Beautiful, peaceful hotel with great food (especially for all-in). The staff are so nice, they're very helpful and always smiling as well. There are lots of (young) families here which is quite nice because the kids are super well behaved and quiet. The pool is great and the water feels so soft I've never seen anything like it, the animation is great and actually has nice music instead of very annoying with the beats and volume pumped to the max. Price/quality might be the best of all! I should say something negative as well to make this review complete, however I haven't found anything very negative yet. The only negative I could find is that the sushi rice in the Asian dinner night is very, very dry (however the rest of the food is still absolutely AMAZING and prepared with extra smiles)

Recently spent 10 days at Tropic Garden, Santa Eulalia, Ibiza. Brilliant hotel — all the staff are friendly, rooms are good and cleaned every day, it’s in a great location. The coast line is fantastic and it’s close to the marina and beach but the best part for us was the entertainment staff. They were wonderful with our kids all holiday and great entertainers at night too. Alejandro, Aldo, Inma, Lucia, Anne and Kim thank you so much you deserve every one of those 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ From Dan, Miller and Archie.

We are just back from ten nights staying at the Tropic Gardens (all inclusive) with Jet2 Holidays. The stay was excellent. Room 1345 on the third floor was clean with good storage space and an excellent view across the pool towards the sea. The food was good with a wide choice at every meal. All staff were friendly and helpful, The outdoor pool is unheated, so was on the cool side for our visit in early May. We did not use the indoor pool. Service at the pool side bar was quick and the staff very helpful. The drinks available were OK, but the coffees and the cocktails could have been better, typical all inclusive. There is Wi-Fi throughput the hotel and at poolside, but speeds are slow with regular drop outs (0.16 — 3.2 Mbps).

Very good tourist hotel. Excellent facilities designed to make the stay as enjoyable as possible for the customer.
Preferably families with children.
They have a daily bus service to the beach.
Buffet-style food with a variety of well-crafted dishes.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff good food and lovely scenery we have been here a couple of days been for 3 lovely walks along the coast from the hotel.

A very nice hotel, suitable for families and children, close to shoping center (almost 5 minutes away), very delicious foods with a lot of varieties in its buffet.

Aparthotel 10 minutes walk from the center of town, Santa Eulalia is one of the most beautiful municipalities of Ibiza. It tends to stay families, foreign above all. Recently refurbished, very quiet place, with a mercadona at 50 meters.

Excellent even if after the winter some problems can be manifested.

Beautiful very clean hotel. Cleaners do a brilliant job. The only complaint I have about the hotel is the entertainment people. We are Irish and English speaking so our child wasn't included in the activities as they only took interest in the German and Dutch families. Which is very unfair. But other than that I can't fault the hotel.

It's been five days. As far as we were satisfied and everything was very clean. We did not take advantage of the restaurant and pool. However, only 4 stars because the hotel is noisy and the room doors are very loud. You hear it when someone knocks 3 rooms on the door. Otherwise good.

Nice hotel but rent a car away from all and if you are French in the hotel good courage nothing in French pity c is the only problem encountered because no effort.

We did not use the outdoor pool and the indoor area.
Air conditioning in the room worked well, however the heating was disabled. At 10 °c at night our room stayed cold. The night has arrived.

It is ok. Clean, good service and nice. Expensive anything you take if you don't have all inclusive. The breakfast buffet.

I can't recommend the hotel. The staff are friendly, but this is useless if the night porter is not able to open the room if the key system on my bedroom door does not work. Although I got a spare room, but the next day our flight went and a relaxed departure was no longer to think about. The keys have failed all the time. The door did not open again the day before and we were promised a repair, which, however, obviously did not bring anything. The whole house is noisy. You hear everyone coming and going because of the long orbiting aisles. Sound insulation is complete false indication.

A four star hotel recently refurbished in front of the beach. We were eight nights in room 1369 with a lovely view where we saw the sunrise every day. Good buffet and possibility of change between dinner and food. Well located ten minutes walk along the promenade of the center of Santa Eulalia. It has just opposite a small supermarket and very close to a mercadona.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very good. Great animation for families. We will definitely repeat.

FIrst time at this hotel and was impressed with everything the hotel offered. We were AI. Staff very friendly and helpful. If you required anything they would go out of their way to get it for you. Good selection of food and the restaurant was spotless. The entertainment staff were great. They are there all day and put on good shows at night. There are plenty of beds around the pool area. Planning to back in June next year.

Well laid out and good facilities. Friendly staff. Best if you have kids that need entertainment. Food is ok — typical all inclusive standard. Beer and wine good. About 1 mile to town.

Staff are grumpy and not very skilled. Not a lot of space for a hotel full of people, either by the pool or in the dining hall. More like a three star hotel with some flash pictures on the walls.

Ok. Been here one day, so far, the hotel rooms are nice, good size and feel modern. Our bathroom had a really bad smell, made me wretch. The guys on reception moved us pretty quickly but after a challenging conversation that a customer shouldn't really have to have. The amenities are all here but the quality a bit poor in some areas. If you are All Inclusive you still have to hire beach towels. A baby bird fell out of a tree and the manager offered to give us the address of a vet-errrr no, it's your hotel, you take care of the bird. A lovely lady on reception is taking care of the bird now. Sun's out. Happy days.

Nice hotel, great location… The room was very comfortable. Great service, here is the wishes of the guests received! Not of course in this day and age… Eat average… But okay. Like to come back… Very nice and friendly staff. A recommendation…

A lovely aparthotel, very clean nice pool great rooms. Would have given 5* but being a vegetarian the food menu wasn't ideal as we ate side servings all week, they don't seem to have veggie mains or alternatives, but that's Spain I guess. Food that we did eat was nice. I would recommend the hotel.

Positive: Clean Suite for 2 adults plus 2 children well dimensioned large balcony large pool with sufficient number of beds large supermarket and great playground right in front of the hotel drinks can be tapped at the meals free of charge (half board +)
Free wireless internet childcare — fun not positive: water pressure in the washbasin minimally noisy: The evening program (karaoke, etc. ) is audible in our room. Also the child above us who jumps around 5 o'clock in the morning as well as every guest who passes by our room. Those who like peace should try it on the upper floors.
Buffet is so medium.

Apart from the Wi-Fi that makes whims. Everything else is OK.

Very Very schòn for children, although it is not the right site but you could still be on the sea very good deal. The rooms are very nice. But sometimes the music was pretty loud. Otherwise, everything is wonderful.

Clean and tidy. The animation can sometimes annoy some. Music until about 22:30! The ravages of time on the building and the room eating something. Good location. Friendly staff! Apartment without meals. Drinks at the bar were relatively cheap and good.

Very good hotel if you want to rest a few days with family outside the hustle and bustle. The location is great for exploring the best beaches of the island. Although I would not recommend spending the whole day in the hotel, taking into account all you have to do on the island, the attention and the treatment received by the service of animation is very good. Also very good treatment from the rest of the staff. In short, no frills but good choice.

Good quality-price ratio. Perfect to go with children and very close to the centre of Santa Eulalia.
