Great the Royal Level is enchanting and the staff are great and professional. In general, the Barcelo chain is very good. We have been using their hotels for 5 years now and in every place we were we enjoyed it.

Our first night and we had dinner waiting in our room because of a late arrival. Sea view, perfect room, perfect honeymoon.

Driving pass this to our hotel on the island and from the out side looks lovely would definitely try it out if it wasn't adults only. To think it was the nicest looking hotel that we drove past on our transfer.

Ideal place to go to the royal level, no children only adults, very good treatment.

For our tour group this hotel was a disappointment. For groups of young people and those with families it could have been near ideal. Big and lots of choice of activity as well as an extensive menu with all meals and local drinks/ soft drinks included.

Beautiful hotel. Staff are all friendly. Restaurant is amazing with all the variety of foods on offer at breakfast, lunch and at evening. Pools are large and spacious with no bed reserving which is great. Pool was cold to enter but once in is lovely. Excellent hotel if you want a quiet relaxing time just chilling out.

Excellent service, very good views of the Playa del Matorral, very well connected.

Easily the best hotel around. Amazing service everywhere you go, restaurant, bar, and the rest. The food is incredible and there's always so much to choose from with everything cooked perfectly. I will definitely be returning in future!

Came away for my honeymoon, we stayed in the club premium section which is adults only, absolutely loved it, the service has been 2nd to none the staff go the extra once they see your a club premium guest, the staff are all warm and friendly, champagne on arrival, rooms are lovely the selection of food is excellent there's two restaurants that are only for the club premium, one is just for evening meals, the other is open for breakfast, dinner and tea which is a buffet. There's a snack bar and main restaurant that club premium members can use but they aren't as good as the other two, the adults only section is attached to the main hotel which is massive and isn't adults only so the two club premium restaurants are quieter. The hotel is build on the side of steep hotel so going down to the shops at the bottom of the hotel grounds can be treck to get back from but nothing too bad, the beach is about a 10 minute walk away from the hotel. I would definitely recommend the hotel to everyone especially if you are wanting to get away with your partner, I can't really comment about the standard part of the hotel but it does look alright from what I've seen.

Very good service. Comfortable pool loungers, beach within walking distance. Food i. O. Premium drinks, both soft — and alcoholic drinks. Staff very friendly and remembers very quickly the preferred drinks. I'm in the hotel for the third time. The new sun terrace is great.

We loved nearly everything. Room was great — lovely view, very spacious, clean. The food was absolutely fantastic — great choice for a buffet — breakfast and lunch. Wonderful staff — always smiling, very helpful — Katherina from our evening restaurant deserves special award for her outstanding service. Once you get a chance to use the SPA facilities you will not be disappointment. We would definitely recommend Barcelo Club Premium. SPA — it's not big enough for all the quest who visit the hotel. To get treatments you like you have to book it in advance — I mean from home before you go otherwise you have no chance to get what you like especially if you want it for a couple. Booking is required even for jacuzzi ; ( Wi Fi was a bit slow in the room — best to use it outside — great signal.

Premium is worthwhile, as the "normal" hotel is home to many families with children, so the noise level is quite high. The restaurants are fine. The staff were friendly and courteous at all times.

Great place. Fantastic food. Great choice of drinks. Well worth paying for premium club. Especially for suite. Wi-Fi could be better but I do enjoy my holiday off grid anyway.

Great food, rooms and service, nice views… all pricey but premium is a good description. Great for adults only escape. Could do with better Wi-Fi as that is not a premium quality service.

Framework for making good entretretenu, excellent beds, ramps everywhere in addition to stairs so access convenient. Food varied no more. A counselor including children and persons has disabled.

Restoration has become infected.
"All inclusive" basis essentially of pork. Cockroaches on the walls of the restaurant (see Photos taken and published on Tripadvisor).
