Very normal. 4 star nothing … 2 and very good. Food? well hired a menu. Friendly staff.

It is advisable to make an appointment although it is not mandatory. They will advise you on what you need with tranquility and without burdens.
They have their own products and others of virtually any brand.
Easy to reach by public transport and accessible to the disabled.

Hotel of the 4 * that has plenty of stars. Furniture and antique-looking design. He's got a sauna that doesn't work. Very noisy rooms are not resting well the first thing by the proximity of the train the tracks are stuck behind the hotel.
Good quality food but very expensive. E. G. Breakfast is worth 12 EUR The economic price and the best the attention and friendliness of the receptionist.

Hotel room is very old, bus docking inconvenience, but the front desk reception staff is very warm, breakfast is not rich, but there is hot milk to provide.

The air conditioner did not work, sweating in the room. The treatment was not bad, but the explanations received were to get out of the way by the hotel. The Wi-Fi was not working either. Poor cleaning.

The only bad thing is that you can hear everything from other rooms.

Excellent customer service. Breakfast buffet starts at 07:00 hours. Being a group and leaving before the 07:00 they had prepared coffee and something to eat.

17 kilometres from the city of Madrid. A stone's throw from Barajas airport, between the A2, the M45 and the M50, is perfectly connected. It is a four star a bit justito (for facilities) but the food is very good and all the staff is lovely.

The weekend we were, and I would stress, discontent and disappointment, of the hotel. For starters include Wi-Fi in the room, which had not. We said it at the front desk and told that the felt and to claim it, said that insence of maintenance and of course nor approached anyone. Or to say, that my child had need for connection, that had to look at another site, and the rest of the room leave much to be desired. Only comment, for future clients, since I do not recommend.

I was at a family celebration, everything was great except for a punctual but unforgivable mistake: served a steak that knew and smelled badly, apparently in poor condition. The person who tried it (only a couple of pieces) was then with vomiting and diarrhea. Maybe it was coincidence, but when the meat caused an error is fatal. If they avoid to go back to that point error (who knows, maybe it is the first time that they do something) restaurant service is very high.

Cheap but outdated. The breakfast buffet is not very varied and hard to find a table for breakfast at rush hour.

It's a shame, the fabulous staff, but the hotel leaves a lot of q want, and I think this is the time of trousers of elephant and necks uploaded with peaks endless, and it wouldn't be bad if it's just a decoration, what is bad is when the smell of humidity, or doormat old makes you sneeze and you can't stop. Very expensive, does not deserve the 4-star q tienev.
