Clean Hotel, continental breakfast included. Next to a 2 supermarkets, restaurants an a shopping center.

Quiet and very clean. Very nice staff, always greet you with a smile. Good breakfast buffet and varied, the coffee jug very good and you can accompany it with whole milk, semi and skimmed, soy also have. The lemon, orange and cucumber waters are very rich. To repeat.

Good price and very clean. The only failure. Very noisy at 7 am. It was summer and so it looks hotel by the way. And people started marching at those hours and in our room you could hear everything. Lidl, Day and gas station right next door.

The hotel is very simple with not that much amenities, but it as everything you need for a very good accommodation. The hotel is very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful, always with a smile.

We spent 3 nights in this hotel. Very clean room, friendly staff, good location (close to metro), quiet neighborhood. I am so satisfied and recommend this hotel to my friends.

The hotel is a bit separate from the center of Alcalá. The truth is the first time I stayed here because my first choice had exhausted all rooms. The room is very spacious and correct in the cleaning. To put a but you pay the hotel as soon as you arrive and in my opinion it is not the most correct method of welcome for the traveler.

The heating is unbeatable!
Small details are missing: As a free toothbrush, but at the change of €3 you get a KITT toilet.
Another example: that not AI any drawer in the room to store keys or anything while doing the cleaning, you have to leave everything on sight.
The closet has no door and a chair would be missing in the room.

This new, comfortable the heating is great. Would miss a kettle in the room. The bathroom's new. The parking is ample and free, and there are Tesla electric car chargers.

Very good breakfast buffet and spacious room. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom quite spacious.

The service and atenttion is very good, the food could be better, the menú is very simple but its ok if you will stay one or two days. The rooms are confortable, but I repeat its only to stay one or two nights, no more (at least for me). It have a big parking, and supermarkets very close. Train and bus stations near.

Beautiful n simple business stay n leisure hotel! Decent & basic but good breakfast for buffet. Thank you team & Andrea at the reception. Always ready to help and guide us for cab, trains or travel to city. We were staying in room 321. It has a big huge bed ideal for tired souls like us. Do recommend this to all travelling on a budget in Madrid, Spain.

Very friendly Team, excellent value for Money.

Comfortable Hotel with large room and super large bed, and cheap price. It is close to the industrial estate, to visit the city centre you need transport.
But it is the best value for money in Alcalá in my opinion.

Dear Mr. Miguel Angel Villcampa, our stay tonight has been horrible. The noise of the elevator brake is unbearable and apparently have been months with the problem because in some comment already indicate. The receptionist doesn't say the elevator is noisy. Tremendaaaaa answer.

On the other hand, tell him that the same receptionist (the highest) who served on the night of the 30/12/17 is quite rude to his client. The word "Do not get mad" can be replaced by a "do not be Angry gentleman" among others. We requested a change of room due to the tremendous noise of the braking of the elevator, we change of room Alojandonos in another plant but at the same height. To tell you that this comment is not only here and will make my dissatisfaction to the General Directorate of the Ibis chain. We are regular guests of many Ibis nationwide and have never had such a bad night and never the treatment received by the staff of an ibis to be like that of their receptionist.

For the rest, like any red ibis, cleanliness, comfortable room and cleanliness.

I had booked over Expedia where a parking was offered, but it was only one day a parking free. The room was ok. But only one time cleaned.

Ideal place to get away from a few days, cheap and quiet.

A very good hotel, with good breakfast although scarce the bed is pretty good and the bathroom needed some improvement, but it is 2 min from a very spacious mall.

It is very well connected and the centre arrives by car in 5 min. The rooms are great, they are very clean and new. The bed is very comfortable and big. Surrounded by supermarkets and restaurants. Parking lot.

Recommended if you are passing by or need to spend a night near the airport. It's isolated from the urban area.

Quality/price very good, like everyone else in the IBIS chain I have visited. Big room, clean. Friendly and attentive staff.

Good place to stop outside Madrid, easy to access by road and easy to walk to the C station with a direct link into the centre of Madrid. Usual IBIS style place with good customer service and the room was very acceptable. I'm not sure what it is with hotels in Spain but they turn off the ability to turn on the aircon once winter approaches, then you have to swelter. We had to keep the window open all the time.

Belle hotel, bon marché, avec possibilité de dîner sur place avec des plats préparés. Device ok, mais hotel in peu bruyant car pas mal de passage de voiture et sur les chambres à côté. Sinon bien situé, proche za et à 20 min de l'aéroport de Madrid.

The waitress at the restaurant looks like a soldier who doesn't provide good service. Look bad milk. Throw the dishes. The receptionist girl who greeted us was very serious. Elevators don't work well. I do not recommend this hotel.

Buen hotel, limpio y la gente simpática.

We reserve a room at the ibis of the garena already that had been of a long plane trip, and turned out that not appeared the reservation that I made on the phone making up giving my card number, they sent us to another hotel ibis and they told us that we had neither book, with very little professional forms without giving us any solution. Telling me "is what it is. " not what I recommend at all.

The location is good, excellent rooms, very good service.

The price very well. And it is a clean hotel.
Shame that it's that serve continental breakfast soon before 6:00 seems that it is not easy to get.

I was outside and a boy wonder than that wished to.

Missing bar, better bath for all the rest very clean and good attention in relation quality-price, good Wi-Fi.

The only downside that would are dinner. But the hotel price quality very well.

The hotel is very well, cleaning is impeccable, the rooms are spacious and the location is correct, service is pleasant and very close (typical of IBIS). There are 2 towels in the bathroom, but if you ask at reception they give you that you want. Do not forget to bring your toilet articles, although they can be purchased at reception.
