Very friendly service and the right facilities.

Very cozy, very nice and excellent value for money.

It's horrible and expensive. The food is expensive and uns selected and does not taste good. Poorly educated receptionists and discriminate against foreigners and others, if you don't stay on the first floor you won't have internet. It's not 3 stars a star or less I give them after I stay there 11 days. Unceptable is what they charge for one night 60 Euros to have a hard time?

Your attention, very friendly and human, and I went at the wrong time-I had to return to Mexico by the coronavirus, and because there were very few guests, but even if ported to the height and always helpful, thank you very much, sure will come out of this a hug.

The breakfast is spectacular and the attention even better, it is my third visit to the Weare Chamartin and will not be the last.

An amazing 4-star-hotel with cozy and complete bedrooms, buffet for breakfast, and nice employees. It's situated on a beautiful place, not so far away from the center, and near a public transports station. You will certainly love it.

Stayed here for 2 weeks for a business trip. Overall it was an underwhelming experience. Positives: — Staff are friendly and willing to help Negatives — Dated look — Facilities you expect from a 4 star hotel missing — for example: all bathroom supplies are not restocked everyday — some are picked and chosen. For eg the shoe shine was good to have every day for a business trip, but it stopped being restocked after the first week. Another example is lack of plug points in my room which was frustrating. There was just one point used for the phone! Neutral — Breakfast — good spread but no variety for a 2 week stay. Same menu everyday.

You can find better options for the same price. Good location. Shower was dirty with black spots on the contact between glass and bath.

Well cared for one again. Breakfast varied and of first level. All the staff are very friendly and it rests very well.

I found this hotel online and was pleasantly surprised. Clean, classy, good breakfast and of various type and very convenient location, pretty much there is a stop at 50 meters from the hotel. The basic double room is very spacious and with a really huge bed, as well as the window. Also available fridge, safe and a small closet. It was a very good experience overall.

A refurbished hotel. Good quality in the rooms and air conditioning. Very simple rooms, nothing to highlight, but all right. The location is great, right next to the Chamartín station.

I went to a two day event and stayed there one night. The hotel is on the station so it is very well connected. Of his food I can not speak since having little time I opted to go to the shops of the station but the truth is that in the restaurant and bar there were always people. In the room I didn't miss anything, in fact I think it was the first time I didn't have to ask for another pillow because they are usually very thin. To put some glue, there were people who complained because they were one o'clock in the afternoon and still were not ready their rooms. Totally recommended.

The rooms are not bad. They are quite spacious and the décor is fine. But what is the restaurant service… I don't know how to describe it without using unsound words. The breakfast buffet is pretty decent. But eating or dining the restaurant is wasting money and mistreating the stomach. That's clear.

Very nice hotel near Madrid airport. One side the Chamartín train station. I toured the Big Avenue and went to Toledo on the RANFE train. Quite an adventure.

The lobby is nice but the rooms are not very bright, the beds squele at the slightest movement. On the other hand the bathroom is nice.
In terms of amenities, there are small shampoos, shower gels, cotton-stems, foam squares for waxing shoes and 1 toothbrush with toothpaste.

This is the first time I spent a night in Madrid and my stay could not have been more pleasant. There was a problem with the booking due to circumstances beyond the control of the hotel but resolved it rapidisimo and the room a luxury. I would repeat without hesitation.

The hotel looks nice from the outside, but very "dated" inside. Room not very clean, and no outlets apart in the bathroom.

Nice and affordable, ideal if you're on the way to being well connected. Maybe that's why it's usual to see groups of tourists (especially Asians) staying in it.
It is not central but has access to train, tram and bus. Good breakfast buffet, ample communal areas, space for mini-conferences, clean and spacious rooms.

Excellent hotel. Very well connected to Chamartin station and next to Meu Chamartin Exhibition Halls. Ask for the rooms with the view of snow laden (Jan-March) Navacerrada. Helpful staff.

Economical you eat well cozy.

Very nice Hotel in Madrid. Being a hotel of passage there is always a lot of movement and the rest especially at the hours of the day it becomes complicated. The staff is very attentive and competent.

The hotel is very comfortable, well located and no noise. The staff is really lovely. The menus, sometimes they can be something sophisticated for the taste of many people, but I like them. I usually go two or three times a month.

