La habitación doble uso doble las camas están muy unidas, de ahí que no le otorgue más estrellas. Buena comida. Buen servicio.

Very comfortable hotel, and spacious rooms. A lot of rstation in the area. Correct staff. I don't value breakfast for not doing it.

Very good hotel, very nice environment, very nice spacious rooms, great to relax. Good value for money. Quiet area, perihereric, still very close to the center, you can even walk. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The only catch that would put you is the cleanliness of the bathroom, although it is always possible that the two rooms we took were an explanation ;-)

One of the most unclean hotel that I've been in. I would not say dirty because it is not, but it is not clean as well. They are doing most of the things correct only that they jump over the details. Cheap, close to Madrid. And also Alcala ist a nice historic city.

Room size and clean. Breakfast right and little variety. It would be convenient to have more hygiene in the breakfast buffet area. There were ants strolling through the toaster and bread area. You have to be more attentive on this, whether it's a 4 star or a hostel. It gives a very bad image. Well connected to the center of Alcalá.

An executive hotel, comfortable, clean and large rooms! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although the girls at the front desk would be thanked more cordiality and sympathy. Location on the outskirts not recommended for a leisure weekend. Highly recommended for work meetings and events.

Four-star hotel somewhat fair. The service is good, has parking and is a few minutes walk from the city center. Rooms are small and breakfast may have more variety. Also I was unlucky enough to have a room smelling of moisture. Moreover it is a quiet and quiet hotel that provides a good rest, with comfortable beds and a very good bathroom. The hotel of darkness is advised to carry mirror lanterns. Unpleasant waiter service. Very poor buffet. And I also recommend wearing brush for clothes out white from the cupboard. Very bad price.

Really nice hotel but unfortunately with weaknesses.
Plus: Good mattresses and modernized furnishings, good breakfast and nice staff negatives: room doors extremely noisy and when the neighbor drops the door you are in bed, as the doors are connected to each other you have the feeling the traps almost get out while Let's drop it.

I went to an event, the conference room is large and well equipped.

Very disappointed. Although the standards are good and room has a good view, we are not happy. The main reason we chose this hotel was because of the pool, but we were told on arrival that the pool is only open 4/5 months of the year.

I was at a family event in this hotel and I really liked the service. The quality of the food was normal, but it was comfortable and the staff was attentive and pleasant. I stayed in the hotel the same night and the room was spacious and were clean.

It is a modern, comfortable and functional hotel. In addition it is very well located in the Centre of Alcalá and very close to all points of interest in the city. It is also ideal if you want to visit Madrid and don't want to stay there (like in tranquility and quality/price ratio). Highly recommended.

Fantastic hotel, extensive facilities, solarium and very polite staff. The location is perfect and I will repeat on my next visit.

In September I was a few days hosted at the hotel before starting University and find a flat for my thesis. The staff was exceptional, nowadays I enjoy your coffee shop on a daily basis. The staff treats me as in house, very spacious rooms, and the cuisine is excellent. When they come friends and family to visit me always staying at the hotel great success.

After many years living in Madrid at last I have approached a couple of days to Alcalá de Henares. At the hotel, they made me feel at home and enjoy the cervantine week butt. We got as the tongs at breakfast.

Hotel very well decorated. And although I can not assess its rooms, it has a large terrace on the top of the hotel, in which spend a night summer taking somewhat relaxed. It has swimming pool on the same terrace and ambiance pretty cool! Value for money according to this type of sites, i. E. Is not cheap. Only downside the static electricity of all the terrace.

We were there 3 days at hotel and very well. Clean, good breakfast and great peace. It is near the town historical and wing again away from the noise. Very advisable.

As a business traveller I would not be selecting this hotel again. Great hotel for non business people. As a businees person this hotel failed in many areas and recommend you select the nearby parador.

We had researched this hotel and seen that it had promoted itself as having a pool and rooftop bar with a DJ playing on Friday and Saturday nights. Once we arrived we found that the rooftop bar had not even been completed and the pool was empty. As for any DJ and entertainment we could not even get served a drink on a Friday night at the hotel bar. We wanted to have a relatively early dinner as we were checking out at 5am and despite the restaurant saying it opened at 8pm, we could not find a waiter until 8.45pm. We also requested the internet Wi-Fi password which we were given saying that we would be charged if we used it. We didn't end up using the internet but we were still charged 20 Euros when we checked out and the receptionist was very rude and demanded the money. A very very poor experience I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
