Facilities, Staff and Manager Raquel nothing too much trouble staff genuinely friendly and go the extra mile. Beds comfortable and room spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend staying at the RIU Hoteles Bonanza Calvia Palma de Mallorca first class Lee.

Love the location, the view from all rooms are amazing, all the staff are very friendly and helpful, nothing is a problem to them, the pool bar is great for lunch or drinks or both, they have a separate pool area for adults if you wish! They also have a hair salon and spa in the hotel, would definitely highly recommend this hotel, we have been going for the past 8 years!

Staff and Service are second to none. Little things that make the difference for a nice time to a perfect time. Staff made a fuss of my daughter who’s 16months old. Nothing was a problem for them to do. Fantastic and couldn’t recommend enough.

We had a nice stay here but not as high as the reviews here would have you believe (which is why we decided to go for it in the first place). The positives — the rooms were good, the staff were very helpful and polite and the buffet breakfast was also nice and varied. However other pretty basic hotel amenities had been overlooked and the hotel was more basic than expected — the sun loungers around the pool were very uncomfortable making lying around the pool all day a less than enjoyable experience, meaning we usually just went to the beach instead. Aside from the lobby, there was no air con in any of the public spaces which made entering and leaving the hotel uncomfortable, and the hotel charges extra for things which should really be included at the price e. G. Charging for parking, a daily safe charge etc. Overall despite not having a bad experience here, for the money if I were to come back to Mallorca I'd go elsewhere.

Widest variations on food and still excellent selections of both breakfast and dinner I have ever come across. Very friendly staff! The pool view from the restaurant as well as the views from the rooms are amazing. Highly recommended!

Wonderful hotel, with great and kind stuffs. Nice view to ocean. Rooms are clean and bed comfort to sleep. If you want to do sports or just rest at the pool, this is the right choice to do that. Breakfast was really good and breakfast can be enjoyed in beautiful seascapes. It was easy to use public transport to Palma. The bus runs right front of the hotel.

Very nice hotel! Gorgeous view! Very tasty food! Good location. Close to the public beach with spectacular view! The bus stop is just near the hotel. 10 min and you are in the city. Good animation. But the best are the people who work there! ) Very helpful and polite. Miss it so much!

Absolutely one of the best hotel who have it all, so also the amazing service minded and smiling stuff. The restaurant food & wine was impressive from breakfast to dinner. It was really something extra ordinary feeling to stay here. It’s hard to explain in words how great our stay for almost two weeks was last year in October. Me and my family will love to come back. ❤️

It's definitely worth having been here. For me personally, it was perfect. The Prices are good and I like the Location. It's all clean and the Food was great. I really liked the Furnishing inside as well as outside. I will definitely visit this Place again.

This hotel provides excellent service from the management to all members of staff. I have stayed in many hotels but this hotel stands out as an example of high quality service. The food is great with a wide variety to choose from. This is only my second day here but I will most certainly be coming back. Bravo.

We went to the SPA, and just arrived I had to return to the car to leave our things as they only have 12 lockers for all… So as if you're going to the sauna or the pool with the backpack on… Poor facilities. And good massage very average… I would not return since this something far away, parking justito and not worth paying. I charge two hats that have not needed to be used and they have not given us…

Excellent Hotel The manager is very nice.
The kitchen is good and varied.
It is buffet style for the morning and for dinner and there is barbecue bar next to the pool and a gym with a wonderful view.
The place is excellent for relaxation as located on it illetes quiet area of the island.

Very good hotel with great service. Each room has a sea view due to its construction in a hillside on the coast. The pool is artificially built into the sea on rocks. The food was good and varied. I'd love to come back.

Just loved it; clean well apportioned room restaurant filled with great food with variety. Pool a pleasure to swim in. Location great for exploring local areas day and night. Will be vacationing there again.

Nice amd clean resort. During my stay in early November it was fairly quiet but I guess in high season it can be very busy so not sure how well they cope with the crowds. Rooms were fine but this open plan bathroom idea might cause some issue to people. Still don't get the point of this design. Cleaning ladies tend to chat out loud in the early morning hours (8:00am) outside the rooms which is definitely annoying. However they do serve a good and rich variety of breakfast. All areas are clean and pool outdoor space very pretty. Location wise there is a bus stop just outside the hotel with buses going to Palna or a 15 minutes drive to Palma. They do have private parking but charge extra 10 euro per day. Overall a good place to stay and relax for a few days.

