NH hotel Principe de Vergara is such a perfect hotel, clean and the staff are very welcoming and nice, the breakfast is fantastic. My second time here and for sure when there is a 3rd time ofc will book it again.

Clean hotel, lovely room with all needed things, good bed and a breakfast at a good price, have to try!

Like all NH an excellent value for money. Clean, friendly staff, good buffet at breakfast… They also have a nice area behind reception to work plugged in, free Wi-Fi (what less). Whenever I can I usually go to an NH because everywhere in the world they are very similar and you know what to expect.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Only downside a bit far from the tourist center, 30 to 40 minutes on foot.

I have only been to a meeting-course of work, I have not stayed, the classroom was in good condition and clean, we have put a pretty full breakfast, and then we have put buffet food, with cold and hot things, on the terrace that had the classroom itself, all quite well of quantity, quality and flavor. Yes I recommend for this type of events.

Top quality! Wonderful rooms, friendly staff & great service — I wouldn't have expected anything less, considering it's not the first (and definitely not the last) time I go for an NH hotel! The neighbourhood is also quite a sight — beautiful and quiet streets, loads of bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Simple 4star hotel, rooms are simple but ok, wide selection of fruits and juice for breakfast is definitely a plus.

Nice modern hotel with good location. Would have given more points but find rooms quite small. OK for a business trip but if I was traveling privately I would want more space. Deduction also for the broken heating which can be repaired quickly and easily. The breakfast buffet, rich, good selection, fresh eggs (no Tetrapack) and a very friendly and courteous service are absolutely recommended. All-Round Top.

The room is not as adapted as it should be. Also the beds have seemed to me of an insufficient quality for the quality of hotel that is presupposed. From day one I have detected small or big bugs. As an example the stairlifts of the main entrance does not work well, having to access the building by a forklift through the garage. Insufficient!

Central Hotel focused on business meetings although it is also a holiday hotel to visit Madrid. Very good service.

I was here on business trip. The hotel entrance and atmosphere is clean, elegant and modern. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room was a bit below expectations with uneven room floor and some water spilling on the bathroom floor when taking the shower. Nevertheless the room and bathroom have been perfectly cleaned and prepared. On the day after they were perfectly clear as before the night. Service is really outstanding here.

Visited hotel for a provided lunch Hotel was fine. Provided food service for our event was buffet style catered for many individuals. Food quality was quite poor and felt like leftovers. Would not book the hotel for that service.

Great hotel enjoyed my stay here! The lobby is bright and airy thanks to the open glass panel roof. It is fragrant with the hotels choice of aroma. Their breakfast has a decent selection with many local Madrid choices. The rooms were great as well! The beds were comfortable and I was able to sleep well here. I will note that the walls are a bit thin and I can hear people leaving their rooms early in the morning. The bathrooms showers had good rainfall showerheads. Location wise it is okay and you'll likely need a taxi to get anywhere under 10 minutes to the city center. I would stay here again!

We stayed at the hotel for 6 days, we were very happy. Rooms are large, very modern, very clean, comfortable king size beds, wonderful breakfast, very good, free Wi-Fi, which is located in a very good location. A bit far from the Center, but with good public transport to the city centre. High floor room better. Don't take a taxi from the airport, as long as 200 buses to United States road, bus stop 300 metres from the hotel.

The temperature at the hotel is very low: cold in the meeting rooms, in the hallways, in the rooms… Minimalist with a friendly and clean rooms. Pleasant staff.

If you would like to have a burglary in the middle of the night when one of the staff enters your room, then this is the Hotel to stay.

Of the best in the chain is perhaps the zona. Limpieza and good breakfast.

A NH of the good, and superbly located in the Barrio de Salamanca. As always great and varied breakfast. Very nice staff. Wifi slow anyway. I'll be back, sometimes they have very good promos.

All the NH visited so far, is one of the best. The deal is amazing, perfect cleaning of the rooms. You have all the information at your disposal and I've never had any problem with them. Unlike other hotels.

Not lo conosco but I deal with many people who have been there and they give good references in this luxury hotel by the attention and the friendly service, very good and has very good communication with the metro nearby and bus to reach anywhere in der city.

This is a great hotel to stay at whether for business or pleasure the rooms where very clean and spacious with a very large King sized bed which was very comfortable. The room was designed in a minamilist style with just what was needed without the unnecessary clutter which some hotels can be guilty of. The shower room with rain water facility made waking up a real pleasure and a great way to start and end the day.

I have been able to enjoy at different times at this hotel and it's the best NH hotel in Madrid. Recently renovated, it has a spectacular location. It has some good Metro and bus connections, but best of all is that you can walk to any place that boasts of Madrid, near the airport access. With a very nice staff and good deals for weekend. Highly recommended for any business trip or leisure in MAdrid.
