We are just back from a lovely fortnight at Casa Luis Apartments. Great place to be on holiday. Everyone was very friendly. Absolutely brilliant place for families. 10 minute walk into town and the prom. Will be back.

Just arrived home from a week away at casa luis all the staff where amazing I cannot fault anything here Jeffrey provided food entertainment, staff at the bar where really good and very helpful right down to reception even giving somewhere a call where we wanted to go (I do not speak good Spanish), I will be back next year unfortunately it is fully booked for the rest of this year I am told anyway with jet 2 but, I will be back but bringing all the family next time amazing for a family get away as plenty for kids and adults alike loads of cafes and shops nearby the marina is about a 10-15 minute walk and the beach is around the same the local area is beautiful 🤩, we saw luis around everyday which makes this place extra special you normally don’t see the owners around and he was the nicest man you could ever meet and always friendly when he saw you around even stopping for a chat all I can say is book now if you can this place is really good, I’m surprised it wasn’t more expensive than it was excellent value for money, who doesn’t love a good deal see you next year luis and the team 😊

Such a lovely set up here. Everything is spotlessly clean, rooms are large, light and airy and have a large balcony. Swimming pools are great. The panoramic views from the rooftop pool and terrace are stunning. Just a 10-15 minute walk to the marina with many restaurants serving excellent food.

Cannot fault casa luis helpful staff but pools could do with some heating were a tadd chilly.

Has a lovely week at Casa Luis as a family & will be returning next year. All staff very helpful & friendly. Big thanks to Geoffrey and his huge efforts keeping the children entertained, this children will miss you. Love & thanks to you all & see you next year x.

Just returned from a week at Casa Luis Apartments. Great family friendly hotel with superb facilities. Very clean and well maintained. Fabulous friendly staff.

Had an amazing time at Casa Luis with my family. It has a great friendly vibe and fun atmosphere.
All the staff are welcoming and accommodating and nothing was too much trouble.
Casa Luis is in a great location to the main centre and only takes 10 minutes to get to all the restaurants and bars.
I will 100% come back to this hotel again!

Smart rooms and plenty of things for kids to do with all pools and playground around complex plus adult pool on roof is a plus.

Beautiful place friendly staff even gave us a packet of fags when we ran out lol 2nd visit here love the place.

Lovely clean apartments, staff are all lovely. This is our 2nd visit and is definitely our new annual trip location. Food is good too!

Great food, friendly staff and clean rooms.

Although our stay was only for 3 days, cracking place! Ideal for families, and the harbour area is about a 10 minute walk if you wished to eat out. Very relaxing atmosphere, and great friendly staff.

Had a fantastic week at Casa Luis. A quieter part of Ibiza but couldn’t fault the hotel with excellent facilities for families. Two pools plus a fab splash park, very friendly and helpful staff who couldn’t do enough for u. A short bus ride from Es Canar (which has a beach and facilities for kids such as trampolines and small rides) and Santa Eulalia (beautiful marina) which r bigger resorts with lots of bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend this hotel and resort for families particularly those with primary age children.

Lovely apartments. The owner was around daily. The staff were lovely and friendly. Plenty of pools to choose from. Non of us wanted to come home. Thank u for a lovely holiday.

Just come back from a lovely weeks stay here, staff friendly, rooms and complex very clean, lots for sun lounger dotted around, fab adult only pool on a picturesque roof terrace.

Staff rude! You have to pay for air con. Never ever had that before ridiculous! Jet2 need to do proper reviews on all rooms!

We have just had a lovely lovely week here and couldn’t recommend it enough for families. Our little boy was poorly and everyone helped us by finding a doctor and making sure we were all ok. We leave early tomorrow and so will miss breakfast, but we’ve just been given a lovely picnic for us to take to the airport. The staff in the restaurant were super friendly and helpful, especially our favourite waiter… we can’t thank him enough for his help, especially when our little boy was poorly. The food was delish and we loved every meal. Luis is always around and makes your holiday feel really special. He was so kind to us and we have had a super time. We will certainly be back… thank you very much Casa luis! Xxxx.