Well situated hotel for our purpose. Ocean, swimming pool and gym are close. Good opportunities for cycling and bus stop and connection to Palma is next to the hotel.

As soon as we arrived, we were treated with VIP service! The staff directed us to the lobby lounge as we waited for our room to be ready and welcomed us with two glasses of champagne. We sat by the window which overlooked the beautiful blue sea and pool area. It was unreal! The hotel staff was very friendly – the manager personally greeted us and introduced himself as we checked-in. Our room was ready fairly quickly so we were able to drop our bags and head down to the pool. Overall, the hotel is maintained nicely and very clean. The room we booked had a balcony with the sea/pool view and was spacious. As you walk into the room the shower and toilet are in the same area but each were separated by its own door. I liked being able to close off the door between the entire bathroom and bedroom at night. The restaurant near the pool is excellent! The food is super fresh, delicious and filling – we had the salmon which came with two sides to choose from. The pool was busy but there were a lot of beach chairs so we never had an issue finding a spot. There is a staircase that leads down to a small private cove/beach area which is beautiful. In addition to the pool restaurant there is a dining area for breakfast and dinner. We purchased the breakfast option which was buffet style with a lot of options to choose from. We didn’t initially purchase the dinner option but did decide to go there one night and personally did not love it and found it to be expensive.

Service at the highest level!

Luxurious Hotel with good services and quiet. Breathtaking views to the sea from the heights. To improve the parking that is in another building in the street, you pay separately like the drinks and the safe.

Good service, I recommend. The staff are at the small care and the breakfast is great.

Beautiful location on the beach. Excellent service, the staff really make you feel welcome with friendly attitudes and very sweet gestures. The buffet is great and the restaurant is lovely over looking the sea. Overall Hotel bonanza palace has a lovely holiday atmosphere, would love to come back again!

Amazing hotel! Quiet, air-conditioned, comfortable and clean. No drunk party people. The staff is extra friendly, smiling and greeting you all day long. Big buffet breakfast and delicious BBQ for lunch by the pool. Private beach access, clean pools, plenty of sunbeds. Everyone was just so pleasant to us! We decided to skip dinners and evening entertainment at the hotel and dine out. Very safe place, lovely beaches around Illetas, excellent weather, we had a wonderful time. We'd love to go back!

Brilliant hotel. Only downfall was no taxi service only if you were going to the airport. Having waited with other guests for an hour to be told to catch the local bus which was every 15 mins and cost €1.50 each. Wish they had told us on the first day.

Awesome place. Great pool with a platform that brings to the sea. Food is awesome in the restaurant on the pool. They grill fresh seafood and some meat.

Great hotel, it is hard to find any faults. Nice rooms, well maintained and very clean with great views. Fantastic breakfast choices and evening meals too. Great pool facilities for both children and adults. We'll be back!

For the rest, everything is change, it is a big seaside hotel without access to the beach, and above all, if you are hungry after 8pm, it is dead, not even a little snack at the bar.

We were greeted with a welcome drink in the lobby while they carried our luggage down to our room. Great views and remodeled, polished rooms, each with a balcony. All the amenities of any high quality Western hotel. Free breakfast every morning til 10:30, it's VERY extensive, a full buffet with tons of options, and free champagne. The bus stops immediately outside every 7 minutes, for €1.50 per person the bus quickly takes you down to the Illetes beach in a few minutes (the closest one, the hotel itself is on the water and has no sandy beach), or it will take you central Palma in about 45 minutes — worth the trip. Wifi is free but seems to be limited to just 2 devices, we never could connect a third. Hotel has two good-looking pools, an abundance of deck chairs, gym with water views, and several friendly bars. Nightly entertainment at about 10:00 pm out by the pool included surprisingly good flamenco dancing and a cocktail singer (it rotates every night). Expect lots of German, British, and Russian tourists… And several unusually large cats that roam the property. Overall an excellent hotel.
