to Palma. In 10 minutes walk from the hotel, we were in the Mallorca Aquarium, a visit is absolutely recommended. The hotel itself was clean, the staff is friendly and there was a huge selection at the buffet, if also slightly varied. Internet was only at an additional cost in the hotel entrance available. Who wanted to there was entertainment every night, we have not used. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and can not recommend this hotel for a short stay, for longer trips but rather.

Were 12-30-10 12 in the Leo from October 23. Eat without variation, two days prior to departure a brand new dress out of the closet was stolen my wife. Are immediately to the reception Director and staff have not edited our concern. Director had no time! Unverschämdheit to deal with its guests. Had so annoyed to go home.

Although facilities need reform and despite the fact that our pool view was rather to conditioners recommend this hotel by proximity to the beach and the wonderful care at the restaurant.

I do not recommend this hotel for nothing.
