This has been by far the worst expirience I've ever had in any hotel. We have been in 5 different rooms in the first night out of 4 nights. Customer service is the worst and they don't try to reason. Also, the director was on vacation with no one covering director duties. The lock on the room I booked stopped working after I setteled in. They advised me that the maintenance guy doesn't come in until morning and I would temporarily be changed to a different room. The second room didn't have a bunk bed for my daughter. The third room's walls was reeking of cigarette smoke. The fourth room had an intolerable smell coming from the shower drain. The fifth room has cracks in the ceiling and a non-working tv. Now here's the best part, they had already booked my original room the next day with another family and now I'm stuck in a room with cracks on the ceiling and a non-working tv. The receptionists are not reasonable, rude, they yelled at us and spoke over us the whole time. They don't care about customer satisfaction and they dont even offer any compensation for the trouble. All they did was try to rebuttal everything and use word play with a smug look on their faces as if this was some sort of competition. Customer service is on the list of worst things this hotel has to offer. They didn't even try to avoid me having to fill out a letter of complaint. Here are some of the things they said: "Why should we compensate you? We changed your room each time. " "What do you expect from a 1 star hotel? " "We can't offer you a free breakfast because it costs us money. " "Didn't each room have a bed like you paid for? You don't need anything else. " "now you're going to listen to me! "
