Best all inclusive ever! Mojito, old rum, all coctails — all is civered be all inclusive. Food is just amazinnh, rooms are big, with sea wiew, to p, I can only recomed!

+ cleanliness + location at the south of the island + great rooms comfort + close to the beach + beautiful beach and awesome ocean, Chrystal clear blue water + pool area + nice weather in August with barely any clouds, nice temperatures between 25 and 30 degrees + best buffet I ever experienced in a hotel + good drinks included in all-inclusive + additional services + customer orientation of hotel staff (especially Martina and Kiko! ) + plenty of activities can be done close to the hotel (e. G buggy tours, yacht tours, surfing, snorkeling, biking, visiting the zoo etc) + adults only pays off — place is really quiet! — barely anything, honestly — gym a little bit too small and not properly climatized, some classes were offered on the terrace which was nicer — 90 minutes transfer from airport (but maybe it's better to be a little remote? ) In general an truly awesome place especially for hard working adults who want to relax properly.

Beautiful and luxurious hotel! Was the best choice I've made! I have lost 50 euros in the hotel restaurant as I was bending over to get a dish and I didn't notice, then I went to the table I had dinner and after I lifted up from my table I realise that my money was missing, I went to look around and I was amazed to realise that my money was in the same spot as I dropped it (in the middle of the selfservice). No one has took it!

This was our second visit to the hotel: the first being May 2017. It is very difficult to give any thing but the highest praise to the whole experience of the Fuerteventura Palace Hotel. The staff are always cheerful, friendly and nothing is too much trouble, whatever their position. The standard of food is outstanding. Even the most jaded palate will be tempted and satisfied. The quality of wine in the restaurant is again high. The bedroom and bathroom were kept very clean and the cleaning ladies looked after everything well. Plenty of sun beds were always available and swimming towels provided clean to the rooms each day. The hotel’s policy of adults only is sensible and agreeable for those who like a little peace! In addition, the format, food and general ambience is not really designed for the very young. I have to say the earlier comments about smoking are a little unnecessary. As an ex smoker, I appreciate the view, but feel this is not a fault of the hotel, but smoking is the wish of those guests who do so. Anyway the hotel and its grounds are plenty large enough to escape! A thoroughly enjoyable and friendly hotel that made for a great break.

Great location and of course the excellent taste of a newly refurbished 5 star environment friendly hotel. Have enjoyed delicious buffet for breakfast and certainly not to forget the evening buffet. Pool extra and great service.

Fantastic place to be. Great view on the sea. A little bit busy / crowded in peak season. As from 2018 kids are not allowed any more. That's a pity!

Spectacular views, delicious food.

We had to enjoy a great week's holiday because the staff, service, food and all the dedication of all Iberostar employees had contributed. The room corresponded to the pictures and the hotel itself has its charms through the construction of the rock.
The age of the hotel also showed its traces, but after the renovation, next year this hotel should again be at the top of the wish list of the hotels to be explored again. I can recommend this hotel to others quiet conscience.

The attention, the food and the perfect facilities, but the pools are freezing, they do not put the climate control because they say there is good weather but in the water you can't even get in, the kids don't take a dip from how cold it is. On top I go to reception to complain and they tell me that they are going to speak with direction, do not put the climate control in motion.

I loved the hotel the very nice new rooms, a 10 for the cooks and all the dining room staff and waiters in the enclosure, but I will not be back any more.
It is a hotel only and exclusively for foreigners. The shows, activities and information of excursions as brochures of the massages that are offered in the hotel not a single word in Spanish. In no hotel have I felt as out of place as this one.

Very nice hotel, the buffet was excellent and the staff was mostly always friendly and helpful. The location is perfect aa it is online a fewel meters from the beach. Cocktails and drinks are free and they also have a good animation team that makes exciting shows at the evening. The rooms are very clean although some need renovation but that's in progress I've heard.

I can't say anything to the hotel as we were accommodated in another.
However, we had booked a trip to Lanzarote via Iberostar.
When we were picked up by a very unfriendly guide (15min too late) We were asked if we had the passports. Unfortunately I forgot him in the breakfast room and wanted to get this fast (not even 2 minutes away). The unfriendly guide did not igewährt us. I am of course aware that you have to reach the ferry in time, but I wonder how bad it is planned if you don't even have a 2 minute buffer to catch the ferry in time. It is not possible to wait for guests at every hotel but how often does this happen and above all we have waited long for the bus.
I was very disappointed and particularly by the unfriendly manner of the lady.

Our experience was excellent the deal of everything great all are very friendly especially the Andalusian waiter of the piano bar is very friendly the pool waiter also very friendly and the guys and girls of the animation all are super friendly you feel like home and the ate To great we go very happy and will surely return.

