Lovely hotel. Beautiful surroundings in the stunning resort of Santa Eulalia. Massive flat promenade full length of the bay for us oldies. The staff in the hotel couldn't be friendlier. Good all day activities and entertainment. Grub better than average and no need to leave the restaurant feeling underfed. This is why we've been coming here at the same time of the year for the last 4years. Great to meet up with friends.

Excellent experience, hotel is in a good location with fantastic views and easy walking distance of Santa Eulalia. The rooms are comfortable and clean the food is very good, the staff are friendly and helpful. We had very good entertainment every day thanks to the hard work and dedication of the entertainment team top marks and thank you to them. We would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Unless you’re a pensioner who wants to clap along to badly sung old songs this is probably not your vibe but other than that the hotel is nice! Location is alright depending on what you’re looking for — if you’re looking for the beautiful lovely bit of Ibiza this isn’t the one. This seems like the old English person’s San Antonio. The staff are lovely and really helpful but there isn’t room service and the breakfast is very ‘english’ in a canteen sort of way. The walls are thin so can hear other guests and hear all the noise outside and the horrendous karaoke put on in the hotel. However, the rooms are very clean, nicely decorating and a great size and the bed is comfortable and big. My room had a balcony and it’s right by the beach. I wouldn’t stay here again but the older visitors looked like they were having a blast. If you’re looking to find English people, English breakfast and English activities I guess this is your place.

Very Friendly staff — can't do enough to help you, lovely views and atmosphere. Hotel has a small friendly feel, next to the sea and minutes walk to marina and town centre — reccommend a refurbished room in the block closer to the sea side section of the hotel. Like most hotels in summer you may struggle to get a sun lounger however helpful pool side staff will try to find a spare for you, more space opens up in afternoon. Hotel food is very good however worth trying local restaurants in marina and town as well. I've stayed here several times and will very likely return again.

One of the friendliest hotels I have stayed in. People return year after year. I have to eat gluten/wheat free. They are very accommodating.

Perfect position next to the marina. All the staff are so helpful and extremely polite. The food is exceptional. Our second visit, a bottle of bubbly brought to our room as a thank you. Very considerate. It's been too long since our first stay, will book for next year upon return. Adore Santa Eulalia.

It was that much better in person! The room was beyind acceptional. The service was 110% 24/7. Restaurant was fantastic! The views were breathe taking! Yhis was my 1st time in ibiza. This will be the hotel I always stay at. Ask Nikki anything! Enrique was so polite. I can rave about this hotel all day! Not bad to have a pool a the foot of out patio! This is the spot! Oh and it adults only. ;)

The rooms are clean and well maintained and the reception staff very attentive and helpful. Visiting as a Thomson gold guest and Thompson reps and entertainment team are very good and work very hard to keep you entertained throughout the day without being overbearing. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in Ibiza it is only 10 minutes walk from the town centre, ferry to Ibiza and 15 minutes from the bus station with good beaches.

Well run hotel with friendly and attentive staff. Rooms adequate but with some noise from boatyard during the day on one side of building. Excellent seating and sun bed provision.

Many thanks to everyone at the hotel… everything has been most satisfactory… lovely relaxing holiday. All the staff were helpful, always a welcoming smile, nothing to much trouble. Hope to see you again next year. July 2nd to July 16th 2014