Excellent apartments booked in superior rooms all lovely from staff to breakfasts to the adults pool, great for families 4 pools including kids and adults. About a 5 to 10 minute walk into the busy port area, which is lovely scenery quite expensive to eat out but worth it for the views.

2nd day here and really impressed with the place. Met Luis himself last night. A lovely helpful guy The place is sooooo clean. Roof top adult only pool is class.

Loved it rooms were big and we'll kitted out for self-catering. Staff were very nice and nothing was a problem for them. Had a great time would definitely be going back.

Fantastic holiday complex. Great for both children and adults alike. Modern stylish apartment and great rooftop swimming pool. Highly recommended.

Excellent for families, we loved it so much we're going back. It's 5 minutes from a big park and 2 supermarkets, 20 mins walk into the town. There's 3x pools, including a splash pool. Restaurant food is good and reasonable. Staff are super friendly and helpful too.

Love this place, it had changed so much from the last time I was here. Great for families! Rooftop is amazing as is splash park for kids!

A really nice resort. The cleanliness, impeccable. The address and all the staff overturned in making you stay as pleased as possible.

Nice place for people with children. If you need to get around hire a car.

Lovely place great for familes. Very friendly staff and just 20 min walk from main resort. Bus stop right outside of appartment block going either way and 2 super cheap supermarkets nearby. 15 bus drive from es cana. Would highly recommend!

Too far out. Lots of problems with new block. Sewage smell all 2weeks of holiday. Never go again.

A very plesant appt the room service is second to none the roof top terrace is teriffic glad to see there is no smoking around any of the pools glad to say we would come back.

2nd visit here love the renovations. Kids splash park & play park. And the roof top terrace is stunning. Will be back.

Not bad. Staff brilliant. Julie and Ross very good. New apartments few problems. Really bad sewage smell all holiday. Little out of town for us. Nothing going on outside until you get in to town. Entertainment in apartments good. Andre was very good.

Great resort, excellent facilities and entertainment for families with young kids.

Health matter been here lots of times but will never be going again.

Awful basic accomodation. Stay Away at All costs. — We lost days from being able to sit on balcony because of Sewage smell. Air Con isn't adjustable by Guests. Cleaned apartment more than staff. (Floors not mopped in over a week) Complete lack of privacy as all blocks overlook each other. Fell in love with Ibiza again, even thought of having out wedding ceremony here. But accommodation standards too poor, based on our experiences at Case Luis.

Fantastic place for a family holiday. Everything there for the kids so parents can relax a bit as well.
The staff are superb at Casa Luis and always strive to do their utmost to ensure your stay is very good. Biggest testimonial for me at this resort was the amount of families who've been coming here for decades through the generations of their families. Speaks volumes on what the guests think of Casa Luis. … If your going on a family holiday to Ibiza then you'll be hard pushed to find anywhere better.

Very helpful staff and beautiful rooms. A bit far off from the main party towns but good place to relax.

Great place to stay this family run apartments are amazing and Senior Luis and his family are like family I have been going on and off since July 1997 and my wife had been 4 times before 1997… ⛱☀️⛈

Great daily specials. Really tasty and plentiful breakfasts. Great value.

A fantastic, wallet and family friendly apartment complex 15 mins walk from the centre of town and 10 from the nearest beach. Several pools and entertainment for the kids on site and a couple of supermarkets nearby. Always kept clean and tidy by the friendly staff.

Rooms are clean and nice. No luxury, but a decent standard. Bathroom is good too. Beds are just comfortable enough, but for over 2 guests in a room, the sofas that turn into beds are not too comfortable. Service is competent but a little slow and not always available at the desk.

Loved our apartment which was right beside the pool. Lovely and quiet in the evenings. Catered to everything we needed. Only down side, the pool was so extraordinarily cold, that we could only bring our 2 year old in to the water once, before her lips would turn blue and she would be shaking with the cold. So we spent every day at the many fabulous beaches, that the island provided. Would definitely recommend renting a car from reception, as the rates are very cheap and as the hotel is a long walking distance to places, the car gave us a lot of freedom.

Love this little place and have already booked to stay again.
