Hotel a human size with a salty outdoor pool. The staff are friendly and attentive, very friendly. Good service.
On the other hand, the mattresses of the children's beds are to be changed (iron spring). And some renovation work in the rooms would be necessary. The water in the shower makes differences in cold hot temperature. Overall the highlight of this hotel is the staff and outdoor amenities. Good food. General atmosphere pleasant and quiet.

Light on the corridors are not well motion activated and you have to walk in the dark your way to the room. There are heavy fornitures across emergency evacuation paths. Pool is ok. Room service is excellent. Small TV on junior suite does not have remote control.

Hotel in industrial estate, 10 minutes from the English Court of Alcalá. Bathroom cleaning was improved. A little noisy rooms that have the entrance next to reception or café. My room was on the ground floor, from which I accessed the pool directly. On weekdays it was pretty quiet.

Restaurant is OK. The veal sirloin was spectacular. Made at its point and without sauce. The rest of the food was fine.

The access is easy and little crowded. The rooms and in general the hotel is very well kept and has a spa pool and gym. Any question is resolved by the staff in a correct and efficient way. I recommend staying here.

The food is good but in view it does not seem striking. The deal is good, retailer you're comfortable. These are examples of a wedding menu. Goat cheese salad with hake and puff pastry (very good).

A little sabots the workers. And works on a Saturday throughout the day including the afternoon, for people who had to rest during the day, killed us.

Room is nice and clean, service at bar is really slow. No vegetarian option, lacking breakfast. Nice Wi-Fi, but keep disconnecting in the lobby.

I went to a wedding celebration. The lounge where it was held, called Islas Baleares, is very spacious and comfortable. The service of the waiters friendly and quick. The food might be better.

The hotel is not bad… though away from the city center,. The rooms are large are simple not to be put 4 stars but with 3 would be enough to the hotel, somewhat noisy depending on whether there are weddings or not. The doors of the rooms do not appease the blows when entering and leaving and the continual going and becoming the guest annoys the others with the squeaking noise and beating of it. The pool is nice. The spa and gym didn't see it. The breakfast was very good.

The hotel is not bad but I see more D 3 stars Q of four.
Spacious room. With access to the pool so Q good views and luminosity. The cleanliness pretty well. We went for a wedding and the food was fine. The waiters are attentive. The breakfast was small but with the necessary. Juice buns. Sausages etc. The only downside of the wedding meal Q had q put the music as detailed and ignored. We do not use the spa ASI Q I can not comment. The negative of the hotel is q as they celebrate weddings until certain hours there is some noise. But we had an end room and only heard D away. But the Q had rooms next to the canteens do not think Q sleep much.
Overall the hotel as a general rating is OK. But not for 4 stars. 3 if.

I spent one night and everything was fine. The large bathroom with nice tub and room really comfortable. Breakfast is not bad, quite full.

We celebrated our wedding at the hotel and it came out perfect.
People came out delighted and still remember her.

Nice and quiet hotel. The rooms are spacious and you don't hear anything. The room was very nice and the rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The only downside is that it's away from the center.

Large rooms and bathrooms, magnificent swimming pool in summer and small spa for winter or relax whenever you like. The gym consists of a treadmill, 2 static bikes and little else, which is not much but it is more than many other hotels. Friendly staff.

I visited this Hotel a few years ago for work and have very good memories of their facilities. Spacious, modern rooms with outdoor swimming pool invites you to have a good time. The staff provides excellent service. Of the most recommended in Alcalá de Henares.

Great site for break, removing that my partner and I were in low season and didn't us work the shower, we changed room without problems, the only downside is that they had closed spa. Highly recommended.

Arriving at the reception the first day at 17 in the afternoon a guy was in the reception with short, blonde hair and glasses that looks plenty anda of education since it offered for an extra charge a room on the first floor with direct access to the pool, the phrase that said to try to convince us was : well come you very to not show off your body serrano by the hotel. Try I take as a joke while was calling me fat. Then told me that I had the free indoor parking and I asked him that if was going down the ramp from the side and answered me: clear common sense. Let it pass because I had no intention of pestering me weekend, while my name is silly, but I think that person can not be face to the public. Finally offers a menu of summer that allows that people not staying have access to the swimming pool, which makes that you become a municipal swimming pool since it fills up and there are no almost site. Otherwise the rooms, insonorizan it and the breakfast very good.
