Room was great. Breakfast wasn't bad, but I've had better from another H10 hotels. Sausage was good tho. Some of the front desk ladies were a little rude, which is sad because they are in hospitality and make the first impression. Some (not all) were very dismissive. At least the room and bathrooms were good and spacious. Very satisfied with them.

Great hotel for the price. About three miles from downtown Madrid and all of the more tourist attractions, but large comfortable, quiet rooms make it worth the extra trek!

Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. Staff were really nice and helpful and the room was very spacious and clean. Only a few minutes walk from the Santiago Bernabeu metro with lots of supermarkets and resturants/cafes nearby. Would defiantly recommend to stay here.

A excellent service, the breakfast has quality and variety of the food and drinks! The hall Decoration is amazing and the room is very clean.

It's a good hotel! The stadium is 500 meters away, next to the subway and public transport stops. Good restaurant and lobby bar.

Ok hotel in Madrid, well situated. The room I had was large enough, very furnished. It is pretty mundane, very standard with no special touch.

Near metro, nice breakfast, clean rooms and comfy bed. Only minus, no steam iron.

Clean. Nice. Coffee in the room for free. Ok.

We were invited to eat there in a course organized by AECOC. I loved the décor and the ambiance. The menu is terrific. Attentive to Celiacs because they have food for you. Even gluten-free bread. Highly recommended.

Respectable clean business hotel which we enjoyed at the end of our visit to Madrid to be within a shorter taxi ride to the airport. Good breakfast!

The H10 Tribeca Hotel has a great location, close to all the Paseo de la Castellana at the level of the Santiago Bernabeu stadium, which you can walk to, or take the metro station of the same name. It is also very close to the English court of Las Castellana, one of the largest in Madrid.
Its rooms are comfortable, not so modern but with good Wi-Fi service. Bath and shower neat.
The options for breakfast and dinner are good, however, nearby there are other places to dine like the San Sebastian Grill Restaurant, which is a classic in Madrid.
If you go to the airport you can have easy access to a taxi for about 30 Euros.

A good hotel, not great but well located close to the Bernabeu stadium. It was a little bit of a good hotel.

A well presented 4* hotel that provides all the amenities you could need, accompanied by an interesting decor, and very friendly accommodating staff. Rooms are spacious and have plenty storage, a comfy bed and a choice of pillows. The en-suites are spacious and the hotel includes plenty of toiletries. The only downside with the room is that the sound insulation is not the greatest, especially if you are in a room facing the street. Shower pressure is not stellar either, but this is a minor detail when compared to the positives. The SoHo restaurant, whilst small, is well laid out and has a good range of options. The included breakfast is not the greatest, especially for the price (offering scrambled eggs, sausages, tomato gratin, fried mushrooms and a selection of cereals/fruits) so I would personally recommend eating at one of the local restaurants for breakfast.

After the renovation this hotel has been amazing. I tried the half day menu and I really liked especially the pumpkin cream!

That's great. I have been staying several times for work and the deal is wonderful.

Very good stay. Reception staff very attentive and friendly and the rooms modern and nice (this is the second time we go). The only drawback to putting it, the extremely high heating to the point of disturbing at bedtime (could not be lowered to the taste of one, perhaps it was broken). Otherwise very good stay.

The room was ok, the parking and the coffe bar was the best. I will return.

Good hotel near Santiago Bernaneu. There are many locals and bars nearby. Big TV in the room. Comfortable beds. Nicely decorated and bright room. To put a bug, I put what everyone usually happens, the shower does not maintain the same temperature of water and occasionally comes a jet of hot water that burns you. For what else, perfect.

Hotel in very Bueba area. Very cosy entrance with bar service and tables placed with pleasure. Library also at the entrance.

Very nice, but getting a kettle in your room is an optional extra. That should be the default. Otherwise, good food and great staff.

Great hotel. The breakfast was amazing and although we did not have other full meals at the restaurant, the salad we shared was really good. Not right downtown but easy to get there by bus and metro.

Awful service and was sent up to a room that was still dirty! Only people who's luggage wasn't taken up which we wouldn't mind but it seemed as though because we were in our training gear compared to other guests we were treated differently! We were told the room would be ready (Which was still dirty from the guests before) and then had to wait an hour and a half for a clean room! Our key card also stopped working 3 times and we had to have maintenance in to fix the handle!

Excellent Service Room amenities and size generous. Bed very comfortable Quiet location Breakfast has variety and really good service. Professional staff could not fault. Wifi, one of the best Hotels in Spain for quality of reception. For football fans as near as to Rio Madrid Stadium.

Great hotel for a very fair prize. Cannot complain whatsoever. The bar downstairs is very nice as well and the bartended are kind, swift and put hospitality first. Even got some free cheese to my wine.

The hotel is located close to Santiago Bernabeu stadium (10 minutes walking) but far from the old town/city center. The staff is friendly and helpful the rooms are clean, large and nicely decorated. Very cosy reception area and bar. The breakfast is good, serving a large variety of products. Very good coffee also.

Very nice and very clean, breakfast was varied and really nice too. It's a bit away (but it's close enough to get anywhere in town quickly by subway or cab) from the heart of Madrid, which is a plus or a minus but it's still got a few bars and restaurants around right outside.

The hotel is neat and clean. The beds are comfortable. Little noise from outside. Breakfast is nice, continental with some hot bacon eggs and sausages. I enjoyed my stay, would stay here again.

Quiet place. There are no echoes or unnecessary noises. Neutral service. You serve with speed and efficiency, but they are not heavy. Cosy decoration and original.

Very good hotel located next to Calle Orense and next to the Bernabeu. The spectacular, very comfortable and comfortable room. The staff very attentive and polite. He only but, the garage, very small and costs quite maneuver in its interior, besides the price, that it consider something high (22€ by day, if not remember wrong).

The hotel is that it includes free Wi-Fi and it works! The hotel is very well located, room is ok, and I slept well no noise, but the furniture seem old. In my booking I asked King bed size and room away from the elevator… But did not meet any of my requests… (a coworker of mine gave room exactly as I had requested and that q not asked for that) … By what I imagine they ignore requests for reservations.

Excellent room, salad cesar in the restaurant cannot be called so, had mayonnaise.

Call me weird, but went there walking, looking for where to eat and we saw this restaurant of the hotel. Elegant, well decorated, with few people (once is appreciated to eat in an unusual silence without having to raise their voices to hold a conversation) not very extensive but with enough variety to choose from, especially in inbound and to share. Good reception, good amount, very comfortable and good price (at least the Sunday letter, you can eat very well for €25 / person).

I was at a family event at this hotel and I really liked the service. The quality of the food was average, but it was comfortable and the staff was attentive and pleasant. I stayed at the hotel the night and the rooms were spacious and clean.

Very well located. Beside the Bernabeu Stadium, in an area surrounded by restaurants and shops. Spacious rooms although they may renew them. He would come back.

The rooms are huge, and the facilities very neat, with many details. The best thing is its location, in the heart of Madrid. I recommend it without a doubt, I was a whole week, and really, it was excellent! Repeat safe.

Simply well. For the paid price of €90 more VAT there are better hotels in Madrid. Heard a lot of street noise.

Large spacious room with good materials. A large flat televison and everything needed (fridge, cupboards, sofas, bath products, etc) have a good breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. The unique (and large) default is the speed of the Wi-Fi, it is slowly (less than 54 k) and if you want speed, you have to pay € 8 per day or € 5 per hour.

Was a very super hotel real! saw madrid barcelona there! Not even 5 minutes to the Stadium on foot! And u is right there too! employees speak of hotel English what is not so much made in madrid! LG Harry.
