Lovely hotel on outskirts of Madrid. Very convenient for Metro. Underground car park. The buffet breakfast is very comprehensive. The upper floor bedrooms at the back of the building have stunning views over city.

A good hotel with large and comfortable rooms. It is not in the center, but there is a 5-minute walk of the metro.

Very lovely and helpful staff. Looked after us well during our stay! Spacious room and hotel is around a 3 min walk to the metro.

We Travelled on vacation to Madrid with my husband and daughter of 3 years, we stayed for 7 nights in this Hotel and we felt very comfortable with the room and the bathroom: clean, spacious and comfortable; The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very nice. It Is Fabulous The proximity of the Hotel to the subway Station. Totally recommended. Thank you.

Very welcoming and spacious rooms.

Room tidy, clean, with change of dirty towels every day. Breakfast under the expectations, with few choices between jams, fruit, yogurt, croissants and sweets. Outside the centre but convenient to the Metro stop ' Alsacia '.

It is a great hotel, very close to a metro station. Our room was large and clean with comfortable beds, the bathroom clean and large as well, the breakfast was excellent and the staff very kind and helpful. The only con was the bathtub which was kind of backed-up, but everything else was perfect. I would definitely stay there again, I recommend it by all means!

Room very large and spacious, perfect cleanliness, very well communicated with metro and shopping centre very near. The lunch buffet at least all very right and good. Hotel staff very attentive and correct. As only downside the pillows very thin, even that is sleep well. Allow you to leave your bags when you leave your room and label them. Without a doubt if we visit Madrid again, we will return.

Good hotel, close to a subway stop and a shopping center. Unfortunately it doesn't have many restaurants close-by.

I loved this hotel, room is giant, like twice the normal. It is quiet, staff friendly and it is located near the metro and the dc roses where you can find several shops, restaurants and also cinema.

Good hotel, I was only sleeping one night. It looks a bit old, but the bed is comfortable and the room quite spacious. The best thing is that it is very well connected. There is a shopping center about 10 minutes or less walking from the hotel and about 5 minutes walk the Metro stop. Very quiet area. I also have to say that we were not having breakfast or eating at the hotel. Nearby there are bars where we had breakfast very well.

Hotel in quiet area but with Metro stop at 100 meters. You're in the center in 15 minutes. Good breakfast buffet with everything you need to start the day. The rooms are spacious and with good bathroom. Ideal for Madrid getaways with car as it is parked without problems.

Nice hotel. Reasonably priced, close to subway and shopping mall. 20 min to the center on metro. Very generous breakfast compared to Canada and US. The hotel itself has some sights of aging but definitely clean, well maintained and worth your money. 5 stars.

The best the receptionist at night a guy full of wisdom and with a lovely and attentive treatment with the customer as few people have seen in the hospitality of Spain. A place more than advisable to that it is possible that it comes back in a short time…

The hotel has come a little over the years, however, for Madrid, offers a good service at a reasonable price.

The best thing about this place is the night porter the night receptionist who is a character full of experiences and charming you get good ways you can tell a lot of interesting things and at the same time is a well prepared professional able to manage their functions and the Night security in an environment like the neighborhood of San Blas. The room was very nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I don't know if I'll go back to that place but I don't rule it out. The carpet in my room I think I had already adhered to skin remnants of all that over there had passed but it is the only downside I could find of the disgusting of the carpets in hotels Olé every day passes a person thinks with bare feet and leaves his pieces of skin Dead on it…

I find a good hotel a bit high priced and where it is not understandable that at the price they charge do not go the breakfast included by default. However, as in Spain people do not usually read they have no problem in sharing as many newspapers as you want since virtually no one reads them. And candies in the hall up to 9 you can catch because there are 9 colors. A lot of things and missed in others. It would still be a place where I would repeat if I had need…

Hotel modest but convenient to go to the fairs or airport.

Near the airport Barajas, has near Park, mall L Metro that to 11 or 8 stations is the center of Madrid.
Room not so big nice, has cafeteria basic breakfast rich.

We only stayed here for a couple of nights, but it was perfect for what we needed. The beds were fine, bathroom was as clean as I would hope for it to be, and the staff was very nice. A definite bonus is that this hotel is literally right next to the train station. You can see the giant green hotel letters when you get out of the train tunnel. So conveniently located, and the staff was very friendly.

It is secluded from the center but there is a subway next to the line that goes downtown. Very close by there is a mall that is pretty good. If you go by car it is easy to park near the hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The only downside is the heat it makes in the rooms, we went in November and we had to open the windows (we warned the front desk, but nothing).

Average structure. Good location at 100 meters from Metro station. You arrive in 20minutes at the door of the Sol. Always at 100 meters you will find a large shopping centre with Carrefour and eating places. The rooms are very small.

Loved the place… very neat and clean. The parking is not free. Very near to Carrefour and the metro station. Ideal place for people to stay in. The rooms are neat, spacious and very easy to access.

