Very poorly decorated rooms which are in need of total refurbishment. Everything in the room is falling apart. The room and in particiular the bathroom smelled like a rat had died in the drains and the hotel response was there’s nothing we can do about it. This is Ibiza! Much better hotels out there that actually have a professional staff working for them and rooms that are serviced properly and newer. When I decided not to stay they refused to give a refund and i’ve had to dispute with my credit card company who have now issued a refund.
