For us this Hotel is perfect! Great location in Salamanca neighborhood (great for shopping), we can use public transport to get there directly from the airport without changing transportation. Big, comfortable and silent rooms without the hassle of where to put your suitcases. All rooms have a mini kitchen that we have never used. But sometimes the smell of food in the corridor revealed that some guests did indeed. The breakfast is superb but honestly Madrid offers so many bars and cafeterias you don’t actually need a breakfast in the hotel. So we often skipped it. The people working there are very friendly. The only thing that needs a revamp is the entrance hall, it just falls short in terms of image and comfort that this hotel has to offer.

Best price/quality ratio. Squeaky clean, great breakfast, and a quiet outdoor spot to read/rest. Location is a little off, but what you save pays for any taxis you may want.

I have not been satisfied with this venue, I think the price to pay per night is well above the service offered.
Beyond this, in the rooms you can hear everything, nor convinced me the cleanliness of the rooms where I found, to put an example hairs of very short size on the pillow. I would like to highlight the fact that the refrigerator makes an infernal noise at night, there is no God to stick eye.
The restaurant is overpriced to serve you a tetrabrick juice and the curasanes were very hard, poor quality coffee. Definitely a hotel establishment to not return, for the sake of my physical and mental health.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
I have spent only one night in the hotel, I found it very correct everything, the room very large with free minibar, kitchen leftovers, lots of natural light, all perfect, to repeat.

Good hotel for business trip. Well located, good restaurants nearby, good price — counting-supply, … For long stay or family trip is not as good option, is not very welcoming. Is a bit short in terms of common areas.

It has a nice interior garden, the rooms are equipped with kitchen, utensils and service. It is especially comfortable if you have an event in one of their private rooms.

Good stay except the third bed… a good welcome, very fast and professional.
I find the decoration of the common part a bit dated but it's clean my room was very spacious, a nice bathroom,.
I was on the street side, and I didn't have a soundproofing problem (I was there one weekend) the only problem was the third bed: I was there with my 2 children. The 2 main beds were perfect, comfortable and spacious. On the other hand, the third bed, extra was shameful: a mattress placed on a couch, very uncomfortable… can't sleep on it.
It's a real shame.

Nice meetings rooms, but I was there only for a presentation, then… I have nothing to say about rooms. The staff were polite and gave me good attention.

He went for an exam in his Hall of events, it is a large hotel and the big hall of Acts, has an interior courtyard by which the hall of Acts is accessed. The staff in the cafeteria were very friendly.

Site like home, are lovely, special mention to Anne charming public relations!, we have booked for several family events and would return to do so, adapt to everything. The food of great quality, recommended in every way included price.

To stay in Madrid a hotel with very well equipped rooms. The location The roundabout, to spend a nap reading.

My family has had a parking space rented since the hotel was inaugurated, yesterday was my last day because today I get the keys to another garage to which I move, I have made pay the amount of 12 overnight at 8 in the morning, I find a lack of courtesy horrible after so much time of paid fidelity, it shows how you lose the satisfaction of years of a client in 5 minutes.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only problem has been that the bathroom in my room smelled a little bad, but other companions staying there did not notice any unpleasant smells. Recommended.

Maybe the best quality / price ratio hotel in Madrid. Excellent hotel in Madrid, exceeded my expectations. The rooms are very large and all the amenities are pretty new and good quality. The beds are very comfortable, there even is a couch in the room, the minibar items are free (drinks / water) … all for a pretty good price, too! I would definitely stay here again the next time I travel to Madrid. However… although the location is pretty central, is not right in the heart of Madrid. You still have to walk for around 45 minutes (or take the public transportation) to get to where the touristic attractions are.

Rooms large, spacious and clean. Well-equipped kitchen eb the aparthotel, and a pillow menu for you to feel as at home.

Hotels room are quite big and the hotel is nice. It's located in barrio Salamanca but not in the best part. Good option if you want to stay away from the crowd.

Pretty much perfect, great location, quiet area yet close to two metro stations. Large rooms and comfortable beds! We chose this aparthotel specifically for the kitchen, and that is where it lost a star, there were hardly any utensils to do any cooking, no sharp knife, only 3 forks and spoons etc (why 3? because the rooms can sleep 3 people? ) and no detergent, no sponge, dishcloths nothing! Bit odd as this costs very little to provide. Other than that very much recommend the hotel and would come again (bringing my own knife lol! )

I honestly only went to a series of lectures, and I saw little of the place, so I can't say much… A hall of acts spacious, although a bit outdated, both in equipment, such as in decoration… you could use a bad reform.

We had our wedding reception at the hotel and it was absolutely fantastic. The place is beautiful and the staff was amazing, helping us both with the organisation and on the day of. Our guests stayed at the hotel and they had a great time. The only negative I would mention is the fact that the hotel only offers breakfast and does not have a restaurant.

People maja. Clean hotel. The rooms are old but refurbished little by little. Comodo and a step from the station of metro. Neighborhood cool.

If you take an offer, this is an ideal hotel. Modern and spacious. Although rather far from the Center, the nearby the metro station leads you to the most significant places without transfers. Very good attention.

Very good breakfast, large and of decoration minimalist. Has even cooking. Against, is obligated to pay in advance.

Great hotel in a great location.

For the Organization of events, they are an absolute disaster:
-"Closed" lift for access to the halls of the basement, forcing everyone to access by stairs, including people with mobility problems.
-Public address system damaged and more than 30 minutes that resolved it.
-A single completely overwhelmed waitress to attend to 170 people.
-A snack as breakfast and prepared coffee to get bored while the people demanded sachets of decaffeinated coffee which took 15 long minutes to appear, as well as scarce hot milk and hot water for infusions and coffees.
-One room of good looks but poorly distributed media room were filled with crowded people and the other half without mounting.
I would not recommend it to anyone.

Good breakfast, very nice attention and the room is spacious and are in very good condition. About local to drink or eat something rich and fairly quiet.
