Comfortable place and very nice lobby, but the breakfast room is small, you also have to warn in time that you want to have breakfast in the morning and this is charged apart from the price of the room, the same the parking, is far from the center but has a station metro near.

Great location for the 200 meter. Breakfast: We found leftovers (slice of dried cheese and a couple of slices of ham, without a lid or whatever) from the day before and not much else. Great room cleaning and comfort. Private parking paid voucher.

A very well kept hotel with nice staff helpful and obliging. My single complaint was re the partially blocked sink in no 215 but it'll remain so until it gets reported. There you go staff and sorry this needs translation.

The place is cozy, clean and the staff friendly. We stayed a couple and two children (0 and 4 years old) in the apartment. The air conditioning is portable and makes a lot of noise. Breakfast for 5 euros is very good and the apartment is cheap and spacious compared to others in Madrid.

Central Hotel, Metro nearby as well as various bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets. Spacious and comfortable room. As it beats, the air conditioner (for heat) was noisy and we had to turn it off at night. Garage a little cramped.

The staff were very helpful… But the rooms left a lot to be desired the smell of drain was unbearable… cleanliness the Justita… the litter if it was comfortable but the bed linen very old.

Great home for an affordable hotel.

Last year we went to this hotel by proximity to an event we had, we were three people and well, we left something displeased, we chose it by proximity but also because there was no other place. This year we will go to the same event and as I said before by proximity we will take this same hotel. A friend of mine called the night before and told him that by that date there would be no problem to get a room, to our surprise, we called the next morning to book and they tell us they have no rooms. With which feeling a lot from now on we will go to another hotel that is close to the same and at least have better deal. If you have a chance to go to another hotel, do it.

It is a hotel with nice staff, very fair in cleanliness in the rooms, the bedding and pillows have to improve, but for one night it is acceptable.

Besides that rooms are fairly small, what really disturbed me was the fact that I could not sleep due to how noisy the rooms are. I could hear the person next room caughing all night long as if she was in the bed next to me — yes, I can say it was a she- You'll be able to absolutely understand the entire conversation from people in the rooms sorrounding yours, their shower and how the brush their teeth. Super noisy drains and pipes coming from toilets and showers in rooms above me. I was on the first floor. A pure sensation of being in a room made made of paper. I could deal with anything else like the compact bathroom and reduced spaces compared to other places, but not with paying for a room where you can't at least reconcile sleep. It might still be a good option if you sleep like a bear and nothing in this planet can wake you up.

It was a very nice hotel.

The room was very small. The cleanliness was very bad. In our room only made the beds did not clean floors or anything. The bathroom above. The shower lacked a door with which the water came out of the shower. The pillows of the hideous beds. Super hard and on top they put smaller covers than necessary and do not expand when supported. The House of Terror! Cold, ugly, didn't get the Wi-Fi to our small room. Ugly and even dangerous environment. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the breakfast was very good. I peorcito it!

The location of this hotel is very suitable for getting around the northern part of Madrid and the layout of parking (fee) gives you points.

A really complete: it has all the necessary comforts for a stay as it should. The staff are polite and helpful, the rooms are spacious with huge Windows and from which you can see a decent landscape, there is a wireless network, the flat-screen digital TV, a hair dryer and daily to equip the room with a bottle of water per person, toothbrushes, toothpaste, FLOSS, comb and other items. The rooms are clean and the bathroom is small but clean and disinfected. The part of the city is great, as it passes madrid's main metro line. The only thing that left me wondering is the area, because at a certain time will be individuals who don't meet. But it is very quiet. Highly recommended;).

Not the most exciting location in Madrid but well linked to the rest of the city and great value for money, friendly staff, reasonably priced parking, decent breakfast and free internet. They accept pets too! I shall definitely go back and recommend it to friends.
