The staff is very friendly. The rooms are correct although in our case the paper that is on were dead quails and plucked… The bathroom sink is quite small and the mirror has a very rare effect in that it does not reflect you well.

Good place to sleep. The waiter behind the bar doesn't speak English. First thing she say in Spanish " I only speak Spanish if you do not speak Spanish I can not help" and this in a very bad way. The rest of the people are good and nice to talk with.

The hotel is well located but leaves a lot to be desired. Tiny rooms, the bathroom walls are plastic and wood. The cleanliness leaves it to be desired. It's not cozy at all.
Yes you have to say that the breakfast is complete but no choice.

Quiet place. Menu of the day 15 euros. Very comfortable on the terrace. Service a little slow but very nice.

If you are looking for roof, bed and food at a good price meets, if you're expecting luxury, forget about, in my case I was in a double room, the bathroom is a corner of the room and it is the bulkhead (high) of the shower, and a structure of plywood that separates the beds, the ceiling looks like it is unfinished or were left without material, the curtains dirty. The restaurant gives good food, but aesthetically it would remove the floor carpet and painted. Conclusion… 60€ x night in this area is good if you are only looking for a place to sleep.

To pay €50 per night next to the Chamartin station/near the Hospital la Paz, is more than correct. It's a small space made with super cheap materials, you don't have to go with high expectations. The bed was comfortable, I would have liked to see a little more cleaning and maintenance in the bathroom.

It's been a rather negative experience. Very small and crowded rooms, with a tiny bathroom. They are not acoustically insulated from one room to another, much less to the street. The beds are quite comfortable though a bit small. Good service of cafeteria, with breakfasts for about 3 euros.

Correct place to spend the night in case of travel. Two metro stations from Chamartín train station. Reception 24h. Friendly staff, lunch not included.

Comfortable, clean, people are kind, transportation is available very near, and also a supermarket. Has a bar at the lobby and a restaurant.

Friendly and well-connected Hotel. It has restaurant and staff delivered and comfortable rooms, not very spacious. Have all the functions.

Lousy experience. They should call it youth Hostel, more than hotel. Small rooms, agglomerated in spite of its bare furniture, ridiculously decorated… And, worse, even dirty. The only favorable thing to note: Comfortable bed and breakfast enough in quantity and variety. Don't go if you're not young backpackers.

Affordable prices both the Inn (50 €/night). Very good burger. But it is a site that you notice that they are abandoning it, not being careful, and it is an inn (formerly Hotel) that tremendous possibilities. A shame.

The place is the cheapest within the area. The cafeteria is good and the staff is attentive and friendly. Against the rooms are cold and noisy.

The hotel Is better than many people say. Stuff is always helpful. Breakfast was enough also not buffet. Yes, room is very small for two but ok for one person. Very close to metro station and city centre. Prise unbeatable.

Very good place to move by tube in Madrid. The room with private bathroom is so confortable because you have all you can need, although is small.

A Deception. Even a low priced hotel like this should not be allowed to be so run down: dirty, broken furniture, moldy bathrooms, noisy, smoke smelling, with overworked staff. Does Tourism Madrid even inspect these hotels?

10 minutes walk to Plaza de Castilla, 2 minutes to Metro station. Room has no screen for the shower, so not necessarily suitable for friends. English is not great helpful here.

I had an orange juice. Good quality, fair price but too small. I had to order a second one, and the waitress hated me because she had started already to clean up the juice maker.

When I woke up, there was a little blood in the savannas near my shoulder. Also had irritated skin around of my shoulder (was red). There are two possibilities: they have bed bugs or do not wash sheets very well. I told the Concierge but it treated it as a question without problem. In any case, avoid this hotel if can.

In the same avenida pio XII, near my place of destination. Original and in good condition rooms. Staff very friendly. Value for money good.

I've been twice and very friendly staff. The rooms have a style very particular. Good value for money. The first time not had the room that had reserved and we gave a top with a great terrace from which is could see the skyline of Madrid for them passionate of them skyscrapers. A great experience!

It's a nightclub. I have not been in a hotel worse in my life. If it can be called hotel. Because it seems a riding school of vagabonds.

Curious design of the rooms, with a big vulgar photo (a large disgusting salmon smoking a cigarette) on the wall and rough furniture, walls and ceilings. Showering was nearly impossible, as it led to a daily flood across the bathroom (and even into the living area) and probably also to leakages towards the room below. I had similar leakage stains in my ceiling at least. An attempt to let the reception know about this leakage and problems with the water system were not fruitful as the situation did not change. The TV could not be turned off, resulting in the continuous presence of a penetrating standby light during the night. The rooms themselves were not very well isolated as I could hear everything happening in other rooms and the hallway. While the airconditioning could be turned off, another air ventilation system exited in my room and only stopped during the night, leading to blowing noises while trying to get some sleep. Breakfast was the same every day, basic but good enough. The hotel personnel lacked any basic understanding of English, which made communication challenging. Overall the experience of Madrid was good, but not thanks to this hotel.

Too expensive for what it is. Very original design but fully come less. It has no closets, only a mini toolbar with 3 hangers. If you are not demanding it can be. Very close to the metro.

The room smells weird and does not reach the Wi-Fi good rooms.

I liked this site. Cozy and comfortable rooms without too much noise, and at a good price to be in the center of Madrid.

The site is bad, is not simple and cosy. Do not wait to find something like a grand hotel, but it is a good choice in the Centre of Madrid.

After the recent reopening of the restaurant you have a menu option that is very well priced. Cod is very well and not to mention the carradillas. What if we miss is a better offer of desserts because at the end of a good meal it gives a little slump that make you choose between ice cream and pancakes with whipped cream, right?
