Cheap Hotel in Industrial estate. If you're going to work on the same voucher. But There is nothing around part of supermarkets. Simple and clean Rooms.

The Ibis Budget de Vallecas Hotel offers comfortable and spacious rooms. The shower is spacious and functional and the bed invites you to rest. For an extra charge you will have Parking. The exit to the road is quick and comfortable. I was very happy with my stay.

Small area in Industrial estate of Vallecas next to Central de Correos. High price for the quality and services offered. Very friendly staff. Breakfast, except when there are groups that is a mess, goes something right. Parking is available nearby. It's OK to go on passing…

Small Rooms but very clean. I Miss the separation between bathroom and room as the shower is in the middle of it just like the sink. There was Only the TOILET separated by a door without doorknob and opened up and down, like the restrooms of the utilities. Otherwise it's all right. Breakfast was quite good, it was buffet free.

Clean and servicable. The staff were very friendly (speaking good english). It's a bit out of the way though and sadly transport links aren't great.

Something for backpack tourists. Small rooms few towels or shower towels.

Located in a "difficult" area to access in an industrial estate. Rarefied atmosphere around by a low priced hostel. My room was very poorly ventilated, with a very unpleasant smell on arrival. For more "Inri" No. They made Me the room. The worst Ibis I've ever been to.

The location is good for parking as it is in an industrial estate with several restaurants nearby. The rooms fit the quality of the hotel (one star). The bed is comfortable but you have the sink found without separating from the rest of the room. Being so small, and having bad separation with the bathroom and above all the shower, on entering smelled a bit bad. It serves the function of cheap hotel on the outskirts to spend the night.

It is modern clean and functional. Friendly staff. Instead it is removed from the centre of Madrid, within an industrial estate. A family member of mine was robbed of his purse in the cafeteria. No surveillance. Security cameras don't deter.

Staff was very helpful. Rooms are clean enough. Breakfast is ok. Mattress is a little bit too hard. And is a little far from subway. Anyway good service/money ratio.

It is very good hotel, quite comfortable, the rooms are small but well laid out and nice to be in. Breakfast is good, still that simple. It is very far from the center but it is quick to get by Metro.

They cancelled our reservation during our flight at 17:30 although we told them we would arrive at 21:00. When we got to the hotel we queued at reception for 1 hour as they try to sell your room to others, They then tell they do have a room for us but the price has increased. There is nothing in the booking terms that mentions the cancellation at 17:30 and having stayed in thousands of hotels over the years this is a complete first. They cancel your booking just to make more money and when I informed reception their attitude was a disgrace saying if we were not happy then we should go elsewhere. Just what you need at the end of a long day's travelling.

This has been by far the worst expirience I've ever had in any hotel. We have been in 5 different rooms in the first night out of 4 nights. Customer service is the worst and they don't try to reason. Also, the director was on vacation with no one covering director duties. The lock on the room I booked stopped working after I setteled in. They advised me that the maintenance guy doesn't come in until morning and I would temporarily be changed to a different room. The second room didn't have a bunk bed for my daughter. The third room's walls was reeking of cigarette smoke. The fourth room had an intolerable smell coming from the shower drain. The fifth room has cracks in the ceiling and a non-working tv. Now here's the best part, they had already booked my original room the next day with another family and now I'm stuck in a room with cracks on the ceiling and a non-working tv. The receptionists are not reasonable, rude, they yelled at us and spoke over us the whole time. They don't care about customer satisfaction and they dont even offer any compensation for the trouble. All they did was try to rebuttal everything and use word play with a smug look on their faces as if this was some sort of competition. Customer service is on the list of worst things this hotel has to offer. They didn't even try to avoid me having to fill out a letter of complaint. Ideal for business trips, right opposite you eat well for €8 and you don't usually have trouble parking nearby. La ubicación del hotel es en un polígono industrial a las afueras, donde el transporte público más cercano está a 400 metros. El hotel está bien, sin más. Muy simple, pero limpio eso sí. La habitación tiene lo justo: dos camas (en mi caso) pequeñas aunque cómodas, mesillas ridículas y un baño hecho a piezas mal distribuidas. Para los que solo quieren pasar la noche está bien, el precio muy económico. Eso sí, recomiendo mirar lo que os cobran porque a mí me cobraron una noche por adelantado y supuestamente me devolvieron su importe, pero cinco días después aún no lo tengo. Y ni siquiera me informaron del cargo y de su devolución hasta que me enteré.

The location is not right. Hardly any restaurants nearby. Quite far from City center. Not recommend for leasure trip.

Descent hotel but too far from the city center in the middle of nowhere. Nearest metro station is 20 mins away by walking (bus option available). Though there are few cheap cafés around and 2 supermarkets.

This was a decent hotel. It's a bit out of the way, but was clean and had the necessary amenities.

Pleasant and simple. Good balance between need and want. A little pricy considering you can get most everything here at a hostel private room for much cheaper but that's what you get for privacy I suppose. Would stay again.

The room is pathetic and small with no closets I have stayed in hostels with more glamour. We are 2 adults and a little girl only 2 towels and the bed of the girl without make.

Accessibility to the entrance of the hotel is not good. Yet the services that the hotel is offering are fine.

Good location, rooms very simple. The theme of bathroom is very small but adequate for the price. Personally I prefer to pay 15€ more per night and go to a 3 star avarage. No complaint in any professional.

Logistics The hotel is far away from the airport (20 min by car) and the main city {25 min by cab and 1 hr by public transport) So if you are here as a tourist it is not recommended as its very far from all tourist places. Nothing near by to see Room Small room with 3 beds in all. One elevated on as a bunk bed. Comfy bed Separate toiled bathroom, both of which dont have a lock from inside. Breakfast has no meat and no eggs, just some ready to eat foods. Drinking water you should get it from the store in the same block as they change a lot. Free Wifi.

The mattress comodisimo. Comfortable room, with everything necessary, the employee, still being early in the morning, very attentive and good attitude.

A newly built hotel. Very new, very bright, the rooms exceptionally clean. The only downside is the location, at the estate of vallecas, but if you have a car it doesn't matter. In front there is a bar for very cheap breakfast.