We got this hotel as part of a package with Ryanair and must say we were very impressed. The cleaners did an exceptional job every day and the ladies on the front desk spoke excellent English are were able to direct us to where we wanted to go via maps. The tube station is a 2 minute walk away which stops at park retiro (a must see) and sol (city centre, 15 minute journey). Can't comment on the food as didn't test it out. There is a decent shopping mall just past the tube station which also has a food court. Overall majorly impressed for the price and the manager should be very proud of the staff.

Excellent service by the reception especially TERESA, the hotel is in a prime location with easy access to all the tourist spots through the metro, all the facilities at the hotel were comfortable, I stayed with with my husband for 2 weeks and it was our first visit to MADRID. I would like to mention about the outstanding and 5 star service we received from TERESA at the reception. She understood our requirements and was very patient and always smiling and listened to us and helped us in planning to visit other places even though we had limited time. She is amazing and we were lucky to have her most of the days during our stay. Will definitely recommend it to others. Overall a great place to stay.

Clean and practical Hotel perfect to visit Madrid just a step from the Metro stop that leads into Puerta del Sol. Large and clean rooms good breakfast.

This is a good place. But a bit away from city centre. Though it's connected via metro and staying here you can't get the feel of Madrid.

Rooms had a lot of space, some rooms had enough for 3 single beds. Everything else was good just the Wi-Fi was a little slow. Maybe because I was travelling in such a big group. Lastly, the breakfast was a little small, the variety wasn't very big and the cereal was stale with no flavor.

Location something secluded from the Center (about 15 minutes in metro). In the area there is a mall with enough sites for eating and shopping. The room is very wide and new, with 3 beds comfortable, numerous windows that give much light to the room (even of dawn, what will be a problem if you annoying the light), a great wardrobe and air conditioning adjustable and efficient. The bathroom is a little small (the door of entry is folding) but full, with bidet and good assortment of amenities. Has of Wi-Fi (although with some problems at the time of connecting those devices). The breakfast is sufficient, with abundant pastries (not all fresh) and a little slow when it comes to replacing certain products. The dining room is a little small and the tables are enough together. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Great hotel; friendly personnel, spacious rooms (with excellent beds! ), convenient location (near centre commercial, restaurants and metro station). All in all, a very enjoyable stay and a very good way to get to know fabulous Madrid!

Hotel with an excellent location for parking and the Metro which is across the street. Spacious rooms. It is if you take it at good price, since at times by high occupancy tripped.

Good location as it is 200 meters to the metro station and about 300 meters from the shopping mall. Pleasant neighbourhood. Taxi from the airport to the hotel was 21.75 euro. Very spacious room, very clean, very comfortable bed. Buffet breakfast's food selection was modest comparing to other hotels but very tasty. Staff was polite and kind. I enjoyed staying and would recommend.

Very nice Hotel, very spacious rooms and very nice staff. Metro (U-Bahn) is 100m away and a shopping centre is not far away (200m). The city centre can be reached in 20min. We recommend the Hotel in any case further. Unfortunately, we lack a small balcony, or a large Bar where you can also sit outside. This is why we give 4 out of 5 stars.

Functional Hotel, nice and family-friendly, well communicated with the city centre.

The recently renovated hotel TORRE GARDEN, is a wonderful option for all those customers who are travelling to Madrid, both to rest in the family as well as for business trips. In each of the 90 spacious and bright rooms of 35m2 have two environments are integrated, LCD tv, LED 32, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, safety deposit box, spacious work desk. Everything is designed to enjoy a perfect rest.

Frankly when you return to Madrid again Hotel, it has fulfilled more than my expectations, well-connected.

The hotel this quite well, corridors are narrow, but the rooms are spacious and have bath, hot water is not finished (which still leaves very hot) and mattress in our room is very good. The only thing, not is if it is that we don't seize with the thermostat or but makes a horrible heat in the room. Buffet breakfast is not of this world, when you go to the coffee shop, you see a minimesa so that seems the buffet and stick a good scare, but the this later, offers a buffet: churros (probably frozen) mininapolitanas, croissants, mini donuts, toast, ham, cheese, boiled egg, something more. It has Wifi and is easy to park around the Central magnificent from the hotel. The hotel is in a suburb, but it has the line 2 of the metro 100 m that goes directly to Sun and if you decide to go by car to the Center, the road is practically direct by the M-23. I was friendly.

Lovely spacious room. The bathrooms are also very clean. Very nice staff. The staff was English, so we could communicate easily. The hotel is also close to the Metro which is fast in the city. A (cheaper) supermarket or A shopping center are also nearby. The only criticism, why I gave only 4 stars is the breakfast. The fruit was fresh but not always otherwise all top. Can I only recommend.

I stayed in winter for nearly a week. Very well located (short time to the airport, direct metro and bus to the center line) the room is large and spacious, very clean. The friendly staff. What I didn't like, was that to be at a considerable height, the nights of wind was difficult to sleep. Anything that does not resolve a few plugs. So if you go in winter, try to not give you room on the upper floors.

This hotel is awesome, has several decorated plants each by famous architects. I've never hosted me but I think that it would be more than interesting. I have visited several times its terrace and is always very lively with parties (40 principales, Dutch party, etc. ) It has a very nice night view as the terrace is open. It also has a passage that is not very suitable for those who fear heights. Very interesting.