3.5 stars hotel Okay and convenient hotel, not excellent.

I paid 81 euros for one night in a small room, with the black walls, with old furniture, without a decent table where I could work and no plugs.
I had been several times in this hotel and this is the time I have paid most and I have given the worst room definitely. There are rooms of 50 euros that give a thousand laps to this.

Very good attention on the part of the employees. The single room for double use quite wide. Every time I travel to Madrid I stay at this hotel as I come by train and I stick to the station, it is the fifth time I stay.

The hotel is very big. The staff working here is very polite and very welcoming. The rooms are super clean and well equipped. It is also super helpful that the hotel is right in front of the metro station and also a big taxi stop, without mentioning that is next to one of the main stations in Madrid, Chamartín.

Possibly one of the worst hotels I've stayed in in terms of service. Firstly, for a hotel with its main selling point of accessibility to tourists, only one member of the staff could speak English — he was the exception to every other staff as he was actually helpful when he was there. The older gentleman who checked us in, understandably he had minimal English, but in all our dealings with him, he looked as if we were an annoyance rather than a paying guest in the hotel. The rooms are NOT soundproofed like it is claimed. Every morning, housekeeping were so loud in the halls that it woke us up EVERY MORNING. We could even hear footsteps and creaking beds from the floor above us — and yes the beds are very creaky. You could not move without the bed creaking — overall, we couldn't get a proper night's sleep any of the days we stayed here. There isnt anyone at the main door (-2) at times, and when the revolving door and the other door were both shut, we called for a staff upstairs who could see us and another patron struggling to get in, and he refused to come down (even shook his head) until after a few minutes, and also didn't even apologise. All of this and we didn't complain at that point but this was the last straw. This has never happened to me with any hotels or apartments I've ever stayed in nor have I even heard of it happen to anyone else. Our door was left OPEN by housekeeping after they had cleaned the room.

Good location near the metro station Chamartin, so you can reach any point of the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, you rest and sleep very well. The staff is attentive and friendly. I recommend it.

I like this hotel because there is no need to leave the train station to get to it. The room where I was staying was small but cozy. It's not necessary to sleep. The staff was very helpful and polite. All right, everything for me.

Convenient location right in the train station. Rooms are ok but quite cold and not in the best condition (some refurbishment needed). Breakfast is quite good.

Great place to stay if you come or go from Chamartín. It is also a historic hotel that has been reformed with a lot of style giving it a totally modern air. I hope soon to be able to go back there and enjoy their services. Excellent views from its highest rooms!

The hotel's dining room with buffet is in a different building, which is a little uncomfortable in winter when you have to go out on the street. However, in the other building there is a cafeteria and they serve breakfast and closed menus as well. I was at a Congress, so I only saw the Madrid room and a smaller annex. The facilities are fine though in general it has a slightly old/outdated air.

Good hotel. The only flaw is access through the station's parking. But with bars and cafes in the vicinity. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

I stayed there 4 years ago. I don't know why I'm writing the review now but my stay was really great and I feel they deserve it. The rooms are very spacious, clean and very well serviced. The location is convenient above the train station and even by foot to the city if you enjoy walking. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Clean, easy access to metro and train (the hotel is practically above Chamartin station). Busy breakfast with big variety of foods and fruits. Friendly and fast reception. No fancy restaurants around, only Burger king and railroad station kiosks.

Comfortable Hotel near Chamartin.

Nothing super special about it. Its nice location above the train station is a bonus, but the rooms are on the older side.

Loved this hotel. Great service and good breakfast too. Very very close to Chanmartin station, so easy to get there.

The hotel is convenient for those who arrive to the Barajas Airport because the ticket on cercanias is without the airport charge. Although the hotel does not have a swimming pool, its breakfast is better than in the other hotels. Rooms are standard as in most hotels.

Clean, tidy room with a balcony as I was at. The end of the hotel. Not much character but a great location if you need to travel north by train.

El Wi-Fi no funciona nada bien.

In general not is bad, but too much just in all for the price that has.
The regular breakfast and Wi-Fi painful (better or offer something of evil).
I prefer to stay me in its neighbouring Tryp.

The Burger I had dinner at the Cafe was very good. Varied breakfast buffet.

