Super hotel, very friendly staff. Although the location of the hotel is a worrying one, it is a very quiet hotel. Despite all that it is a great hotel overlooking the sea which has an even more beautiful beach. In short, we would book the hotel again at any time.

I'm very fond of this hotel. It's already the third time I've been here with my family. It is placed in front of the Faro de Jandia and when it is very windy offers the possibility of enjoying the swimming pool and eating outside.

The best hotel by far in the area. The staff make it special.

Despite some renovation needs still an excellent hotel at any time of year. The wind-protected pool area, the comfortable chic rooms, the gastronomy and the wonderfully friendly staff leave nothing to be desired. Prime location on the white sandy beach of Jandia.
We like to come back, then for the 4th time.

Hotel pool has nasty brown spots. Fitness room on 2 days in the most expensive time (New Year's Eve) closed from 5 pm, exactly if you want to do sports. Restaurant on New Year's Eve has opened with 30 minutes delay. Shows are underground. The service in the restaurant is awful. The staff at the restaurant are without any joy at work and have already been terminated by everyone. The guest is seen in the first place as an annoying evil. Petty (and very lustless) also the issue of meat and fish at dinner. You usually get a fitzel little piece and have to fight for a second piece of hard. But you only want that if you are really hungry, either you have to wait a long time or the meat or the fish are cold. Getting used to the award of the tables: you have to choose between two meal times. Then a very star is assigned a table. If you sit with the wrong people, you have to endure the next few days. In general, everything is rather stiff and inflexible. This is likely to be very helpful to regular guests. The average age of the guests is estimated 65 years, younger guests or children are only sporadic.
In our time the Spanish owners seem to have made a holiday there. For those, extra two large beautiful tables were organized so that the whole clan can sit together. All are the same and some are the same…
In the room is the shower is unfortunately designed so that the water flows completely onto the floor and cannot drain there. So you stand in the bathroom in the water.

Good hotel, good rooms, excellent staff as negative point is that the guests are German retired few young people looked like the inserso. The food of the buffet restaurant quite good aq the same thing is not oriented too much to the foreign public but all very good.

We have just returned from our vacation. We have visited on many occasions. A couple of things seemed to have slipped. Why when it says on the notice board by the pool No footballs or inflatables. The pool on occasions became full of people throwing footballs at high speed across the top of the water. Also the amount of inflatables used in the pool was irritable. The other point about the pool was it was been cleaned on an evening to remove the dirt from between the tiles. This was then to be found in large amounts in the small pool the next day. Also we noticed on one occasion that a young man came in the restaurant in shorts (gym shorts), he was approached by 2 members of staff however the young man didn't leave to change. This was frustrating as with the heat all men would like to wear dress shorts. If there is a dress code then this should be adhered to and if men are asked to dress appropriately then ladies should be too as on a number of occasions ladies came straight from poolside and weren't dressed for evening meal. This would make it fair for all involved. We have visited this hotel 8 times now and although the food, staff and cleanliness is outstanding as mentioned we noticed a few things slipping which was disappointing to us.

Good hotel, very quiet, maybe too, the area is very quiet and very far from the airport (88 km). There is no atmosphere to be a tourist destination. I went in July and there was the same movement in Gandia in November.

This is an quiet hotel, offering excellent service, great food and nice rooms. Then look is heated so can swim year round and there is also a free indoor spa.

Phenomenal. Quiet, staff very friendly and attentive. Normal buffet. Splendid breakfast. Only two drawbacks: they spend reviewing the mini bar at naptime and, for the first time in three years, we have seen a cockroach in the room.
