Our favorite illetes hotel has finally opened again😃 as always the kind lady at the front desk gives 5 star service and make you feel at home from first hallo:) the rooms are super clean and all precautions has been taking to handle the COVID situation, we feel very safe. The views of the room are one of the kind and the sound of the ocean calms you down straight away. Vaca mode is on☀️ no streets noice only sounds of the ocean. Most quiet hotel in Illetes👌🏻 perfect for couples to relax and swim in the pool or dive from the cliffs into the ocean. Can’t recommend this enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ do you need to get COVID tested before your flight home, test place, drop in is 5 min away.

The room was very spacious. The bathroom was lovely, but as a glasswall seperated the room with the bathroom, I'm glad I travelled by myself.
Very clean everywhere.
The food was really good. Had both breakfast and dinner prebooked and was happily surpriced!
Friendly staff. Especially the cleaners, chefs and Anthony in the restaurant!
Loved the setting while sun bathing. Very relaxing just reading a book with the sea infront. Fantastic snorkling in the little bay beside the hotel! Perfect! Lots of fish to see.
Loved my time here and I will be back!

Such a lovely hotel I've ever stayed with. I enjoyed so much my staying here alone. They have great beach view, helpful service staffs, a huge breakfast and dinner buffet with very professional Chefs. I will be back next time for sure. Thank you EPM Team! Good job!

Very charming! Beautiful landscaping, great location, nice family vibe, friendly staff and the hot tub is definitely worth checking out. The beds are VERY firm, Wi-Fi is pretty spotty, and the light rail will definitely keep you up if you don't use the ear plugs they so kindly provide. Regardless, I would definitely still stay here again!

Just spent a week at the Playa Marina. Absolutely loved it. The food was fabulous, the staff were very friendly and attentive and the location was just perfect. The pool area never really got over busy and it was a nice and relaxed atmosphere. My only negative comments would be the annoying music played around the pool area all day. The complimentary toiletries which were in sachets of shampoo and shower gel. The fitness suite is extremely small.

Great place to stay, a lot of money have been invested into this place. Great breakfast, good location, close to Palma, bus stop is few minutes away. I would not call their Fitness centre a Fitness centre as it is tiny and for two or three persons only but better than nothing. Great view and location. So I give 5 stars.

Nothing to complain about the reception and the setting. The décor of the rooms and common areas could be more neat. The restaurant is not exceptional even if the service is of quality.

Great view, staff and breakfast buffet but everything else was subpar. No air conditioning. They charge for every little thing you might normally get at other hotels. A bucket of ice was 2 Euros. They charged a daily fee to use the in-room safe. Tiny rooms and poor shower design so the water got out of the tub area everytime it was used.

Very nice hotel, with access to tiny beach, and nice café by the swimming-pool and the beach, i´m really enjoying it.

Quite OK but nothing outstanding. Very much a regular hotel, with a small pool, access to a small beach. Good was alright, but would not recommend the club sandwich. Renting a car through their partner was not a good experience.

Breakfast and dinner can be very nice on the covered and front open terrace, with wonderful view from every table on the bay of Palma, or inside this restaurant practically directly at the buffet;-) but air-conditioned.
In the, with a great view of the Bay of Palma, ingenious, partially covered pool bar with a wonderful lunch menu and also friendly staff, you can always chat. Deck chairs are available around the pool and on different terraces enough, we never had a problem to get one. We have been to this hotel 3 times and this year 2018 is going again. We booked again a suite, because of the 2-room layout. It's glorious there.
Ok… the place itself is very quiet and has not much to offer but by bus or car it is not far to Palma… etc.

Charming Hotel with a great team always attentive to its customers with a smile.

Nice and quiet hotel for couples and elder people. The swimming pool is small and there is no beach. Rooms are mainly double rooms. All the reasons why I chose this hotel from the beginning, I am on vacation and don't want any louid children in my vicinity. Food in the restaurant is very delicious but the cooked alternatives of the breakfast is not near good by far. Situated on the seaside, local centre in proximity and close to local bus stops I would say this is a good option of you are not equipped with a car.

There are positive and negative points: positive: — without a doubt the place where it is located in the first line of the sea.
— The rooms are very modern, minimalist and comfortable, cleaning a 10. — Wheelchair accessibility ok (for those who take them and when you reach the floor 0 think you can no longer descend to the floor of the pool — 1, there is another parallel elevator that descends to that floor).
— The hotel menu is excellent, with good food quality (from vegetables, fish, seafood. ) My compliments from here to the chef. The restaurant has amazing views.
— very nice and efficient staff. Good professionals.
— something also positive, which I have been able to observe indirectly, is that the management team answers each of these comments/analyses and does so in an educated and thankful manner despite the criticisms, supporting even some rather disrespectful comment. That is commendable.
Negative: You have to pay pretty much for everything. A part of the tourist rate: — Free Wi-Fi only 1 H daily and the rest there is Q pay (the surprise is that only serves a device, so prepare money for Wi-Fi for each device you want to connect).
— Parking is not free. I hope you do not happen as to me that when you go to park there was another car in my alleged site. According to the receptionist was already booked and gave me the command with that number by mistake.

Nice food and own beach. Internet really slow, have to buy own Sim card. TV not rotating. Reception has no tabletop games. Half times bottom floor barmen not smiling and seem pissed off.

Very good hotel with a beautiful view. Do not hesitate to pay extra in order to get sea view. It is fantastic!

Very nice hotel with very nice and happy staff. The breakfast is good with a lot to choose from. Nice pool area with a little wind so it does not get so hot. Highly recommend this hotel. Those who complain are just trolls.

This is our second time in this great Hotel with my husband. Our junior suite is large with lovely sea view.
Plenty of places for sun bathing and swimming, pool or sea. Breakfast is fresh and very good, EXCEPT poor coffee from the machine. Not spanish quality. It is the only negative thing.

Bad Wi-Fi, no air conditioning running, basic food, uncooked croissant, no tea or coffee facilities in a superior room, no privacy in the bathroom in a superior room, not the best of views, ignorant bar staff, bar near the lobby never open.

The best holiday ever. We had a great room over looking both the basic and the pool and the staff were great.

We spent 3 nights here. The view from our room was great and the breakfast buffet had a large selection. The Room was clean, however felt very old in decor. The reception staff were helpful, however seemed sick of their job and not so friendly. It's not close to the centre of town. We liked that there was a bathtub in our room.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staffs are so friendly and very helpful. Location is superb, bus stop no. 3 is only a step away which takes 40 minutes to city centre. The sea view from the room is amazing. No tea/coffee facilities in room, but the half board meal can't get you bored. I will definitely stay here again …

Nice view, nice food, nice staff, nice locality… Great place for a summer vacation.