May I share my negative comments first? Thank you. Smokers galore and they don't care who shares their Duty Free Cigarettes. Almost all of the Hotel guests were of German origin and don't give a monkeys wither you suffer. Puff, Puff, Puff is all you see and the stench is extremely overpowering when mixed with the smell of food. OMG even the Hotel doors at reception and the Dining area had "No Smoking" on the doors but they were left OPEN and the cigarette smoke leached into the those areas. Eat your excellent food and taste the smoke at the same time, YUCK. Have a beer in the Piano/Sports lounge as it's non smoking but HEY WAIT, that door is also open and the smokers benches are immediately outside, all 12 of them. Ignorant manners at the Bar because you are asked first by the Barmaid what you want to drink. Shock Horror, the verbal abuse I received was "Schiessen". But hey we can forgive the Germans for their bad attitude. Say "hello, good morning" in English and they quite literally look at the ground as opposed to saying "Morgan" as a few did. Again Thank you. Forget the larger pool and the smokers and move to the middle or shallow pool if you want to sun yourself in comfort, smoke free as most of the parents around that area do care for the health of their children and therefore for your health. Smoke free. Please ensure you reciprocate that ideal.

I cannot express the ever lasting positive impact this hotel has had on myself and my partner in our week of staying here. The staff are absolutely fantastic, very happy and amazing at providing a great service and atmosphere. The service has been 100% perfect, we even got an upgrade on our room to a 5* white washed bedroom free of charge with a slight sea front view. Any help you need the staff are always looking to help without the attitude. You always get encouraged to participate in pool activities, the entertainment of an evening is brilliant and the Mediterranean cuisine has been nothing but beautiful. We love it that much that we plan to book our stay again on the 1st may 2018 when the hotel has had its upgrade to 5* level. Beautiful place, beautiful country.

Very nice and comfortable room, Wi-Fi in all the hotel, swimming pool and access to the beach. A high quality hotel.

If you want to spend a moment of rest, at the pool, well you have to go elsewhere, a lot of noisy Germans, poorly bred, and in addition to the noise, the beaches of the pool are dirty, the aisles are cleaned, but not between the sunbeds, so we have to avoid The glasses that are on the ground, the straws, the papers, etc. The word Palace and luxurious is a little strong…

Very nice rooms at the star prestige range. Food is very varied and tasty. Condition of the hotel is very good, there are a few corners where some color is missing.

A nice hotel, we had booked a superior room. Direct sea views, super. Food was very good. Unfortunately, there was no Wi-Fi free and the sunbeds on the beach are also not included. Air, sea, and beach all top.

We were honey mooner almost 2 years ago it was all top. Nice staff good food. There was a fruit basket and sparkling wine for honey mooner and my husband the day of his birth a bottle of sparkling wine to the room service cleaning. We were very satisfied. Rooms were ok too.

This is a super Hotel for the third time and are already looking Forward to it, the staff are always Friendly, helpful and nice it feels almost like home and things do not always believe what others Write the lies only want the price Press.

This located next to two hotels most of the chain, but the price difference is given to understand the to that as soon as you arrive, with a large reception area where you receive and you can imagine the days of relaxation that await you.
Spacious and comfortable rooms to spend a week and if you draw, as our case was sea view with terrace, is the pump.
Direct access from the hotel direct to the beach, where you will have to download an escaleritas and in 4 minutes and your feet will be among that crystalline water of Fuerteventura.
All inclusive at this hotel in terms of drinks, is leading brands where you can enjoy them from very early in the morning until 01:30 am. It has a large pool where adults with children are mixed and a small pool for children only, but if you feel yourself overwhelmed both cry and children running, can spend the party for adults only, where only euro more, you can enjoy the silence and relax in a spacious Balinese beds, to take them you will have to be soon to not remove it you.
As for the food, breakfast get a variety spectacular and of good quality and at lunch and dinner, also variety and very good to be a TI.
Repeat holiday in Fuerteventura, I would definitely stay at this hotel by all commented and the friendliness of its staff.

Note that it is a point ahead as other hotels, there is difference in the price but is offset by far, they have area only for adults with hammocks and Balinese beds that is grateful for the quiet, if one has to put a but would be everyone: Germanic times for lunch and dinner.

Very good hotel, good food and location.

An extraordinary hotel for family. It has very good services like the all inclusive, animation, swimming pools, sports. And the beach is really beautiful. There are 3 Iberostar hotels that are together in Playa Jandia, which makes it easy to have lots of extra services.

The food is of very good quality and have even some chefs at your disposal, also said a lifeguard there that the food is better than all the hotels around. The views are important from the pool which is on the fourth floor and often as there are both German, around seven, the pool is left alone. The hotel is made for you to stay with the all inclusive and that you do not leave the hotel but I took me half board and I got to visit all Fuerteventura. All the beaches are important, a turquoise and very clean. I hope they serve my opinion and good holiday ;).
