I love it, good hostel, great staff delicious food.

Bad customer service. It should also be kept neater and neater. To improve the treatment of the staff towards the guests.

The food is served in old hospital trays. It looks ugly but doesn't taste bad and the rooms depending on for you to stay are OK. They do not include bathrooms but outside there are clean bathrooms with showers. It has what it takes but the amount of immigrants and kids makes it a bit messy and noisy the rooms have no TV or executive fridge.

Comfortable place though without luxuries. Is quite practical.

Good place to stay for a short time. It is a hostel where you can pay per night with insurmountable prices!. Recommended for backpackers and people who travel around knowing and staying where you can at a good price. The rooms are shared as well as the bathrooms. They have dining room and right next door they have a very good grilled chicken restaurant.

I booked a room in this hostel, and within a few hours I received bad family news so I had no choice but to cancel the trip and the hostel night. However, although canceling the reservation implied not recovering the money, the hostel staff were extremely understandable in my situation, and agreed to cancel my reservation without any cancellation fees. I am indebted to them, and I will certainly repay one day. A thousand Thanks again!

Let's not a lot, a lot to be desired. Hygiene quite debatable, especially in mattress covers that are more brown than white, and the floor thanks to the drawing is paintings, but… The beds are super hard and the mattress thin, probably foam, enters the light everywhere and hear EVERYTHING, instead of cabinet lockers for supermarket; rooms catalogued among those who requested their money at the reception as hospital third-world. Before boarding they told us they were leaving because they were not prepared for their children to pass the night there, and in such conditions. The receptionist was cordial within which it should be but it was already altered. Cost him about 15-20 min to find our reservation and when he did, it had an error and we were charged for two double rooms for only two people, so we had 4 beds and two more for extra, something that did not bother neither to modify nor attempt to resolve. At the end we just giving away to other guests our room leftover. In summary, for a little bit more the Ibis is to the side and secure that you sleep more peaceful, safe, clean, and without so many headaches, that today we worked and cost us a disgust and an hour of sleep.

This place for refuges but it's clean and cheap no for family.

Really enjoyed my stay in hostal welcome and the service is very good…

Very basic, far off the track. But clean.

The only downside that I see is that it might be closer to the center.

Everything is fine except the location. It's too far from Madrid's downtown.
