Good, comfortable and all employees were great.

Good atention, nice and beauty place.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I recommend not to deprive yourself of the breakfast.

If you read no more of this review, take from it this: Save your money and find a Parador. This hotel is over priced for various reasons. Breakfast is not included in the inflated price (12€ extra for a cold breakfast in a small room). The rooms are small and noisy from both inside and outside in the street. They do not have separate twin beds within any double rooms, which has never been a problem before when requested in advance. (Also, which again was not mentioned when the reservation was made). We travel to Spain each year on motorcycles and have always paid for one space in a car park (if parking is not included) which fits 3 motorcycles. We were charged individually 12€ each for a parking space yet we only used one bay; simply because they are the only hotel with nearby parking within the walled city. (There is a secure car park 5 minutes walk away) The area in which the hotel is situated is difficult to access and no information was provided before our arrival on the best way to find it. Such a shame because they are featured in the Lonely Planet guide, which until now has been reliable and correct.

Quiet place even though nearby is the area of "Movida" and handsome and stately. The one who likes the modern isn't his place. My recommendation is for this and all hotels is that a breakfast at 12 euros is a bit of a steal.

A perfect location for a hotel with a lot of charm. The staff is very efficient and amabilisimo. Definitely a very good choice.

Very clean, quiet, central. Elegant decoration in the rooms. It would be 5 stars if it were more economical breakfast and parking.

Lovely, cosy, family hotel located in the Tinería district, located inside the bimillennial wall Roman just metres from the gate and Church of el Carmen.

Despite booking with long time only we initially found a small room and although they warned us that we could replace it with another more comfortable now not made changes since it was only for one night. The room although small was sufficient for our needs. Good bed, sheets and bedding good quality. Bathroom with hydromassage shower,
The staff of the Hotel was great at all times warning that although the hotel is closed at night give you all kinds of facilities as key to enter when you want, control of the garage to park when you arrive. It is within the wall and you can walk to all the sites. The Cathedral and plaza mayor are 200 metres, the area of tops equal.
The only thing that can draw attention is that day, you can find some female company, but the area is very quiet and no problem. Easy access from the round of the wall and I think to how access that other more central hotels but having many pedestrian zones do not have easy access by car.
The city is easy to navigate and does not require too much time or travel long distances.

All very well, above all the situation, which is right next to the Cathedral and within the walls of lugo. Excellent treatment. Homemade buffet breakfast; the only thing that I can put repair, is in that cafeteria area is somewhat limited; otherwise a 10.

What a wonderful place.
We were short after the opening here. Turn left in the middle of the street with the oldest profession in the world and is a beautiful old Palazzo. We actually wanted to continue, but stayed just two days. Wonderful rooms — maybe you should move every day, because each room is different. Friendly and helpful staff.
From the small balcony, one could observe some Lady at the customer acquisition without that it ever would have bothered. One was is a little like a Bunuel Film.
It was just fun.
