Bed Madrid Hostel

Me robaron 200 usd en este hostel! I was stolen 200 usd in this hostel! By the staff, not a guest.

Excellent value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Security is also very good.

Good hostel for the price. The breakfast could improve a little but it is acceptable.

A place cheap if we take into account their location, and therefore filled with young people coming to Madrid to spend a few days.

The location was good and the staff were kind. My shower was only warm however and the Wi-Fi was very slow. Also my laundry was returned to me still very damp.

Seems to be very favorable and good at first sight, but it is not. The pillows are hairy, are discolored and smell strange. The sockets are mostly broken or no longer available. The food consists of toast, toaster, butter, jam, milk and orange juice. Everything was stored at room temperature and opened early for self-service. The staff can speak good English and some German too. A Mitarebeiterin has threatened to call the police every time we were a little louder. The showers are amazingly clean and also have hot water. The Pissoars are all out of order. In itself a very shabby shop.

Terrible. The building is old so the floors creak and can be heard throughout the rooms. Bunk beds also make a lot of noise and the room was freezing. The blankets are old and are not washed between guests. They refold them and leave them on bed. They would come to clean the rooms at 8 am while you're sleeping. Showers are even worse — no wall fixture for the shower hose, and the water was barely warm. No water pressure either, it just falls out of the shower head, like pouring water from a tea pot. 2 washrooms for each gender and that's it. Breakfast was toast and that's it. Staff make you pay for everything. I've never stayed in a hostel that made you pay to use the common areas before or after checkout and they even charged to hold baggage after check out. There is only Wi-Fi in the common lounge area and did not work in the rooms. This place is not worth your money.

Very confortable bed, not so good showers, kitchen lacks structure.

A not friendly staff and they use of omission to explain the rules of the hostel. In fact they want you to pay everything, until the things you didn't know… Not recommended stay there.

Great facilities. And especially the staff. I Met one of them on my 4 month trip… In Madrid. And It helped me a lot to know a little more the medium where I had to survive during that time jejeje. Also very good tourist guide. Of gentlemanly and speaks a perfect English and Russian! In short I recommend it does not waste the local and the staff of the;) (his name is Linder. ) :

Buena hospedaje, pero el hostel no es de los mejores. Las duchas no tienes el soporte, el agua no es caliente (a lo mejor está casi caliente), y los funcionarios no son simpáticos ni preocupados en ayudarte. Hay pocos baños y duchas para la cantidad de habitaciones.

It is well located near metro station Tribunal so I found it easily. I found kind people there it was a good expererience il faudrait s'y mettre beau coup plus dans le nettoyage et la propreté je dirai plutôt Moyens.

It is tooooo noisy! I booked a 2 bed-Room And thought I would have a female roommate. Big mistake. Suddenly, a man entered the Room. I was ashamed! The service is bad And the breakfast is too simple. The bathrooms are too small And dirty. I do not recomend. The only good thing it is that it is well located and near metro station Tribunal.

It's okay. They have weekday rates and weekend rates. For people staying 7 to 10 days it should be a fixed price. They also charge people 5 euro if they don't leave at 1100 o'clock. They have air conditioning but you have to ask them to cut on. Clean up staff will open windows with air conditioning on.

Location is very good and service is fine. Furniture and sanitary could use some maintenance but is cleaned regularly. On weekend nights there is a lot of noise from the streets.

Smelled vaguely of bad feminine hygiene a lot, had 2 maids come in within 5 minutes without knocking, one of them just stared at me and left when I said "buenos dias"; didn't change the other beds sheets from when there was another person in 2 nights prior, were extremely rude (also got yelled at by another maid the day before for trying to fill up my water bottle). My sheets were covered in filth, dirt and trash. 1/2 showers didn't work; main desk attendant (forgot his name) was attentive, kind, efficient and a genuine pleasure to have worked with (5 stars for him! ) Pluses: Kitchen w fridge, breakfast, sink, water heater Common areas 2 bathroom areas Great check in and out process Linens provided Beds comfortable Curtains for daytime sleep Bar crawls (€10? ) GREAT LOCATION Small lockers in room w key (€10 deposit refunded in exchange for keys)

Nice place, good location, affordable. Ventilation in dorms could be better, _serious_ problems with hot water in shower. I'll probably come back someday.

Value for money and a great location, perfect hostel to stay at for a short stop in Madrid.

The location is excellent and the staff is wonderful.

This well located but the relationship price with quality not van. The bathroom is a disgust, and one of which abide by the hostel is a bad wave. Over by the weekend they wanted to charge €50, it is not worth it or there!

Confortable beds, tide and clean rooms. there are 4 showers on the hostel, on 3 of those you have to hold the shower with one hand becuse the wall atach think is broken. very simple breakfast, bread, butter, orange cake, milk and orange juice.

Really great hostel! Good reception service (specially Francisco), good breakfast (cereal, bread, little muffins and more milk if you wanted), very clean and good rooms. Only aspect I would change would be the bathrooms, they should have a bit more, but otherwise awesome. Definitely recommended.

Less than 10 minutes from downtown, and very good price. They have 24 hour reception and breakfast but only offers toasted English muffins and juice brand day is included in the price.
You miss a kitchen with ceramic hob where can cook more than precooked food. If you carry a heavy suitcase you will have to upload it to the shoulder and some lockers are ridiculously small.
Despite all the bad outweighs all the good. Highly recommended.

Perfect location but loud. Beds are like typical bunk beds nothing to praise about. However highly recommended for 24hr service and providing more than suitable room and board for the price. Have had definitely worse hostel experiences and for cheap this hostel is one of the best.

Lovely staff — very friendly and helpful! The location was perfect, it was really easy to get around. Seriously one of the best hostel experiences I've had on my trip! Would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone traveling to Madrid!

Fab place. Friendly staff. Can't do enough to help. Little bit noisy at times but I sleep like a log so no problems for me. Light sleepers may struggle — but then I'd say a hostel for you isn't the best idea. For a solo traveller wanting a bed for the night it's perfect. I've had a great time here. I stayed in the hostel to make an examination and the treatment that I received was very good. The workers were pleasant and the team of the hostel was very close and friendly. They treat their customers very well and have no problem in helping you in something if you need it. Recommended 100%.

Located close to the metro and walking distance to Gran Via. Facilities and breakfast were decent although some negative aspect is the loud noise you may hear from the street.

Very good I am Dominican that pass some days in madrid and I liked much that hostel.

I thought it was far from everything but no! Exiting at Tribunal, partre left, turn left again and walk for two square brackets if I'm not mistaken, you are faced with a burger restaurant. The price is really low so for so little other is fine, it is the least we need plus you breakfast! We are close to the most important points and the most crowded street, the granvia! Nearby are also two neighborhoods where local concerntrano all then. I recommend, fun soggiarnando.

That's great! I went with a group of friends in Madrid and the site was perfect. In the heart of the city, we could walk to anywhere. In addition, we met a lot of people there! I hope to return soon.

Very good site, the staff is super nice and pay cheap, although few days changing the price. I continue my trip by 8 European countries and on the return I stay there again, the only problem is that they are almost all the real fans. Recommended total, 10 points.

Without a doubt one of the best hostels where I've been very clean and the service is excellent facilitated me all the information you need somewhere to return.

This place has staff who would cheat and steal from customers. I had forgotten to take my iPad charger from the sofa and called them about it the next day, a clerk named Arial identified the apple charger found and promised to hold on to it. Next day, he changed his mind and can't return it. Dishonesty and cheating customers even for a phone charger is not acceptable. Be warned.