Very practical when you need to wake up early and get a train as this hôtel is really inside the train station. It is very calm and quiet at night also.

Should I come to the end of May. I saw that is comfortable to reach by subway. I would like information on any transportation services from the airport and the restaurant.

Before booking ask a plant it more high capable, in enter us facilitate a 1 plant, say that this all occupied, but by phone us said that not us care that there are rooms.

The rooms are very well and very well located.

Nice big rooms, but the lack of air conditioning made them uncomfortably hot to sleep in (even in March! ) Breakfast ok, nothing special, but as it was situated right in the lobby you felt like you were part of an extension of the adjacent train station.

Hotel recently renovated, you are in the reception hall there will notice. Though it's just renovated, but using the material not as good quality, especially in the rooms, it's hard to sleep well at night because all the noise you could hear corridor and other rooms. According to Spain's quality standards, there is not a four star hotel. The location of the hotel is quite good, just above the Madrid train station a stop. If you don't mind mentioned above, or if you just want to spend the night, there is also not bad.

Recently renovated and modern. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Quite convenient for an overnight if you are taking a train or a plane the morning after.

Hotel agradable cerca al centro.

I host here for work. The location is perfect (RENFE and metro leaving through the door, plaza Castilla with the exchanger to a 10 minute walk). Very attentive service, the breakfast (though when they have groups sometimes are it aired everything…) and the rooms clean and modern, but if you do not ask anything like plays bathtub shower. Bugs? The elevator system is odious, and the Wi-Fi… Well worth buying a SIM and pull 4g.

Ideal place to go sightseeing in the Bernabeu and plaza Castilla area. For the rest it is far, but a very plus have Chamartin station next door.

I was in one of the renovated rooms floor flooring and generally well-kept.

Very pleasant stay. My partner and I had read negative information, that nothing to the reality. A clean room, comfortable, with a professional staff was an unforgettable week and the Hotel Chamartín, overcame more than the expectations that we had.

Outdated and poorly maintained. For which cuesta doesn't practically nothing, they charge for almost everything and what they give is bad. The only good thing that has is location, on top of the chamartín train station.

ARA start: you have to pay money for everything, at in the morning two and quarter cut the light and they returned it to two and a half, this is the reason why my phone not charge last night. Tonight I do not sleep, took three hours looking at cracks and don't think sleep. You have to pay to watch TV. The elevators give dizziness. The water has a lot of chlorine. The bed creak. The soil has spots. The phone gives cramps and charge you by ebchufarlo. In Notepad had a penis. You charge for sheets used. Bad experience, I booked this hotel successfully through agent, then when I reached hotel, they said that they could not find my reservation, wasted me for about one hour, then they found my reservation. It should be an old hotel above chamartin station, right location, poor faclities.

For a hotel of this price category it is very very good.
Good location-Metro is actually the entrance to the hotel. The rooms were clean, albeit not with the most modern technology, there is Wi-Fi, good breakfast buffet, helpful staff (though does not understand English and Russian), located near the Park.
Rest remained are happy, the hotel recommend everyone who rides primarily walk through Madrid, rather than live in a room.

Don't let u impress by the pictures, neither in Hostel world (they are the picture of another hotel) neither in their own website are real (they put pictures of a gym that they do not have). The Hotel is old, far from the city center, extremely noisy and very weird guests, it deserves max 1 star. Internet is not free as they wrote, it cost 6Euro/h, when at the train station it costs 1Euro/h. You can hear everything the walls are very thin, it smells very bad of smoke. At 11Pm I called the reception because somebody left the TV max volume and the mobile phone was ringing, I had to call back at 00.30 AM because they did not solved the problem after that we could not sleep because at 1AM there was music so loud as we were sleeping over a disco, I called the reception at 3am but nobody answered, at 5AM somebody answered and we could move to another room but we could still her the noise and they did not refound us one penny, they gave me a box with 4 fruit. I went to hotels for 10 euros no stars and I got a better customer service and at least I knew what I could expect form it, this is not a 4 star neither a 2 stars.

This hotel is too pricey for what you get. The room was nice and clean, but the bathroom not very modern and wireless connection not included. Going to the city centre takes about 20-25 min, although the metro station is right under the hotel.
