We went to the restaurant, very welcoming and looked after us phenomenal. We went to dinner a tasting menu with pairing of Chilean wines, minus the sparkling. Everything was very well done and the product was top notch, not much notice the variety in the cooking techniques but the surprise box prior to dessert, I found magnificent, the advice on the order of tasting the dishes very apt. We were delighted and shot, thank you very much to the whole team that night, we were treated for 10.

Beautiful hotel, a bit small but really elegant. A good place for a weekend getaway or even a family trip. Very central, close to shopping and several areas of interest. Also close to the IE business school Free and good Wi-Fi Fresh food A couple of convenience stores nearby Very good value for money in Madrid.

Being only an eventual visitor you can see that it is a fabulous hotel. Its location and distinction make it suitable for holding events. It has a small outdoor patio with bar-bar service. Too bad the difficulty finding parking.

The best thing about this place was the location while it is not next to your typical tourist areas in Madrid that was our favorite thing about this hotel! Located in what seemed a great neighborhood you won’t find crowds of tourists everywhere you go and restaurants in this area are all fantastic! You are a short 10 min walk from the metro which will take you right to any of the destinations you would desire! The rooms and service were great but it always kills me when a hotel has everything going for it only to have horrible beds. I slept horribly every night due to the hard uncomfortable mattress. To bad, but if you don’t mind a very firm mattress then give this place a shot because everything else was great!

The restaurant is a great experience. The menu is interesting and refined, you can feel the amount of detail put in the taste of each plate. It's a relatively affordable (35€ per person) to experience top restaurant quality.

Beautiful place, 25minutes of walk to the city center, easy to find it, close to metro station and bus station, cosy, clean, overall impression is excellent. Service is one of the best that I have ever had everyone is smiling and polite and I will go there again and I would recommend it to everyone.

Hotel of the NH chain located in a palace in the neighborhood of Chamberí. The place is beautiful and the location is unbeatable. Can you ask for more? Prices do not know since we were invited (celebrated a communion) but I imagine that cheap does not have to be. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very important. Even the most discerning will be satisfied.

TOP Hospitality Service! I was a guest for one night, received free upgrade to Junior suite. Great class Hotel, high standard of service, from the professionalism of the check-in, to the Quick room service up to the rich breakfast buffet. All in a beautiful structure of the eighteenth century but restored with great taste and respect for the style. Thanks in particular to the Guest Relations Manager Francesco for the hospitality and the whole Team. Hasta la Próxima!

Wonderful breakfast and cocktail offerings. Rooms are very small and smelly. No daylight, Face out into internal covered courtyard. AC does not work. Bedding material very warm and stuffy does not breathe well.

Well-located, renovated, modern, with a good and attentive service, spacious, light and bright rooms. The breakfast is very varied, complete and of quality-although they could take care even more some details like the ham and the pastries-. The price, in general, is too high, especially when compared to what, not so long ago, it cost the service. The renovation does not justify the price rise.

This is a gorgeous hotel placed in the centre of Madrid. Stunning in the outside and completely modern in the inside. Even if it's not the cheapest option, it's worth every second invested there!

The building is very nice, the overall attention very good and the quality of your food excellent. That does not give you the rooms that are attached to the doors where the people of the hotel work because they strike continuously from 6 in the morning.

The staff, the location, the atmosphere… wide variety at breakfast. The restaurant is always renovating, both in the menu and in the wines and liquors. In the last visit they were introducing organic wines which denotes the desire for renovation and overcoming. Excellent.

Awesome breakfast nice staff, central location. Downsides are thin walls and beds that shake when a person moves even a little. Didn't get a good night's sleep alas.

I went alone for a night for a company dinner in the city and did not give me time to enjoy almost nothing of its services (x that I do not put more stars), but what I could try, I will say very retailers and staff very attentive and enjoyable. In the room there was a lot of toiletries (gel, shampoo, hair mask, body lotion, Xrema hands…), coffee pot with coffee capsules, kettle and infusions, all at no extra cost. Free Mobile charger Loan service (among other things, just leaving bail). The breakfast buffet is very complete with lots of varied products for all kinds of people with food problems.

I was at the DOMO by Roncero & Cabrera Restaurant. The reservation was made for a tasting menu.
I was disappointed with the experience. The deal was not according to the category of the restaurant.
It was previously notified that it was celiac at the time of booking. I was not offered any adaptation of the dishes; They simply said it was a closed menu. Any kind of consideration of food intolerances. The answer of the metre was "I did not play it. "
It offered a pairing adapted to the tasting menu that left much to be desired; The same option for a sirloin with mushroom sauce than for a baked fish. The price of €5 the glass came to me seems excessive for the quality offered.

Initially I got a small room with tiny space around the bed from 3 sides. I returned to the reception and asked for another. The man behind the counter said initially I have to pay more but he changed his mind and gave me a beautiful room with ample space, compared to the initial room. So my stay was enjoyable. The breakfast is very well prepared with healthy choices and fresh juices. I would have liked to see green salad options rather than tiny cuts for omelet fillings. The location is very good especially if you are planning to shop in the exquisite El Corte Inglés of Nuevos Ministerios.

We loved our stay at the NH Collection Abascal! The hotel is clean, quiet, relaxing and comfortable. The breakfast is wonderful with a very attentive staff and a wide selection of choices. Eggs, made to order, Spanish meats, cheeses, pastries and fruit were all available. Rocio, the guest relations Manager was very kind, making sure we got directions, local information and she helped us find a tour to do. We do not have a single complaint about the NH Collection Abascal! THANK YOU!

One of the prettiest Hotel of Novotel Group. It's a quite clean and pretty Hotel. The reception and the bar employees are more than friendly. It's a really brilliant and pretty place in Madrid.

I was hosted at a premium with terrace suite and the experience has not been able to be more successful. The personal a 10 always attentive and willing. Perfectly maintained facilities. Hotel located in the Central District of Almagro. The building formerly belonged to an Embassy and after the remodeling process became one of the hotels of the brand called "Collection". If you have visited any NH, this not you will be unknown completely. Its marked aesthetic prevails throughout the Interior. A very quiet hotel located in a strategic area, where you have everything you need on foot, and enjoy walking in the city of Madrid.

Breakfast very modest, normal rooms for the category and the chain. This nh has a good capacity and is not too expensive the personal touch is very good and there are no complaints in this regard. Relationship quality price recommend it for visits to the capital although there are better options for the same or lower price.

The services of the employees is very good, you serve very well, in a way that is immediate and very cosy. The rooms are very neat and very cozy. The views are wonderful from the top, you can see the city. Also very well connected, have underground or train a few meters from the hotel. Even if you have own car, Park it yourself.

All NH are generally well kept, this is especially nice. In addition, public transport is very close, so it is ideal for rental and also for business, since the NH are decorated in a sober but very suitable for business meetings and events. The customer service is very good.

A good location to get around in Madrid. If you upgrade your room you have a mini suite and you'll feel like you have your own apartment. For longer stays this is great. Wi-Fi Internet was 10, 60 per day, not the best connection but ok. Lobby has free connection to Wi-Fi. Breakfast was 22 Euros — not worth it.
