The quality of service at this hotel is degrading quickly. I gave it a 4 star rating last year, but now I cut it back to 2, I guess I won't be going there any more. They are clearly trying to cut costs, and quality is going down the drain.

Room and hotel spotless and comfortable.
Only flaw in the location… There's not much to see in Torrejon…

Clean but the hotel staff doesn't understand the need for a quiet resting place.

I Think with the price you pay… It's a right place. They would have to check the heating to avoid inconvenience to the client, although it is true that they solve the problem.

The reception was very nice. Comfortable and clean room, definitely to go back.

Unbeatable location in the heart of Torrejón, right next to the train station. The price of the rooms is affordable. The rooms are large and they are pretty clean. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, TV and fridge. Bathrooms quite complete, although unlike other hotels there is no toothbrush, but it is the least, I find a bigger problem the presentation of soap for the shower, is the typical hand soap dispenser. Without a doubt I would go back again.

I hospodé in this hotel a long time ago, the truth is that it was a good experience, albeit fleeting. This next to RENFE so it comes very well to move between Madrid and Torrejón, besides has restaurants nearby and some bank. The staff was very friendly and we had no inconvenience, except the floor we crugia at times. I am very happy with this hotel, and there is no doubt that I would return.

Hotel muy tranquilo justo a la estación de Renfe de Torrejón de Ardoz muy buen ubicado, con estacionamiento gratuito a menos de 2 minutos a pie. Buena atención y excelente descanso. Todo muy limpio.

I would go back to this hotel only if I had no choice. Normal Hotel, and the deal leaves a lot to be desired. Not clear with the breakfast that corresponds to the room you have, did not operate the heating some days, the bed badly made some nights…

All of this hotel I love it, spacious room, mattresses great, heating good. Is in the center and surrounded by multiple shops.

This hotel is very close to the headquarter of my company, therefore it is very handy to stay there when on business trip. However I wouldn't call it an hotel as such. There is no restaurant for dinner. I had a burger at the cafeteria which was not yet fully unfrozen, the chips were merely warm. Everyone is very nice but the food is not great. Even the breakfast is not great (the coffee is really not nice). There is no kettle in the room either, basically you're there to sleep. I'd recommend staying somewhere else if you can be bothered to take the train to Torrejon.

Good service. Right food, clean rooms and pretty good food. The breakfast was very good. The restaurant service could be a bit more friendly but it was correct. Some rooms did not work well the heating. Recommended.

Worthy of a 4 star hotel. Impeccable room. Sometimes it is worth paying 7-8 euros more than can cost this hotel. A paste, so that not all are compliments. I had a room in front of the lift and the insonorizacion of the door of the room leaves something to be desired. For others everything is right.

We booked room for two adults and two children. We were asked for the credit card number as payment deposit, to make the reservation and we were charged the room 24h before arriving at the hotel. Then when we arrived at the hotel two adults and two children, we had prepared the small room, with only two beds and no possibility of putting up access beds. The hotel nice but a disaster in the organization. Not to come back. Not recommended.

The bad thing that the Parking is a little cramped, there is another out bigger but more expensive.

The hotel is very good, the rooms are very nice and the staff are very friendly. And of course if we go again for Madrid we would return to the same hotel. I recommend it to everyone.

To eat is ok I have eaten several times and pretty good food but lousy breakfast and very expensive.

Very nice business hotel in a perfect location for town centre, rail station or taxis. Very good rooms and clean.

Confortable, but not spectacular. Lack of some basic tools. Lack of simpathy of the staff (only Didi was a good receptionist). Only hotel I have been that the minibar is not always on (as soon as the key was taken out of the light pocket the minibar switched of), leaving all inside warm. Expensive parking for a really tight place with really tight spots (the marks on the walls are the proof). Really poor breakfast. Inside the town on Torrejón de Ardoz but far from Madrid. At the end when doing the checkout they wanted to Bill me for 3 nights (only stayed 2), 4 breakfasts (only had 2) and 2 nights on the parking (that they got it right…). When I asked a receipt with my company's VAT number for expenses they said they would send it via email and gave me a already written receipt with my VAT number… still waiting for the receipt with my company's number… By far the worst Hotel I have ever been.

Hotel is perfectly adequate, but nothing special. Decent sized rooms and air conditioned. Food isn't great, but there are options nearby.

Good location near the train station. Noise rooms. Good king size bed and big room. Old TV. Bad elevator, very slowly.

I had a good stay at this hotel, the service is impeccable, not to mention the hospitality of the inhabitants of this city. I loved.

This hotel is clean, may be some imperfection are visible but for the price (60 euros BFI) I think it's more than reasonable.

Hotel increíble. El trato es fantástico esta bien situado y comunicado. La habitación es muy amplia y bonita. Es acojedora y cómoda. Dispone de parkin y restaurante además de Wi-Fi gratis.

It was not good the hotel is good but reception staff was not friendly we arrived Friday warned that's not working, the mini fridge had food and drink and we leave Monday without fixing the first night well heramos three adults and a baby he had towels for all 4 but the second day for just you two gave habiso at reception and nothing we had to tell the housekeeper that of course nopudimos locate the following day selo said in a cleanser and will leave us for three.

If not this Peter, I do not come.

Despite the excellent quality of the furniture and the good relationship quality price, hotel service is much less room for improvement. You have to fight enough to get what you've hired. Also offers are subject to variations of last minute according to the demand that exists at the time of the collection of room access card.
